SR bull operator Dave Collins tells TMZ, he and a pal were minding their own business on their way out of a bar in Minneapolis Friday night ... when suddenly, out of nowhere, a gang of unidentified males jumped them, and fists started flying. Collins says he and his buddy were eventually able to get away, but not before taking several shots to the face -- adding, "We fled the scene as quick as possible because we didn't know if the guys had knives or guns ... It was a really scary moment in my life." So far, no arrests have been made. See a photo of the black eye here

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Jay-Z failed to pay workers' compensation insurance for three months in 2009 -- and sources close to the situation tell us, the insurance was supposed to cover domestic employees in Jay-Z's house ... cooks, maids, drivers ... that sort of thing. The government agency sued the rapper to collect $18,000 in fines for the transgression -- and a court has since ordered Jay to pay up. According to the docs, it was only a momentary lapse -- after the three-month period in 2009, Jay-Z acquired the right insurance and the problem was resolved ... with the exception of the outstanding $18,000 owed. A source close to Jay-Z claims the rapper never lapsed in his workers' comp payments -- telling us, the $18,000 bill is the result of a clerical error ... which is currently being sorted out. more on this story
The up-tempo club anthem "I'm Here To Drink," which features a guest appearance by superstar singer Sean Kingston, will serve as the long awaited lead single for the project. "Music is my greatest passion and to be able to share it with my fans is a gift," said Prince Malik. "I've been able to work with some incredibly talented artists over the past year and am looking forward to releasing my most recent collaborations. "I'm Here To Drink" ft. Sean Kingston is the first to come, it is a very fun record and will definitely set the tone for what people can expect on "Life Style!" His website
In case you haven't heard ... the project is called "Skank Robbers" -- a wacky action comedy about two lady bank robbers ... with Lawrence's Sheneneh character from "Martin," Foxx's Wanda from "In Living Color," and according to reports ... Tyler Perry's Madea ... from every bad movie you've seen. The project is reportedly in development. Enter Shamont Lyle Sapp -- who, coincidentally, says he's serving time in Oklahoma for 10 bank robberies -- he's filed a lawsuit, claiming he gave Foxx and Perry the idea for the project ... and they cut him out of the action. According to the docs, Shamont had the idea to unite the three characters in one film -- but his version wasn't a comedy about bank robbers ... it was a drama about a mental hospital. The lawsuit encapsulates Sapp's idea -- "A male white mental patient takes Madea hostage ... He deals with phone calls from the negotiators, as Madea actually pleads for her life in a very sad tear-jerking way ... Her pleas are to be very sad. No jokes at all." Sounds like a blast. Shamont is also suing Fox Broadcasting and producer David Zuckerman for a total of $4 million in damages. Calls to Foxx and Perry's camps were not returned. Looks like a bogus suit ... Foxx and Martin did a "Skank Robbers" sketch for the BET Awards in 2009 ... which aired a month before Sapp even pitched his idea to Perry. more on this story
One of the first questions the dispatcher asks ... is D breathing? The caller -- who's so freaked out she can't stop screaming -- says he is. Moments later, everything unravels ... as the caller shouts that the rapper has stopped breathing, and people on the scene then scramble to perform CPR. An ambulance arrived shortly thereafter ... but it was too late. Heavy D was pronounced dead at the hospital an hour later. Listen here.
Deiondra Sanders -- Deion's 19-year-old daughter from a previous relationship -- just BLASTED her step-mom on her Twitter account ... claiming Pilar Sanders has been a TERRIBLE wife to her famous father. Before she unleashed, Deiondra apologized to her father -- claiming Deion "is going to be very upset at me 4 he always takes the higher route." Then ... she GOES OFF -- claiming Pilar straight up LIED when she claimed she found out Deion filed for divorce on TMZ.com. Deiondra writes, "#HowYouDidntKnow but yo boxes have been packed for weeks now." She adds, "HowYoTopPriorityBeen yo marriage and yo kids when u flying out to see other n**gas ... yeah we know." Deiondra added, "All u had to do was be a supportive wife. Only thing u ever cared about doing with my dad is reality shows." "Pilar stop tryna play the victim. Maybe if u would of actually loved my dad and not loved the life he gave you we would be here today." Pilar's lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ ... "Marriage is a relationship between two adults and it doesn't involve engaging this kind of faceless accusations made by his child." He adds, "If Deion has something to say, he'll battle it out at the courthouse. Meanwhile Pilar is still trying to protect her children and save her marriage." more on this story
Sources tell us ... the woman behind the book, Pam Behan, served as a nanny, personal assistant and cook for Bruce and Kris Jenner for years ... and spent all sorts of time with the Kardashian girls AND the Jenner boys, Brody and Brandon. We're told ... in the book, Pam makes it clear -- she couldn't stand Bruce's sons ... calling the two kids, "extremely spoiled and disrespectful." In the book, we're told Pam also claims she almost lost her job after slapping Brandon one day. As for the Kardashians -- we're told Pam describes her relationship with Kris as a "love/hate" thing ... but she seems fond of Bruce, claiming he helped her avoid prosecution when she was busted for DUI a while back. We're told Pam also promises to reveal some "intimate details" about Kourtney and Kim -- surprising, because we're told the girls were very fond of her. Sources tell us the book has been pitched to several major literary agents -- but it's unclear if a deal has been struck. more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bynum was pulled over Tuesday for driving without a license plate and having illegally tinted tail lights. Bynum walked away with a fix-it ticket. But it was not lesson learned, because on Wednesday Bynum was pulled over in his Porsche 911 on the freeway for going over 80 mph. Bynum was cited and released.
