(AP) M-Bone of the rap group Cali Swag District, which scored a hit last year with the song 'Teach Me How to Dougie,' was killed in a weekend drive-by shooting as he sat in a car outside a liquor store, police said Monday. more (BBC) Dannii Minogue confirms she is standing down as a judge on The X Factor due to a clash of TV commitments. more On this side of the pond, Billboard reports that Fox has given "The X Factor" the odd running time of 90 minutes and positioned it at 8 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning this fall, the network announced Monday morning (May 16). An hourlong results show will be aired Thursdays. more. They also announced the return date of American Idol. (Billboard) Country music's royal couple has officially tied the knot. Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton were married Saturday night at the Don Strange Ranch in Boerne, Texas, People.com reports. more (BBC) An average 9.5m million viewers in the UK tuned in to see Saturday's Eurovision Song Contest final, peaking at 12.7m, according to early estimates. more (FMQB) Beyonc�'s new video for "Run The World (Girls)" was supposed to premiere on Vevo.com today, but B has decided to hold back until the clip is perfect. more A struggling network scores a very rare hit and what do they do? Charlie continues, taking a shot at the show, saying, "Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB." Essentially, Charlie is saying the age group that supported him is going to tune out. Charlie adds, "Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there." Of course, Charlie is referring to his nemesis, "Men" creator and Executive Producer Chuck Lorre. more on this story
Springfield was arrested in Malibu on May 1 and blew a .10 -- above the legal limit. Sources tell us ... Springfield was extremely angry after the deputy said his $200,000, 1963 Corvette Stingray would be towed away. Law enforcement sources tell us, Springfield yelled to the deputy, "If you tow my car I will f**king kill you and your family." Law enforcement sources tell us ... back at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, the captain who runs the station asked the deputy, "Did you really feel threatened?" Our sources say some of the deputies at the station felt it was a loaded question, trying to minimize Springfield's statement. In the end, our sources say there was no mention of the threat in the arrest report -- the report merely says Springfield was "belligerent." more on this story

The album's first single, "Not Over You," which Gavin co-wrote with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, who also produced the track, will premiere today May 16th on AOL Music, impacts radio on June 6th and will be available for purchase through iTunes and all other digital providers on June 7th.
Britney has one hell of a history in the 2008 Mercedes Benz SLK 320 -- she blew through red lights, wreaked havoc at all hours of the night and smashed into another car in a parking lot ... for which she was later arrested on a hit-and-run charge. Now, the car is set to go on display at the Volo Auto Museum just outside of Chicago on June 26 ... the same day the museum will hold a drawing to let one lucky Britney fan drive the car around town for a day ... ... as long as the winner agrees to obey all traffic laws. more on this story

A stunned McCreery and Turner performed "Your Man" followed by what McCreery says is his "favorite song of all time" - "Long Black Train." "I think he was surprised," laughs Josh Turner. "It's a great campaign for a great cause," Hasselbeck said as she showed off the boots. "Proceeds help treat injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder." The boots are part of a national initiative called the Boot Campaign. The Campaign's motto is, "When They Come Back, We Give Back". Sources connected with the restaurant-themed VH1 reality show tell TMZ, Spencer's been banned from the set since day one -- and Heidi herself AGREED to the injunction. We're told producers were adamant ... Spencer wasn't allowed on the set, near the set, or to be involved in any way whatsoever -- and not wanting bad blood ... Sources close to Keegan tell TMZ, Andrew and his buddies were leaving a charity event in L.A. a few weeks ago when a group of six male strangers approached them -- and picked a fight out of nowhere. We're told Andrew and his pals tried to diffuse the situation -- but the attackers quickly turned violent ... taking a swing at Andrew and even pistol-whipping one of his friends. Thankfully, police were called and the fight broke up before anyone was seriously hurt. more on this story
Sources tell TMZ, Charlie's base pay on the show was $1.25 million an episode. We've learned Ashton will get more than half -- more than $625,000 -- but less than $800,000. There are reports Charlie received upwards of $2 million an episode, but that includes his profit participation. And TMZ has learned, CBS honcho Les Moonves has already signed off and he will announce the show is coming back for Season 9. more on this story

A bus carrying 19 people crashed on the way to a taping of "Dr. Phil" back in 2007 -- and five of the women on board banded together to sue him and the bus company for negligence. Earlier this week, the five women settled their lawsuit -- but we're told the girls didn't make out too well. According to a source close to the settlements, only the woman who was most seriously injured came away with a nice-sized settlement -- but that got whittled down to low six figures after expenses. more on this story
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress had an epiphany after her sentencing -- and is completely at peace with the judge's decision ... community service, fines, counseling, shoplifters alternative class ... the whole package. Technically, Lindsay is REQUIRED to stay sober during her formal probation -- which ends after she completes her 480 hours of community service -- but we're told, it doesn't matter ... Our sources say before the lawsuit was filed, attorney Keith Davidson contacted the celebrity's rep and began negotiating a settlement, but the amount was "way too low" for the plaintiff. We're told Davidson then decided to file the lawsuit "as a warning shot across the bow." After the suit was filed, our sources say negotiations have continued and the celeb has upped the settlement ante, although the parties are still far apart. more on this story
According to law enforcement sources, the unidentified suspect -- said to be in his 30s -- was arrested this morning in his L.A. home on suspicion of felony assault ... and is currently being held on $500,000 bail. Shocker ... law enforcement tells us, alcohol played a key role in the incident outside the Roxbury nightclub -- when the attacker delivered a devastating punch to the head of a man who had just walked out of the club. As for the victim -- we're told he suffered a fractured skull, but is expected to make a full recovery. more on this story
