A rep for Lifetime tells TMZ, the wheels are in motion for a movie called "Bling Ring" -- which chronicles a group of teens in 2009 who pilfer $3 million in cash and jewelry ... from celebs like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Orlando Bloom. But don't expect to hear the names Nick Prugo, Rachel Lee, and Alexis Neiers in the flick -- we're told the burglars' real names had to be changed for "legal reasons." And get this -- "Dirty Dancing" star Jennifer Grey will take a lead role as the mother of the Prugo character. The movie should be on TV in late summer. more on this story
TMZ spoke to Matthew "Mdot" Finley's rep, Eric Ortner, who tells us the 23-year-old star of "Camp Rock 2" has already undergone THREE surgeries to reposition and stabilize his right tibia and fibula bones. Doctor's are using screws, pins and all sorts of metal contraptions to help keep the leg together. We broke the story ... Artest had just left a club -- and was walking down Hollywood Blvd. when a woman and a man began to throw punches at each other RIGHT NEXT to the NBA superstar. After some bobbing and weaving, 6'7", 260 pound Artest stepped in and quickly separated the two combatants. Virgin Mobile's new ad campaign is built entirely around a fake Hollywood couple called "Sparah" -- a mashup of the names Spencer and Sarah -- and Pratt is pissed he and Heidi have become the target of a national joke ... with no paycheck to show for it. According to Spencer, Speidi's getting ripped off -- telling us, "They should being paying for using our likeness. It's obvious they are trying to be us." As with Hurricane Bells' debut album Tonight Is The Ghost, Tides and Tales was recorded, produced, and mixed almost entirely by Schiltz (longtime front man of Longwave) over the past few months. The funds raised through PledgeMusic will directly contribute to the mastering, manufacturing, touring and promotion of the album. For pledging, multiple incentives are offered to fans, including exclusive vinyl, signed CDs and t-shirts, a house concert by the band, and a vintage Gibson guitar, among many others. Fans who pledge will also be able to stream new album track "Let's Go" immediately via the Hurricane Bells PledgeMusic page.
The video stars their honorary mascot, a baboon named Joshua. In the clip, Joshua unravels a scene of visionary bliss and movement through unoccupied lit city streets. Follow Joshua through his journey along a chased path to question and destination. This video was produced by the same team that launched the recent Facebook app "Feed Joshua." When the App on Facebook is launched, users can feed facebook friends to the baboon and the program will generate a version of this music video where the user and their friends will appear within the official video. "I Love You This Big" debuts at No. 32 on Billboard's Nielsen BDS-based Hot Country Songs chart. This is the highest debut for a new artist's first single since the chart began using BDS data the week of Jan. 20, 1990, according to Billboard. The song, which hit No. 1 on iTunes, reached No. 3 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart with 171,404 units sold, while a compilation album featuring 14 of his performances from America Idol, entitled American Idol Season 10: Scotty McCreery, reached No. 12 on the Billboard Top 200 all-genre albums chart and No. 3 on the country albums chart with 23,196 units sold. more on this story

Once the evaluations are in, Kelsey wants a trial ... so it looks like he doesn't hold out hope he can strike a deal with his ex. Patty is telling friends she never asked to put hubby Rogelio Baena on the document. Patty is saying she never told Rogelio or anyone else at the hospital that he was the father. Patty says Rogelio directed hospital staff to put his name on the birth certificate -- which Patty never signed. Patty is saying Rogelio wanted his name on the document because he believed it would help him score U.S. citizenship.Rogelio is making noise that he wants to sue Patty and Arnold for tricking him into thinking he was the father for 13 years, but Patty says she made it clear to him during her pregnancy that he wasn't the daddy. more on this story
