One source inside the club tells us the two were "all over each other" the entire evening ... and were even seen making out. Terrified crew members can be seen running for their lives ... when 40-year-old Carlos Barron emerged from his Las Vegas home with a pistol on April 25 and began shooting ... all because he felt the production was too close to his house. Barron can be heard threatening production members ...saying, "I'll blow your ass away man ... I will kill your ass." As the cameras rolled, one crew member instructs a cameraman, "Tape motherf**ker ... this is real, real sh*t ... that's what Anderson Cooper does, b*tch." Afterward, "Repo Games" star Josh Lewis admitted, "I thought I was gonna go Steven Segal for a hot minute and start throwing rocks ... [but then I] heard the second gun shot and I was like, 'F*ck that!'" Cops quickly rolled to the scene and sent a K-9 unit after the suspect. Barron was eventually arrested and booked for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and obstructing a police officer. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, Keegan was handcuffed and detained by police officers after he was "uncooperative" when cops asked Keegan to turn down his music. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they did not tase Keegan at any point, pointing out that if they had ... they would be required to take him to the hospital. But several witnesses to the encounter tell TMZ they say Keegan get tased. Here's where the video comes in to play ... at around the :45 and :54 marks, you can hear what sounds like a taser going off -- it's hard to make out for certain over Andrew's screams. When contacted for comment, Keegan gave us a very diplomatic response, which said in part, "I always cooperate with the authorities and am confused by the show of force." The event will take place at Philadelphia's FDR Park on Friday, September 23 and Saturday, September 24. The Shins, Girl Talk and Pretty Lights are set to headline the music festival that will feature three stages of live music as well as DJ's, and stand-up comedy. more on this story

Patricia's lawyer, Samantha Klein of Wasser, Cooperman & Carter, filed for divorce in January, 2009, but Patricia had a change of heart a few months later and called it off. But in August, 2010, the couple separated and the divorce was back on. The couple married in 2006. They have an 8-year-old daughter. Sources close to the couple tell TMZ they've been going over their favorite passages in hopes of picking a few to be engraved on their wedding bands. We're told Kim will pick a passage for Kris' ring, and Kris will pick one to be engraved on Kim's. According to our sources ... they are each taking it very seriously and they both want to pick something "with meaning." Serrano had filed for divorce back in November -- citing "irreconcilable differences" ... and according to court documents filed this afternoon, the marriage is officially over and out. The two had been married for 17 years and have one minor daughter together. more on this story
We're told the dispute between producer Paul Brooks -- who worked with Cage on "Shadow of the Vampire" -- has been resolved. Cage's rep tells TMZ ... "Contrary to recent reports that a lawsuit was going forth by Paul Brooks and Early Bird Productions against Mr. Cage, this matter has been resolved privately and amicably between the parties and therefore no legal action is being pursued." Nadya Suleman tells TMZ every single quote that was attributed to her from an interview with In Touch magazine is false ... because she never even gave them an interview. In another passage from the "interview," Nadya supposedly said she thinks her older children are animals and that she often locks herself in the bathroom and cries. To that she says, "I hardly have 30 seconds to go to the restroom, I could never lock my self in the bathroom for hours. I Love ALL my children, I do not regret them and it's ridiculous that I have to continue to defend myself against these disgusting fabricated lies." more on this story
TMZ has learned ... Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is dropping his lawsuit against his dad, Frank Sorrentino. Father and son filed legal docs asking the judge to dismiss the case. In the settlement ... Frank agrees to stop using the "Jersey Shore" star's name, image and likeness to make a buck. And while Frank takes some of the blame for going on camera and trashing his kid -- Frank claims in the dismissal docs he's the real victim ... because he was exploited by a "con artist" named Robert Fletcher who wanted to reap the profits from the Sorrentino family feud. Frank says Fletcher, his former publishing agent, was the driving force behind the website -- and concocted the plan to illegally exploit Mike's name and image. UPDATE: We've learned there was a financial component to the settlement. We're told although the Situation's dad didn't have to pay any money, Fletcher had to cough up $5,000. Better than nothing. In the docs, Frank says, "I regret getting involved with Robert Fletcher and I am sorry that I participated, to the detriment of my son Michael." more on this story

