Fan Reviews - Oasis:
Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants
Ok we all know who's opinion matters the most. That is why we are giving you the fans the opportunity to rate these albums.

They call you
What do you think of the album?:

Fan Speak:

Joe Mama
Great cd, real psychedelic feel. Apart from the Door's rip off of "Put yer money where yer mouth is", which is just a god awful song, the rest of the cd is awesome, from the pounding "f*cking in the bushes" to the hard rocking ghostly feel of "Gas Panic" (<-- You MUST hear this track right fuc*ing NOW)

Greener
Wondeful, music to listen to while I get a root canal, three crowns and a bridge! This is the kind of crap the dentist in "The Marathon Man" would play while he goes at you!

RidahNY
So, this is what music for deaf people sounds like?!Maybe Oasis would shound a little better if the Gallagher boys would quit their homosexual incest!

kfy
oasis is a poor mans beatles. they suck listen to the real thing

JIMEE
This band inspired Lars Ulrich to be a loser.

fuzy2000
Well this album IS good.......... but not @ 1st listen. It seems to be more laid-back style which sounds nice but still has the rockin guitars. Not an album for a first time oasis listener though

LAURA
I HATE THIS ALBUM MY BROTHER PAYED £14 TOOMUCH FOR THIS THEY DON'T SING THEY SCREAM THERE LYRICS ARE MEANING LESS .THERE HAIR CUTS ARE A DISGRACE TO MANCHESTER

timmyjo
I had a copy a month before it came out its great.

the stallion
at first i tjought that it was complete dross. none of the songs seemed to have any of the passion and the pure rock 'n' roll of the previous albums. however after a few listens it has definitely grown on me a i find myself listening to it more and more and ranks highly amongst their previous albums. good album and i cant wait for the next one now that they finally have someone who is capable of writing songs apart from Noel. Rock on Oasis!!

Stuart Kirkby
The album is amazing!!! There is not a better album about at the moment and they ARE the best band of the 90's not Nirvana who come in a close 2nd.

the number 1 oasis fan in louisiana
It is awesome!!! I love Oasis, they are the best band ever. Yeah baby!!

Dan
It is not a catchy rock n roll album but it certainly grows on you better than be here and whats the story

DOG
i like french fries

God
The Album is what could be expected. It is not DM or MG, but an album whose design Noel's sound. Granted the album starts very slowly with the first half best left tucked away for a lost tracks bootleg, the band eventually starts to vindicate itself for BHN. While it is an album only an Oasis fan could love, apart form its lackluster the album promises that Oasis may finally evolve.

Unimpressed
What's The Story was their peak, this is their rock bottom. From the substandard Zeppelin of F In The Bushes to the Paul Weller rip off of Where Did It All Go Wrong (appropriately titled), this is not an album, it's a quiz show to find out how many plagiarised classic songs one can find (I found ten)

IBzSlippin' RAGE
Hey not bad but Not the best Oasis CD

Indira
This album is preety good compared to the other albums that i've heard recently, but still i prefer the first album.

REBECCA CRESSWELL
THE FIRST TIME THAT I LISTENED TO THE ALBUM I ONLY REALLY LIKED THE MORE UPBEAT SONGS BUT AFTER LISTENING TO IT A FEW TIMES I DISCOVERED THAT THE OTHER SONGS WERE BRILLIANT AS WELL, WHEN NOEL SAID THAT GAS PANIC AND PUT YER MONEY WHERE YER MOUTH IS HE IS WRONG, ANYWAY WORTH £12.99 AND A FREE POSTER.

Dave
This album is good but not great, if you are expecting Oasis to have created a masterpiece then you will be disapointed. But its still a lot better that all the other Sh*t hitting the charts in recent times.

Oasis/Bush/Foo Fighter rocks
this album is far different from the usual rock n roll sounds of the oais we came to know of. but not to worry this album packs as much power houses as their previous ones did. melodic songs such as little james, sunday morning call, who feels love, and roll it over are wonderwallicious to say the least. id say........ GO GET LET IT OUT! (your money that is) and get this cd!
