(Billboard) Eminem and Justin Bieber dominated the 2011's Billboard Music Awards, each taking home a total of six official awards. There was a six-way tie for second place between Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Usher, Taylor Swift, Mumford & Sons and Taio Cruz, who each won three trophies. more (BBC) The new Pirates of the Caribbean film had the biggest opening weekend of the year in the US and Canada, taking $90.1m (£55.6m), studio estimates suggest. more (AP) Joseph Brooks, the Academy Award-winning songwriter of 'You Light Up My Life' was found dead of an apparent suicide while awaiting trial on charges of sexually assaulting more than a dozen women and just months after his son was accused of murdering a swimsuit designer. more (BBC) Martin Freeman lets slip that his Sherlock co-star Benedict Cumberbatch has landed a role in the forthcoming film, The Hobbit more (Jam!) We're told Bieber was chilling with Rob Dyrdek at his Fantasy Factory, when he decided to take one of the cars out for a spin. The cool ride didn't last long -- the battery died and Justin had to call back to the factory to have a replacement one brought out to him. We're told Justin didn't have to wait too long for help to arrive. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, De La Hoya entered a rehab facility in California sometime within the last few weeks. We're told De La Hoya is seeking help for substance abuse issues. De La Hoya issued a statement to TMZ that reads, "After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on. Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws. "Throughout my career and my life, I have always met all challenges head-on, and this is no different. I am confident that with the support of my family and friends, I will become a stronger, healthier person. more on this story
Sources tell us the autopsy was completed Saturday and the cause of death is still "pending." We're told the ME noticed did not notice any "extensive trauma" to his body. According to our sources, it might take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for toxicology results to be completed. As TMZ first reported, Savage (real name Randy Poffo) died in a car accident on Friday when his car veered across a concrete median, through oncoming traffic, and "collided head-on with a tree." Macho Man's brother told us he suffered a heart attack, which caused him to lose control of the vehicle. more on this story

But EM wants even more from Sheen. It all went down Thursday morning -- when Phil's wife was playing tennis with a family friend. We're told the man suddenly became disoriented -- collapsed -- and started to go "in and out of consciousness." We're told Phil's wife Robin screamed for the doc to call 911 -- which he did -- and while on the phone with the dispatcher, Phil raced over to the court to tend to his friend. Sources close to the McGraws tells us Phil checked the man's pulse and calmly relayed all sorts of important information to paramedics as they raced to Phil's pad. more on this story
TMZ obtained a copy of the contract all Idol finalists had to sign before the show -- which spells out exactly how much dough they'll pull in if they're invited to participate on the international tour. In addition to the $1,000-per-concert -- the documents show each finalist will share in merchandise profits from the tour ... and will also receive $50 in spending cash for non-concert days. Finalists are also guaranteed to stay in "Marriott/Hyatt style" hotel accommodations while on the road -- and will fly coach between tour stops. more on this story
According to documents filed back in 2005, Baena had her car repo'd in April 2004 after she failed to make payments on a 2001 Nissan Frontier. We're told a collection agency still has an active case on Baena for $17,193.82 in back payments. As we previously reported, Arnold forked over the down payment on Baena's home in Bakersfield, CA and even picked up the tab on her niece's Quinceanera. more on this story
In an interview with EW, Stephen King was quoted as saying, "I've heard rumblings about a Carrie remake .... Lindsay Lohan as Carrie White, hmmm. It would certainly be fun to cast." "My motto is to play every night like it's my last" said Ray LaMontagne to a friendly crowd of 150 people at Metropolis Studios in NYC on Thursday, May 12th. Ray taped his upcoming "VH1 Storytellers" episode and shared intimate stories about his life growing up as one of six kids in Nebraska. Ray, who is a 2011 Grammy Award winner for his fourth studio album "God Willin' & the Creek Don't Rise," played an hour-and-a-half set for fans which included nine songs from his vast catalogue. more on this story
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... they are still doing great together, but Jason has decided to step aside as her agent. Trawick has left William Morris Endeavor to create an arts and entertainment division for a company called Famos LLC, whose partners include musicians Dave Stewart and Mick Jagger. The company will specialize in promoting artists who have a digital reach. more on this story
The New York Post is reporting that he's working with Universal Music CEO Doug Morris and Rent producer Kevin McCollum on the project. The musical would be set during Motown's glory days of the 1960s and tell the story of the Detroit label's rise to prominence. Motown stars Diana Ross and Smokey Robinson will probably be involved in the musical, which will draw on the label's catalog of hits. Gordy owns most of the rights to that music. more on this story
Faith -- who is married to record company exec Todd Russaw -- filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Todd is also Faith's manager. The couple married in 1997 and has two minor children. But according to the divorce petition, the couple separated in December, 2005. The 2005 date is curious, because one of their children was born in 2007. more on this story
What's especially interesting about this ... it looks like Arnold told Maria about Mildred Patty Baena immediately after he left the governor's office on January 3. Sources say Maria and her broker looked at a condo at The Carlyle on Wilshire, a pricey condo building near UCLA. Among the residents -- Bruce Willis, Sofia Vergara, Paul Anka, Donna Summer and Matt Kemp. Our sources say Maria didn't like the units. We're told she looked at several penthouse units, which are priced between $10 - $14 million (they rent out for around $30,000 a month). She also looked at a few 3-bedroom condos, which were listed between $4 - $7 million (they rent out at around $17,000 a month). more on this story
TMZ just obtained the photos from reporter Alley Einstein. It's unclear from the picture you're looking at if the needle broke the skin. Einstein says she personally saw Upton inject her daughter's lip with a filler. Einstein also says she saw Upton inject other areas of her daughter's face with liquid from a bottle labeled "Botox." Sheena -- who says the reporter made up the story and she NEVER injected her daughter -- claims doctors at UCLA back her story because they found no evidence of Botox in her daughter's system. more on this story

Oprah arrived to the party around 12:30 AM and was AWESOME -- shaking hands with just about every single person at the shindig.