Hours after she was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Tuesday, Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch called up Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, to discuss the possibility of a business relationship. Hirsch tells TMZ ... "Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It's not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life." No word on how much Hirsch is willing to pony up ... but he thinks there's a realistic chance ... noting, "We've all seen the pictures of her partying and having a good time with friends where she definitely looks hot." So far, Hirsch has yet to hear back from Anthony's lawyer ... but he says, "I'm sure Baez and Casey are celebrating today, but I'm hoping to connect with him very soon." more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 27-year-old Nicholas Telemaque was killed around 2:40 AM on July 4 from "multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso." Minaj posted photos and messages on Twitter ... saying, "Lived in Brooklyn his whole life. My precious cousin. My baby. Killed last nite." We're told cops are investigating the incident -- but so far, no arrests have been made. more on this story

The DJ in question -- named The Alchemist -- dropped the bombshell in L.A. recently .. telling TMZ, "I'm working on a joint with Vanilli ... Vanilli making a comeback." And according to the Alchemist, Vanilli -- real name Fab Morvan -- is bringing his real voice to the recording sessions, adding, it's "real sh*t dude."� We spoke with Vanilli's rep -- who tells us Fab is DEFINITELY serious about his comeback ... and has recently worked with DJ Tiesto ... one of the biggest DJs in the world. t all went down June 24 when Katt's tour bus pulled into a Jack-in-the-Box in Williams, Arizona. According to police, one of Katt's bodyguards was bitten by a German shepherd -- prompting the bodyguard to open fire twice ... killing the dog. The German shepherd -- named Lester -- was a retired police dog that had gotten loose during a walk with its owners. The family tells TMZ they were in shock when, "Katt Williams came outside and told us that he [the bodyguard] will be fired immediately." This is when it gets weird. The family says Katt went inside his tour bus and walked off with an 8 week old Mastiff ... and offered it to them to replace the dead dog. They accepted and then -- shockingly -- posed for a picture with Katt ... and everyone was all smiles! more on this story

In her divorce settlement, Charlie promises not to ever publicly discuss her drug use, and people in Brooke's camp are telling us, "He better not go there." We're told Brooke's people are seriously considering sending Comedy Central a letter, demanding it not broadcast any anti-Mueller jabs. Final divorce papers were filed in L.A. County Superior Court [late last week]. Sources tell TMZ ... the divorce was amicable. Neither Scarlett nor Ryan asked for spousal support and there was no prenup, so they divided the property and earnings accumulated during the marriage 50/50. The papers were filed by Ryan's lawyer, Laura Wasser, Friday afternoon. The couple married in September, 2008 and have no children. more on this story

We're told all of the usual suspects on broadcast and cable are trying to snag an interview with Maria, but she has no interest. We're told Maria has "a special place in her heart for Oprah" and if she ends up doing anything it will probably be with her. Bottom line .... The call was made by legendary prankster Ralphige -- who has fooled the likes of Donald Trump, Paris Hilton, and Chris Brown. During the MJ call, Ralphige pretended to be Akon ... and he teased Michael about molesting children. MJ claimed Ralphige was NOT talking to the real Michael Jackson ... but merely an impersonator. Now, the MJ Estate is acknowledging that the King of Pop REALLY WAS was pranked -- because they've threatened to sue Ralphige for selling the recording on his website for 99 cents a pop ... without permission from MJ's camp. The threat worked -- because Ralphige's site is down ... but the prankster sees a silver lining ... telling us, "The letter, if anything, it at least proves to the doubters that the prank call is real." He adds, "I am afraid the estate is not aware Michael personally gave me permission to release the phone call. TMZ broke the story ... Weston and Nikki were taken to the police station for questioning after the domestic disturbance. But now we're told witnesses claim Nikki went nuclear inside their apartment. Witnesses say in addition to cutting him on the arm with a bottle, she punched him wildly and threatened to jump off the balcony. But cops believed Weston was also violent and booked him on felony domestic violence as well. Sources tell TMZ Weston went into rehab shortly after the altercation with his trainer last month and his wife followed suit. more on this story
