Prescription Drugs Not Mentioned By Amy Winehouse's Family
(TMZ) Amy Winehouse's family claims no illegal drugs were present in the singer's system at the time of death ... but there's a gaping hole, because they made no mention of prescription drugs.

A source close to the family would not comment on any prescription drugs, even though he and the rest of the family were categorical on illegal drugs.

The family says they have seen toxicology reports which discount illegal drugs. The family did acknowledge Amy had been drinking at the time of her death.

As for prescription drugs, there are a number that contain the opiates similar to heroin, including OxyContin and morphine.

The Game Accused of Assault
(TMZ) The Game has been accused of punching a man in the face in front of a Hollywood nightclub early Tuesday morning ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told the rapper has been named in a police report ... filed by a man who claims he was attacked by The Game in front of Colony nightclub.

TMZ obtained footage of the incident -- which shows The Game engaged in a physical altercation ... but it's unclear if the rapper actually threw a punch.

After the initial skirmish, a fired up Game can be seen yelling in frustration -- and was restrained by his friends.

We're told the LAPD is investigating the incident ... but no arrests have been made.

So far, no word from The Game himself -- but people close to the rapper tell us he denies hitting anyone. more on this story

Girls Gone Wild Honcho Has Video Proving He's Innocent of Assault
(TMZ) Joe Francis insists he never laid a hand on the chick who claims the "Girls Gone Wild" honcho assaulted her in his Hollywood mansion -- telling TMZ, he even has security footage to PROVE he's innocent.

Joe tells us, he has THREE surveillance cameras that captured the 3-woman altercation at his home back in January -- from several different angles -- and he wasn't involved.

According to Francis, two of the girls were fighting EACH OTHER -- and all three were escorted out of his house for being unruly.

It's a drastically different story from what the girls told police -- that Francis grabbed one of them by the throat and hair, and slammed her head into the tiled floor of his house ... four times.

Francis was charged with one count of assault causing great bodily injury as a result -- in addition to three counts of false imprisonment and one count of dissuading a witness from filing a police report.

But Francis insists it's all BS -- telling us, there wasn't even a tiled floor anywhere near the scene of the fight. TMZ spoke to two other people at Francis' home that night -- and both are prepared to testify in Joe's defense.

Interesting side note: the City Attorney who charged Francis is currently prepping to run for D.A. -- and Joe believes the entire case is politically motivated. more on this story

Real Housewife of Orange County Denies Money Trouble Reports
(TMZ) Alexis Bellino from "Real Housewives of Orange County" is out for justice -- threatening a legal FIRESTORM ... after a tabloid rag claimed she was going broke.

It's all over an issue of In Touch Weekly that came out earlier this month -- the cover of which shows a picture of Alexis, over the caption "Bankrupt!" ... but it gets worse.

Inside the magazine, the article reads, "Bankrupt! Evicted! Foreclosed! Housewives Are Going Broke" -- continuing, "After selling off her home at a fraction of its cost to avoid foreclosure, Alexis Bellino still refuses to admit she and her husband ... have money troubles."

But Alexis claims it's all BS -- and her lawyer fired off a nasty cease and desist letter on Thursday, demanding In Touch retract its "patent, malicious, and libelous comments."

According to the letter, Alexis is "in great financial health" -- and if In Touch doesn't retract its comments ... she'll sue. So far, no word back from In Touch.
