Sources involved in the negotiation tell TMZ ... the deal was signed several days ago, and Britney is elated. Everyone involved in the concert is relieved Enrique Iglasias' ego couldn't handle opening for Britney and feel Nicki will be infinitely better. Minaj, who is on tour with Lil Wayne until the end of the month, currently has two singles on the Billboard Top 100 -- "Moment 4 Life" and "Did It On'em" Everyone connected with the concert series things Nicki will create even more heat for the tour, which kicks off on June 17 in Sacramento, CA. more on this story
According to papers filed on March 17, Nate Dogg (real name Nathaniel Hale) had fallen behind on his mortgage payments on his Pomona, CA home ... to the tune of $5,924.12. According to the docs, Nate hadn't made a payment on the home since December, 2010. Nate Dogg passed away on March 15 due to complications from multiple strokes. more on this story
Sources tell us, Charlie -- who did bad mouth Denise during the show by calling her a "dognapper" -- sent Denise an email Sunday morning at 10AM PDT threatening that if she did not turn over her pug ... he would continue trashing her on stage. We're told Denise sent Charlie a response, saying she would never turn the dog over ... and that Charlie could say whatever he wanted about her. As TMZ first reported ... Denise isn't turning over the dog because she believes Charlie mistreated the pug and is responsible for the death of the dog's companion. more on this story

The follow up to the group's sophomore album Of Sound Mind, Invisible White marks the debut of new member Matt Barks on Moog / modular synthesizers and charts a new course for the band's progressive, colorful sound. "This record showcases another side of the band," comments ANCESTORS guitarist Justin Maranga. "It's a project that we've been talking about doing for a long time and with the addition of Matt to the lineup, we knew it would be a while before we were able to get the next full length out, so we decided that now was a good time to do this. We went into the studio with rough acoustic skeletons of the songs written and essentially let the songs chart their own course. It was a really different approach for us, as we normally go into the studio knowing exactly what is going to happen." more on this story
The eight songs recorded in 2000 contain the first appearances of songs that later appeared on the band's second and third album ("Howls From The Hills" and "Shivering King" respectively). The session was actually recorded the same time that the band was recording Howls From The Hills but the versions here were treasured by many fans for possessing more raw/live energy than the studio versions. more on this story

Almost the same thing. But a source close to Cryer tells us Jon will not attend Sheen's show ... the politically-correct reason cited is "busy schedule."
