(BBC) A 3D concert movie featuring the cast of TV's Glee fails to make the US box office Top 10 after taking $5.7m (£3.5m) over the weekend. more (Billboard) There will be no Janet Jackson or Lady Antebellum concerts at the Indiana State Fair this week. Fair officials announced Monday that both have been canceled in the wake of the tragedy at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand on Saturday more (FMQB) Jay-Z has been added to the lineup for Clear Channel's iHeartRadio Music Festival, the two-day event hosted by Ryan Seacrest that it set for September 23 and 24 in Las Vegas. more (BBC) Disney's big-screen adaptation of The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Depp has been put on hold, according to industry reports. more (FMQB) Lady Gaga's newest music video is set to air this Thursday on MTV at 7:50 pm EST. The first leg of the 21-city arena tour will feature special guest Josh Kelley and a combination Eden's Edge and Randy Montana in the opening slot. Both the tour name and trio's upcoming album OWN THE NIGHT were inspired by the album's second single, the anthemic "We Owned The Night." The track is now available for airplay at country radio stations and will be available tonight at 11:00P CT on iTunes. The album will be in stores on Sept. 13. more on this story

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brown was busted late Friday night after officers pulled him over for driving without a license plate. We're told once cops went in for a closer look, they found that Brown smelled of alcohol -- so they administered a field sobriety test ... and he didn't perform well. According to sources, Brown almost dodged the DUI bullet. We're told cops stopped him in front of his house, with his pregnant girlfriend in the car. Brown was booked at 12:38 AM at the famous Hollywood station on suspicion of DUI. He posted the $15,000 bail and was released at 7:42 AM on Saturday. more on this story
The soundtrack is the musical companion to the fourth installment in the film franchise. The collection's tracklisting will be revealed in the next few weeks. The film release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn � Part 1 comes to theatres nationwide on November 18.
The track is the second single from the former Pussycat Dolls lead singer's upcoming solo album Killer Love, which will be released by Interscope Records in November. "Don't Hold Your Breath," which was written by Josh Alexander, Billy Steinberg, and Toby Gad is already a huge hit in the U.K. "Don't Hold Your Breath" became Nicole's first record to debut at the #1 spot on the UK National Chart, and also hit #1 on both the Combined Singles Chart and Digital Download Chart. more on this story
Hayley Marie Norman -- who's also appeared in the movies "Hancock" and "Fired Up" -- turned herself in to police in Los Angeles Friday afternoon ... after her ex's new GF told cops she had received an obscene text message from Norman last week .. which read, "You're a f**king c**t." Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the new GF also complained that someone had vandalized the outside of her apartment by writing various messages ... including "This girl sucks d**ks for free" and "This girl is a f**king c**t." Norman was booked on the misdemeanor charge of making obscene or threatening phone calls ... and we're told Norman may eventually be hit with a vandalism charge as well. Norman was released from custody just a few hours later. A call to Norman's rep has not been returned. more on this story
Evancho is the 11-year-old soprano who captivated the country with her breakout performances last summer on "America's Got Talent." The concert includes the songs from Jackie's chart-topping first full-length studio album Dream With Me, produced by the legendary David Foster, plus two bonus tracks that were performed in concert, but not seen on the PBS Special which aired in June. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Lozada sued a wannabe castmember named Vanessa Davis back in 2010 -- claiming Davis was bitter when producers decided not to bring her on the show ... and retaliated by hacking into Lozada's email, stealing nude pics of Evelyn ... and leaking them online. Sources connected to the case tell us ... Evelyn's lawyers searched high and low for Davis to serve her with the lawsuit -- but couldn't track her down. We're told Evelyn got sick of wasting time, energy and money ... and ultimately decided to drop the case altogether. For her part, Davis tells TMZ, "Evelyn's lawsuit had no merit. I am really happy that her tainted name is no longer attached to mine." more on this story

TMZ broke the story ... Mel and Oksana met separately with the judge and a mediator Friday, trying to hammer out a settlement in the custody war that is laced with financial overtones. We're told Oksana asked for a huge amount of money for various reasons, and one involves her son Alexander (aka Sasha). Oksana claims Mel traumatized the boy during the January 6, 2009 explosive fight, which ended with physical violence .... Oksana has alleged Mel knocked two of her teeth out, while Mel says he merely slapped her because she was out of control and endangering the baby. Oksana claims Mel was abusive to the Sasha during the argument, calling him names and scaring him so much he allegedly hid under the bed. Oksana also claimed on another occasion Mel threw her son onto a table, but Mel's camp has denied it. We're told Oksana and Mel are still far apart in settling the claims -- both financial and custody of Lucia -- and the mediation continues next week. more on this story
