A rep for Joe confirms he went to the emergency room at Children's Hospital L.A. on Sunday. We're told Joe was only at the hospital briefly ... and it's not clear what was wrong with him. One potential hint -- on Friday night (into Saturday morning) Joe was out at a Chicago hot spot Board Room Nightclub partying after his concert. Whatever the problem was ... Joe felt good enough to eat out Sunday night -- we spotted him and his bro Nick leaving Katsuya Sunday night. Sushi after stomach troubles? Risky, Joe. more on this story
MSNBC reports the pop icon's official Facebook page was hijacked Monday morning offering the chance to receive a free iPad. The message told Gaga's more than 45 million Facebook fans that her new signature iPad will be coming out in three days. more on this story
According to a lawsuit filed earlier this year in federal court in Tennessee, Noreen Nalli served as India.Arie's manager from 2005-2009, when she claims Arie dumped her without notice. The two are now involved in a she-said-she-said battle. Nalli claims India.Arie still owes her money from when they worked together and India.Arie counter-sued ... claiming she overpaid Nalli. But here's the interesting part ... Nalli claims India.Arie constantly canceled shows, rejected offers to perform, and would be unavailable for weeks at a time ... which hurt record sales and therefore cost Nalli additional money. A rep for India.Arie tells TMZ that "she remains hopeful that the matter will be resolved amicably." more on this story

Bryant Moore -- a science fiction writer not-famous for his screenplays "Aquatica" and "Descendants: The Pollination" -- claims Cameron used the two screenplays as the basis for "Avatar." In his lawsuit, Moore points out various similarities, including bioluminescent flora/plant life, unbreathable atmospheres, matriarch support of hero vs. heroine, spiritual connections to environment and reincarnation, appearance of mist in scene, sunlight to moonlight, crackling from gargantuan foliage, blue skin/green skin and battle scene on limbs/branches. Moore is also going after 20th Century Fox and Cameron's production company. He wants more than $1.5 billion in actual damages and more than $1 bil in punitives. Naturally, the Canadian crooner is appearing in holiday specials all over the place this time of year, including his UK show, "Michael Buble: Home For Christmas." Monday, the band stopped by The View to perform "Shake It Out" from their new album, "Ceremonials." Given the huge critical and fan reaction to the record, Florence was asked what keeps her grounded. "I think the fact that it hasn't really stopped," she said. "Since the last album, it's been ongoing, and you almost don't quite have time to take stock. But, then when I do go home, I live with my family, and get to go home and be with my mother�and kind of do normal stuff like shout at my little brother." Check out the performance here.
Bono's rep, Howard Bragman, tells TMZ, "They leave this relationship with great love, respect and affection toward one another. No further amplification will be forthcoming and they ask that you respect their privacy at this time." Bono's proposal to Elia was seen last month on the show, "Being Chaz." Diaz was spotted in Carson, CA at a place called Go Kart World. We're told Cameron was there serving as a chaperone to a group of about seven boys and girls. According to our spies, Cam picked up the tab for everyone ($25 a piece) and was quite the skilled racer. As TMZ first reported, porn giant Red Light District says they are in possession of two separate sex tapes featuring Jesse James' former mistress -- one with a man, one with a woman. But McGee's manager, Gina Rodriguez, has fired off a letter to RLD ... demanding they return the videos, which she says were stolen from Bombshell. Rodriguez says McGee will sue if the tapes aren't returned ASAP ... and is asking RLD to return all copies and turn over the names of anyone who's seen it. TMZ spoke with Stephen Laine -- an inventory manager for a food company who was married to Vanessa's mother from 1990 to 2003 ... and helped raise Vanessa from a child into adulthood. Laine tells us, "Her mother taught her well to wait for the ten-year mark [before divorcing]." He explains, "In California ... it's considered a long term marriage and then she gets paid for life or until she remarries ... just like her mother is doing to me." Laine continues, "I have to pay her mom $1,800 every month and clearly they don't need it." Sources close to Vanessa tell us ... Kobe's soon-to-be ex-mother-in-law is currently living in one of the BBaller's mansions ... and we're told Vanessa is very good to her. Laine gripes, "I have a six-year-old daughter and that money could be used toward her college fund or something ... you'd think she'd care .. but no, she's spiteful." more on this story

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there was a breach in the garage that triggered the alarm ... and the alarm company notified police. We're told when cops arrived, they didn't see any signs of a crime -- but just to be safe, they called for the eye in the sky to search for a possible crook ... who may have been scared off when the alarm was triggered. FYI -- people in the area are on high alert because of a rash of burglaries ... but in this case, cops believe it was probably a false alarm. more on this story
