anyone bashing on this album obviously knows not what they speak of. this album is pure perfection, and no above average human would dare challenge the fact that this is one of the greatest albums ever. I hope you idiots that bash on trent are happy with your knew idiot leader, fred durst. enjoy the fruit of following your "messiah", i'm sure thatll get you somewhere...

Freak
ANYONE here dissing on nin should just go back to their preppy a$$ little lives listening to bullsh1t like limp bizkit and eminem...u all suck and i hate anyone who could EVER compare nin to bsb...fukk that sh1t

This was the first Nine Inch Nails album I bought (i bought it when it first came out). The only reasons I bought it were: my friend recommended it, i heard "we're in this together", and i had a gift certificate to use. I am so glad I bought "The Fragile" I consider it to be the best album of 1999, and I think it's one of the best albums ever. Trent Reznor has made true art, giving this album true emotion. Many of the song's give me shivers, and "We're in This Together" is special to me (since it's a reason I bought the album). The Fragile truely stands out and is one of those rare gems that is unbelievable in power.

Siouxie
i think Trent did a best job on Pretty hate Machine & Downward Spiral. Its good, but not that good that real fans would accept that.Maybe its time to leave or try something new, you cant have all "HIT" albums cant you?..

silentasylum
Listening to the album you understand why it took so long. Trent goes far out of his way to perfect the album. The lyrics show how far trent has come both as a musician and as a person. This album was worth the wait.If you can't get into Trent's music then you'll probably feel more comfortable buying a Limp Bizkit album. All we can do is pray for you.

wrmtrntbelw
to some individuals the fragile may not seem as hardcore as the previous albums but its certainly original and wise and its something that will always speak out to you years from now...for all those nin bashers, your just mad because you want Trent to be your Personal Jesus and you dont have the nerve to admit it...

JIMEE
What?! NIN is worse than BSB?!! The h*ll kind of quote was that?!!

TRENT SUCKS
Nine inch nails is one of the worst bands i have ever heard, trent can't sing worth s**t, his music makes BSB music look good. It's really sad.

GreyBeard
Trent rocks... Long time fan, got all his stuff and LOVE it all. This is an incredible piece of work, if I had to rank them this could be number 1! Track after track grabs you and refuses to let go. Just saw him in Portland, OR and it was amazing. The whole band/show/experience was absolutely unbelievable and I've seen `em all. Possibly the best concert of my 44 years on the planet. He reaches out and touches your heart, massages your mind, and only lets you out of the building when he has wrung every ounce of energy he can from your "damaged" self. Said he'd hurry back, I hope so!

Somegoy
Its good, but brokens 8 tracks blows it away

Michael
A very moving album with splendid elements of music....kinda reminds me of pretty hate machine,I give the fragile an a ,it was worth waiting on

VENOMIMI
It's sensously SExXxY

Cake Beeyatch
it all my thoughts compressed into 2 pieces of shiny metal...he's DEFINATELY hit it this time.

Trend Hater
The Fragile is some of Reznor's best. i still think the downward spiral was the best |\| | |/| album, but this is a close second. if you don't believe me, listen to the big come down, somewhat damged, and just like you imagined.

granolaeatinghippy@www.com
the album is the best recorded peice of plastic ever made by the hand of a non--existent god!

Danielle
AMAZING!!!!!!

JP
This album brings back a mix of Pretty hate Machine and the Downward Spiral. The lyrics are creepy and the sound is like it has always been very orginal. This is by far the best album of 99. Reznor has calmed down some but with songs like The Day The World Went Away, Were In This Together,Fraglie and Starf###ers Inc. this album is Reznor's best work.

Audiogamer
THis album is the best. I dont know what the guy that reviewd it and gave it 2 :) :) was smoking, but i think its a very godd album.

Stef
The Fragile is a great album. Trent's lyrics are deep and emotional. I only became into NIN about a year or two ago but I have The Downward Spiral and Pretty Hate Machine albums and The Fragile. His personally life is in his music and even though it is not as dark or creepy as it used to be it still has the same feeling and it's good to hear that he is happy, finally.

Rzero
Trent Reznor proves that he is the best artist of the 90's with the Fragile. In a time of backstreet boys and teen pop, NIN has come to the table with a visionary art rock album. Mainstream America may not embrace him now but years from now they will realize the magnificance of NIN.

m0g
I love it! Although, the downward spiral remains my favorite album, they have come through with a good new one. Now if only they'd come to the USA on tour...

erez
one of best albums ever!!!

Shyven
Someone tell Trent to shut the phuck up! Music is great as always, but someone else needs to do vox for nIn... Hey, where's Axel from GnR???

Distric 43's Secret Agent Fashion Police
O.K, Let's just admit that the Nine Inch Nails rock and that "The Fragile" is the best album of the year.

skaterfan
this album kicked and it is awesome that nin is back and making there presents felt

dzixon
jest zajebisty

TotalGore
i love nine inch nails and have been with them since before halo 2 (pretty hate machine) when the down in it single was the only record they had out, nine inch nails is the best band there ever was or ever will be, but his past works like pretty hate machine, broken, and especially the downward spiral are better, he was alot more darker then, he music style, i think was better then, but i think he will come around and go back to that style, ][\][ ][ ][/][ forever!!!

Shaela
The Fragile is the next level of Trent Reznor's perpetual genius; it is a masterpiece. I've listened to it over and over and i still can barely believe Reznor's maturity and stark beauty on this album. It is immesurably incredible..........the best album of 99 and only after TOOL's Aenima, one of the best of the decade......

Brenden
The other albums are great but songs like no you don't starf****** inc and all of those make it a wicked album the best yet

Ben
I usually don't like industrial, but I made an exception for I\I I I/I. I loved the Downward Spiral and Broken so I went out and bought it. I love this album. It is harsh and mellow. I is beautiful. Trent has matured with his music.
