Lambert and Koskinen weren't chatty -- but the warm and cuddly Xmas pic they posted on Twitter yesterday seemed to suggest things were now just ducky. The pair was arrested after the fight and blamed the incident on alcohol. Check out video here.
On Thursday, she let fans know what was coming, tweeting, "Been racking my brain on what to get Little Monsters for Christmas!! I finally figured it out!! On Christmas Day I will leak to you an unreleased Song off Born This Way! It was recorded live, in one take, on the tour bus. Uncensored." When fans awoke for Christmas, Gaga had issued the song "Stuck On F***in' You." "So to give you a little background to the creation of this song," posted Gaga. "I wrote it in Minnesota after the Monster Ball on the tour bus. We recorded it in one shot. Fernando on guitar, Paul on Drum Machine. It's such a timecapsule of the spirit of our creativity. I wrote, sang it, and freestyled the last minute + a half of the song." Take a listen here.
The 20-year-old MTV award winner had performed at the venue earlier in the evening. Video shows Tyler appearing to go off on the sound engineer inside the club (WARNING: video contains some obscenities). We're told cops were called by Roxy staff around 11:30 PM ... and Tyler was taken into custody in front of his mother ... who was visibly upset and yelled at the cops. Tyler was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and was taken to a nearby station to be booked. Update The West Hollywood Sheriff's Dept. tells TMZ ... security staff had contacted deputies Thursday night to report Tyler had "just destroyed an electric soundboard belonging to the venue." Cops say, "As [Tyler] was being escorted to a nearby radio car, the crowd exiting the venue became angry and rushed into the street, towards deputies." Cops called for backup and closed down Sunset Blvd for 30 minutes to regain control of the situation. Eventually the crowd dispersed and no one was injured. Check out the video here.
15 years after the show went off the air ... Janet Hubert tells TMZ she's still upset with the way she was fired from the show ... and blames the whole thing on Smith himself. "There will never be a reunion ... as I will never do anything with an a**hole like Will Smith," Hubert said. She adds, "He is still an egomaniac and has not grown up. This constant reunion thing will never ever happen in my lifetime unless there is an apology, which he doesn't know the word." Hubert has said in the past she believes Smith is to blame for her departure in the middle of the show's run -- claiming he turned on her because she wouldn't kiss his butt. But Smith refuted the claims after Hubert left the show in 1993 -- telling an Atlanta radio station Hubert simply had a bad attitude which played a major role in her demise. Smith told the radio station, "[Hubert] said once, 'I've been in the business for 10 years and this snotty-nosed punk comes along and gets a show.' No matter what, to her I'm just the AntiChrist." The pop superstar has just wrapped up her LOUD tour, and is due for holiday break. "I should feel better about people saying "Congrats on my last show" no? Feels like a break-up!!" tweeted Rihanna on Thursday, after her final concert of 2011. On the horizon, Rihanna is up for four Grammy at the 2012 Grammy Awards, happening February 12 in Los Angeles. more on this story
The credit card company filed a lawsuit against Nelly (real name Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr) in Missouri back in October to try and get their money back (plus another $3,000 in attorney's fees). So far though, they claim Nelly has refused to pay what he owes. A court hearing is scheduled for January 9. Calls to Nelly's camp were not returned. more on this story
Vienna and boyfriend Kasey Kahl were hammering out their issues on the show -- but during a routine sit-down, sources close to production tell us, producers blindsided her ... bringing out Vienna's previous ex ... Lee Smith. In case you don't remember -- Lee is the guy Vienna was allegedly sending flirty emails to while she was still engaged to "Bachelor" winner Jake Pavelka. According to sources, Vienna had an emotional breakdown and walked off the show -- screaming at producers that she "hates" them. She hasn't been back since and the show has finished shooting. It's unclear if she violated her contract by ditching the show early. Attempts to reach Vienna were unsuccessful. more on this story

Making matters even more complicated -- we're told Arnold still desperately wants Maria back, and has been "extremely sweet" to her and has made numerous gestures -- which include presents -- to win Maria back.
Constance Corleone -- who owns an extension line called Bella Dream Hair -- filed the case, claiming Tami's rep contacted her last September and asked to try out Constance's product. According to the suit, Constance obliged, and then was horrified to learn Tami had fired up her own extension line under the name, Curls By Roman. What's worse, Constance claims, Tami was advertising her line with a pic of her wearing Constance's extensions. Thus began a serious of very funny tweets, including one from Tami which read, "Fraudulent people trying to take credit NOT. People trying to take credit for this hair. WTF they crazy." After some back and forth, with Constance demanding that Tami send her extensions back to her, Tami tweeted, "Mad that I already mailed that S**T back2u cuz I got they address-would took it to Constance myself lying bitch." As TMZ first reported, the government filed a lawsuit against Hammer and his wife to get the $779,585 it claimed he owed in back taxes. But Hammer isn't about to just write a check ... he filed a response in federal court this week claims he settled that debt already. Sources close to the actress tell TMZ ... she's gotten a bunch of offers to host various ragers on NYE ... but she's turned down every last one. Lohan's decision is a costly one -- some stars have raked in 6-figure checks for partying on New Year's Eve. But we're told Lindsay -- who received high marks from her just earlier this month -- doesn't think a check would be worth it. Lindsay and her son Alex Kingi are being sued by a man named Kumarashinghe Abewardanage (common spelling) over a car accident. Abewardanage's lawyer tells us Kingi rear-ended his client, causing injuries to his left shoulder, back, neck, knee and a broken tooth. THEY CAN REBUILD HIM! Wagner is the registered owner of the vehicle, which is why she was named as a defendant. Abewardanage is seeking damages in excess of $25,000. The only big change -- Robyn is going back to her maiden name ... so from now on it's Robyn Moore. As we reported, the couple's been negotiating a financial settlement for over a year ... and we're told, it's finally a done deal. There is no prenup. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Portwood was popped on Dec. 16 for possession of a controlled substance. It's unclear what the substance was. Sources also tell us Portwood "failed to provide urine drug screen on Dec. 16 and Dec. 19." Portwood is also on the hook for various other alleged violations -- including failure to complete an anger management class and failure to set up a college fund for her daughter. In Tareq's response to Michaele's divorce petition, he claims she was a compulsive liar. The examples he gave ... she SWORE she was a Washington Redskins Cheerleader and a Victoria's Secret Model. Tareq also says Michaele lived beyond her means, routinely spending thousands of bucks on hair extensions and beauty treatments and throwing lavish parties for him -- in one case $16k. And the whole rockstar affair thing ... Tareq quotes Journey guitarist Neal Schon, who boasts he had sex with Michaele in his dressing room after a concert while she was still with Tareq. Schon says, "I have tennis shoes on and she's, like, nine feet tall over me. And she looks down at me like she's standing on stilts and says, 'I love you. And that's never gonna change.'
