Nickelodeon Star DUI Bust
(TMZ) Nickelodeon actor Ryan Rottman proved last night ... he's a big enough star to get arrested in Hollywood ... for DUI.

Rottman, who stars in "Gigantic" but may be even more famous for dating Victoria Justice, jumped the curb as he was driving in Hollywood. His bad luck ... cops saw it all, pulled him over and then
smelled a strong odor of alcohol ... so say our law enforcement sources.

After giving Rottman a field sobriety test, they arrested him on suspicion of DUI. We're told Rottman blew a .19 ... well over twice the legal limit.

He was taken to jail, booked and released a few hours later without having to post bail. more on this story

Arnold Schwarzenegger Will Get The Family Home
(TMZ) Arnold Schwarzenegger will get the family home in Brentwood, CA as part of his divorce settlement with Maria Shriver ... but virtually nothing else has been worked out.

We're told there will be no issue ... All of the assets in the marriage are community property, which means Arnold and Maria have a 50/50 interest. But we're told Arnold, Maria and their reps are "in the very beginning stages" of deciding who gets what.

As we first reported, there is no prenup. We're told when Arnold and Maria married, they had "very little in the way of assets compared to what they have now." The combined wealth of the former couple is estimated at around $400 million.

And, as we reported, Maria is in escrow to buy a home valued at around $10 million. The house is also in Brentwood, approximately 3 miles from the family home. Maria wanted to be close so the kids could easily go back and forth.

As for the exact percentage of the spoils Arnold and Maria will ultimately walk away with -- it hasn't even been discussed. "It's very early in the process" says one source with direct knowledge. more on this story

Tiger Vs PGA Tour
(TMZ) A grown ass man shows up to a PGA tournament in a bright orange "Tiger" suit in the hopes of cheering on his hero Tiger Woods ... but according to a new lawsuit, something went terribly wrong.

The SUPERFAN -- Jason Goodwin -- claims he got "pre-permission" to wear his spirited costume to the TPC Boston tournament in 2010 ... but once he arrived to the course, one of the golfers flipped out.

Goodwin, who says he had a valid ticket for the event, claims security escorted him off the course after the 1st hole ... because Tiger's playing partner, Angel Cabrera, complained the tiger suit was "too bright and bothersome."

Goodwin filed a small claims lawsuit against the PGA in Boston, insisting his civil rights were "infringed upon" -- and he wants $7150 to make things right.

Goodwin tells TMZ ... he chose the amount because it's the most he's allowed to sue for in small claims court ... adding, "I want to make the point that you can't tell people what to wear."

Calls to the PGA have not been returned. more on this story
