TMZ broke the story ... Judge Keith Schwartz has indicated he would give Lindsay 3 months in jail if she cops a plea. That sentence translates to 19 days because of jail overcrowding. But sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Judge Schwartz reserved the right to change the sentence depending on the evidence that surfaces during Friday's hearing. And here's the bad news for Lindsay. We've learned prosecutor Danette Meyers -- who is asking for 6 months in jail -- will argue Lindsay's performance on probation has been "unsatisfactory." She has missed AA meetings, gone to class with tea laced with alcohol and missed court appearances. more on this story

Well I was lit and I was on the toilet. Then I got a call from Robert Watsoners telling me that if we didn't have the single in 24 hours he was going to kill us. Me and ALIen were scared for our lives so we started drinking. Later that evening we found our way to Hot Beats Studios and hooked up with producer/singer *69. ALIen got tipsy and went retarded on the drums. We got drunk and started fighting so therefore I never laid my vocals. I went home drunk in an African taxi cab and woke up tipsy and happy with no hang over. The booth was near my bed, and the rest is history! Pure Awesomeness and Good times on the Reggie Miller. Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!

As we first reported, Bam says the whole thing started after a random group of people started yelling nasty things at him Thursday night ... so he called one of the women in the group a "sea otter" and a "beached whale." Long story short -- the woman kicked Bam in the face after all of the yelling ... and left a mark. Bam snapped a pic for us so we could get a look at his black eye -- but he still must be feeling the effects of that kick to the head ... cause he turned the wrong eye to the camera.
