All there albems kick major ass. Most people buy a bands albem for only one or two songs that they like but for me all the GnR's songs kick ass

Posted by Caitlin:
Ok you people how could you be so against Axl him and his band are the people who started rock and roll if you ever read up on things. Befoe you start bashing him why don't you read some things on him first. I'm only 14 years old and the biggest fan yet. I have all his albems and no all his songs. Axl wouldn't be rasist since he had slash in his groups. HELLO rasist would be with black people. Axl used to sing gosipel all through his childhood too. You should reade up on his life and then you can give your opoinon. Besides Axl is hot!!

this album kicks some serious$$MONTELLICA S$M $$ ASS. so much energy, power, should of had CIVIL WAR intead of "its alright" !!

AXL I spelled it wrong.....

Yall!!! GnR rule!!! Axel rose is so hot!!!!

ben
live era rocks. Were these guys even human???? They are like musical beasts sent to save a dismal world.

Micol
the album is kick @ss!! Estranged and November Rain could have been better, but on the whole, this is one CD that is worth to be bouht (and not downloaded from Napster!)
All those kids saying Guns n Roses were racist... oh my god, do you kids even know what the f*ck you're talking about?? you remember your mommies once telling you "guns n roses are a bad bad band. they are racist and i don't want you to listen to heir music" o something like that?? They are anything but!! if the song "1 in a million" makes you doubt, CLEAN YOUR EARS! it's a sarcastic song. Slash was in the band for crissakes. He's half black. They wouldn't have let Guns n Roses preform in Israel if they were racist, ya know. but they did, nad I went, and it was the best concert of my LIFE!

tim
you said if your at least upper 30,s your not gen. x. then you say it started in 1970. do your math. by the way im 33. 13 in 1980, i ghess that makes me a child of the 80,s. and im proud of it.

xXxSergioxXx
Actually, Unless you're in your late 30's or above, you are Generation X. Gen X started about 1970 and ended about 1985. After that it's Gen Y. Those are the ones that brought us N'Sync, Backstreet Boys, and Telly Tubbies. Oh, and I used to like GnR, untill I realized how much of a brat Axl was. GnR has some good songs, but they really don't stand for anything, which I don't like. They stand for promiscuous sex and drugs. Two things that I'm avidly against. But that's me. If you'd like to give a new sound a chance, listen to a band called Youth of Today or another good one is Warzone. Those were awesome bands. They were around about the same time as GnR only they were more underground. They're great bands. You'll probably be able to find them on Napster. And because they're no longer around, I don't see any harm in downloading the songs. I still bought the CD's anyways though. Oh and about the GnR live CD, It is a decent CD. If you are a fan of them, you'll enjoy it.

tim
this is to the sperm preppie gen.x fag. your from the biggest phonie generations ever, gen. x and its preppys like you who talk about a generation ,when you were to young and or pampered, to know any thing about. i see right through all you grunge heads and see you for what you really are. brainwashed trendy little preppys of the 90,s. oops the 90,s are over so move on future office worker.

tim
you know whats better than g-n-r live?. g-n-r dead.

JIMEE
NIKKI!! I f.cking swear!! I will find you and make you listne to good azz kicking music for 24 hours/7 days week. I won't stop until you cry your eyes out and bleed from every sinus, facial cavity and orifice. Cause you just let the rancid angel of death free, and I'm pissed. You people should know that Axl can't be racist, I mean Slash is half black, but he is pretty stupid. But the cd is excellent. GET IT!!!

THE GREEN MUSE
GUNS N ROSES? WHAT A JOKE.LAME BAND FOR A MULLETED GENERATION,I NEVER LIKED EM.BUT SLASH CARRIED THAT BAND,WITHOUT HIM.GNR SUCKED BIG TIME.SLASH WAS GUNS N ROSES.

BUFF
THE ALBUM IS VERY GOOD. GUNS N' ROSES ARE THE BEST BAND EVER.

I dig METAL
Very good,kinda like a greatest hits-THUMBS UP!

NIKKI
GUN'S AND ROSES SUX @SS SO SHOUT YOUR CANDY AZZ

G N F'n R
Axl is racist? Then why was Slash in Guns N' Roses? He's half black..ya know. No wait, you don't know because all you idiots posting up things about how Axl is racist or whatever are probably around 12 years old and have no clue on what Guns N' Roses were all about. GNR was one of the best bands of the 80s and this live double-cd proves that fact. The song "One in a Million" was meant to be sarcastic, not an ode to white supremecy. You KoRn and Limp Bizkit trendies should read up on your Rock History a bit more before posting such inept comments.

