Lindsay Lohan Reacts To Jail Sentence
(TMZ) Judge Stephanie Sautner gave actress Lindsay Lohan 120 days in jail -- that's the sentence for her probation violation ... so Lindsay won't do additional time for the theft.

And TMZ has learned the Sheriff's Department will probably let LiLo do her time at home with an electronic monitoring device -- and she'll only have to stay there for 14 days. Lohan just released a statement saying, "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career. I support the judge's decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation."

Lohan added, "I have already started my community service at the Downtown Women's Center and thank everyone there for their warm welcome." She concluded, "I hope to be able to fulfill my obligation without any press attention. I think the media spotlight should be on issues such as homelessness and domestic violence instead of on me." more on this story

CMT Disaster Relief Concert Airs Tonight
Music Builds: The CMT Disaster Relief Concert will air live from Nashville on tonight, May 12 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on CMT and will be simulcast on CMT.com. All money raised will benefit the American Red Cross Disaster Relief efforts. Here is the latest on the lineup:

live, commercial-free, 90-minute concert special features performances by Hank Williams, Jr., Alabama, Alan Jackson, Gretchen Wilson, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins and more to raise awareness and funds for those affected by the recent devastating storms, flooding and tornadoes.

Music Builds: The CMT Disaster Relief Concert will highlight a number of regions affected by recent storm, tornado and flooding damage including Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Ala.; Natchez and Vicksburg, Miss.; Vidalia, La.; Memphis, Dyersburg and Tiptonville, Tenn.; and Raleigh, N.C. to name a few. In addition to performances, the special will include additional calls to action from Big Kenny, Carrie Underwood, Courteney Cox, Ellen Degeneres, University of Alabama Coach Nick Saban, Nicole Kidman, Shania Twain, Taylor Swift, and others. Cops Question Actor Tom Sizemore About Missing Girlfriend
(TMZ) Tom Sizemore's girlfriend went missing over a month ago -- and TMZ has learned, the actor was recently questioned in connection with the case.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, there is an active investigation into the disappearance of 25-year-old Megan Wren -- who had been living with Sizemore for six months prior to her disappearance on March 31st.

Law enforcement sources confirm ... Tom was questioned recently and has "been very cooperative" -- but they wouldn't comment on whether he was considered a suspect. According to law enforcement, multiple witnesses claim Megan was last seen with Sizemore. more on this story

Billy Ray Cyrus To Deliver I'm American
Billy Ray Cyrus has announced a June 28 release date for his new album I'm American on Buena Vista Records.

Cyrus' collection of songs dedicated to the spirit of being American features special guest appearances by Amy Grant and country artists (also veterans) Jamey Johnson, Craig Morgan and Darryl Worley.

Cyrus' single, "Runway Lights," will be shipped to Country radio later this month, and will be the theme song to his upcoming TLC "Surprise Homecoming" series that debuts on May 30, in which the artist will greet troops coming home from the war. more on this story

Prince Ends Whitney Houston Ban
(TMZ) Apparently, Prince had no idea Whitney Houston had been blacklisted from his concerts ... and now, The Purple One wants everyone to know "she's always welcome 4 all of eternity."

TMZ had confirmed the ban with several sources connected to Prince's tour -- but Wednesday, Prince's manager released a statement welcoming Houston to come back whenever she wants ... insisting the singer enjoys having Houston in his audience.

Nightclub Attack Under Investigation
(TMZ) The LAPD has opened an investigation into the horrifying attack in front of a Hollywood nightclub Wednesday morning ... in an effort to identify the man who K.O.'d an unassuming clubgoer.

TMZ captured the incident on tape outside the Roxbury nightclub -- when an unknown man took a running start and delivered a ferocious punch to the head of a man who had just walked out of the club.

The victim -- said to be in his 30s -- instantly crumbled to the ground and laid unconscious for ten minutes before an ambulance arrived to the scene. more on this story

Charlie Sheen Loses Battle With Denise Richards
(TMZ) Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards went to battle at an L.A. lawyer's office this week over a custody agreement regarding their kids ... and TMZ has learned the Warlock did NOT emerge victorious.

Sources connected to the negotiation say Charlie wants his daughters Sam and Lola for weekends ... but Denise has had deep concerns about the welfare of the children and under current circumstances, she does not want Charlie to have the kids.

When the two faced off -- we're told there were "neutral third parties in the room" who agreed with Denise that Charlie should not have the kids. more on this story

Celeb Accused of Spreading Sexual Disease
(TMZ) A new lawsuit obtained by TMZ alleges "An A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally" knowingly exposed a sex partner to the herpes virus. But here's the rub -- the suit doesn't name the celeb.

According to the suit, the plaintiff -- who also is not named -- met the celebrity in Las Vegas April 1. The suit claims the celeb -- a male who is worth in excess of $100 million -- "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires."

According to the lawsuit, filed by attorney Keith Davidson, it didn't end well, because the plaintiff contracted herpes. The suit claims the celeb knew all along he had herpes and lied to the plaintiff in order to satisfy his desires. more on this story
