TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender the kids to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect. According to legal docs, Brooke also claims ... on February 23, Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke's eye. more on this story
Here they come...again...hey, hey, it's The Monkees! 45 years after their groundbreaking show and hit singles first took televisions and record players by storm, original Monkees members Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz and Peter Torkare proud to announce a new tour to dazzle five decades' worth of fans. An Evening with The Monkees - The 45th Anniversary Tour launches on June 3rd at Atlanta's Chastain Park and rolls through more than 30 cities before concluding July 15th in Los Angeles. These shows mark the first live performances by the band in a full decade, and are sure to draw yet another generation of fans to their one-of-a-kind mix of music and comedy. "We need to share this music once again as people want to hear music from times that made them happy," said Davy Jones. "The records are being played all the time. And, the fans are still there... So, we're going to do it." Micky Dolenz added, "I'm looking forward to getting back together with my old buddies for some good ol' rock and roll." Lohan is telling friends she would "never do a sex book" ... despite reports that she signed a multi-million dollar deal to pose with James Franco in a series of "graphic" photos for a Madonna-esque book with photographer Terry Richardson. However, we've learned Lohan HAS agreed to a milder photo shoot with Richardson ... in a book about the "glamor and history" of Hollywood. Braddock is the first inductee in the new Songwriter category, which is awarded every third year in a rotation with the Recording and/or Touring Musician and Non-Performer categories. "We are inducting royalty this year," said Steve Moore, CMA Chief Executive Officer. "Jean and Reba are two of Country Music's most revered queens, and Bobby Braddock is a king of songwriting. Celebuzz spoke with Monica Cost, celebrated columnist for EURWeb and branding expert, who helped map out the next steps for the young couple. Monica explains that it can be hard for male teen stars to get into relationships with women (famous or not famous) since they are often placed "in a position where the fans feel that they are in a place of ownership" over the celeb. Justin's fans are an important and involved part of his life and he actively pursues an engaged relationship with his Beliebers through Twitter and Facebook, so it is easy to see why many of his fans would feel like they "own" the young star. Monica also explains that Justin and Selena's relationship may prove to problematic for some fans since she is older (18) and he is still viewed a "the young teen heartthrob." These original tracks will air in the "Glee" episode Tuesday, March 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The tour kicks off in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, on March 18, with additional dates to be announced in the upcoming weeks.
The duo is co-fronted by Shawn Harris, formerly of Oakland, California based-band the Matches, and Jake Grigg of Australian band Something with Numbers.
Founded by Chris Jones, owner of Sole East Hotel in Montauk, and screenwriter Bill Collage, MTK delivers two days of adult contemporary music, as well as new and emerging pop, rock and alt-rock acts. The bands will be announced in the coming weeks. In addition to music, MTK offers ticket holders the opportunity to enjoy local food, wine and beer. They expect more than a dozen local food service providers and restaurants to be represented. A separate wine and beer tent will showcase East End wines and local micro-brews of which there are dozens.

Bonfire Diaries features nearly a dozen musical madmen, including Tommy Cappell of Beats Antique and Micha Grainger of The Yard Dogs Road Show. The 11 songs on Bonfire Diaries were mixed by Jeremy Black of Apollo Sunshine.