Russ
Wow, it's been a long time, has it not?  I remember the first CD I ever bought myself, Use Your Illusion One.  That was a long time ago.  Since then, I've listened to the GN'R EVERY day' it's a habit.  Guns and Roses made rock, period.  You revolutionized it.  Half of these postings are by people who have no idea what Guns and Roses was all about.  I'm embarrassed that some of these people are actually fans of the legendary band.  Anyway, Axle, you're a god and you know it, as does any other logical fan, and I'd say it's time to bring everyone back together.  Forget this nine inch nails fella, Robin.  And get rid of that Stinson.  I've never even heard of the guy.  Dizzy, one of the most talented board players I've ever heard should help you out in the recruitment of the other 3 original members.  I know you guys can get along for just ONE album, can't you!? I'm on my knees begging. Peace.....Russ

Trend Hater
i'm not gonna say they're has-beens because trendy faggs say that. but axl is a rascist basterd and i hope chinese democracy sells less than a hootie and the blowfish cd.

ShroomDevil
As a Nirvana fan, I can proudly say I will never buy this album or even consider it. Axl is a racist, bullying prick wanna-be rocker. You'd think they'd have disappeared already.

the musicman
its a great live collection from beginning to end, this album really shows that mr. rose needs slash very much to obtain that rock god status they once had. . for thos thatdon't like november rain on this cd, i don't know what your problems is, it rock, yeah its differnt live but i think they did a great job on it. the best song out of the set is knocking on heavans doors, you get to hear just how much the crowd was into them on that one.

Pino
I reckon its silly. They just want More money For their drugs and limmos!!

Bob, Jim Bob
i think this album is pretty good but it doesn't explain why the russians like vodka so much

kenny d.
i think the live album is great. Ihope chinese democracy is juat as good

jeff
the live album kicks major ass!! it shows how powerful guns n' roses were live. i was shocked to see that civil war didn't make the cut . some of the songs are cool like used to love her (electric!). i wish that they would have chosen a few better songs though. out ta get me and dust n' bones was a surprise to see on the album. i was hoping for bad obsession and civil war. still a great cd!

Shea
Taking influences from such glam rock\punk ect. bands as the Sex Pistols, the New York Dolls, and most importantly Hanoi Rocks just to name a few, Guns N Roses were the true bad boys of rock n roll for a substantial period of time. The songs on this album somehow manage to equal the look and attitude they put accross so well. Although I was dissapointed by the way their ballads sounded (Estranged, November Rain) the rest of the album is sheer dynamite! From the venemous howl of "It's So Easy" to the beautiful melodies of #1 hit "Sweet Child O' Mine", Guns N' Roses Live, much like the band itself, is a true classic.

the sound is raw and honest. there's some great solos and riffs, but they should not have included November Rain, it kind of stinks! If your a fan - buy it!!

jeremy
a little disappointing, but still good. with so many tours to choose from, seems like the songs would be stronger. it's still good, and makes me with Axl and Slash could patch things up.

Saboteur
Kurwa oni s? zajebisci, ale jakie? kutasy zajeba?y mi ich p?yty by ich chudy byk przerucha?

Smoke
Whoever put the songs in the order there on is a idiot! If you've never heard GN'R before BUY IT!!!! The only 2 songs that died where Paradise City (did Slash turn down the guitar or something at the end?) and November Rain (Too much background distortion) My favorite GN'R song, Estranged, isn't great either. What the whole CD needs is for the GN'R trademark (LOUD GUITARS) to be brought up... Ever notice how Slash and Plant never talk?

Jax
BUY IT!!!! you will not be disappointed!! It has all of GNR's greatest songs and the uncut version is even better and shows what the concerts were like. Patience is better live along with Paradise City but Sweet Child O' Mine wasn't very good because Axl's voice wasnt very good. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it.

studley dudley
a great album. As far as a musical aspect it's a rollar coaster ride through the best music ever made

popis
the best

Pitbull
It's really great. It's a great opportunity for who(like me) never saw Gnr playing live. It would be really great if they'd come back together

natasha
love it

Chris
It's GNR, So It's Quality

seni
Great, great, great!!!!! Too bad they're not together anymore! They were the best band ever! !!

Andrew
I have been waiting years for this. GNR is the best band of alltime.

DARKSTAR
Gotta say this cd kicks some hard ass! Too bad they are'nt together anymore. Truly the best band this century!

night_train
what else can you expect from guns-n-f***ing-roses, but the best live album ever

Dave
They are my favorite band I know I'm only 13 but I was growining up seein' Axl and the boys going out and playin'. They are by far the best band ever!

Banjo
This album is great... it is almost as good as S&M (Metallica). GNR is my 2nd favorite band (after Metallica), and I'd have to say that this kicked @$$.

Estranged
I had never had the oppurtunity to hear Guns N' Roses live, since I never knew about them until last year, but this is a truly great album. While I'm sure it doesn't have the punch of actually seeing them, it take you on a long ride through rocks best band.

Pedro Betancourt
A great moment in the history of rock...the best...

timbuktu
the biggest problem with live albums is they are no where near as good as seeing the band live. I saw gnr with metallica and they rocked but that energy is missing when you listen to it on a cd. i't great to have this cd, but i wish they would get back together so we can see the real gnr live again

Thom
What a killer record. Makes me wish these guys would patch things up and get back together
