Singer Sean Kingston was vomiting blood and assuring his rescuers he would "be OK" after a serious jet ski accident in Florida on Sunday. more (BBC) The sequel to the hit film The Hangover sets a new record for a comedy film at the US box office becoming the biggest comedy movie debut ever.. more (Jam!) Jennifer Hudson is demanding an apology from editors of a gossip blog after they posted an article about her struggle to land a book deal detailing her weight loss - alleging literary agents are more interested in the star's tragic family murders. more (BBC) Pop mogul Louis Walsh will be joined by Take That's Gary Barlow, singer Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos of urban hip-hop band N-Dubz on the X-Factor judging panel. more
The four shows will be on August 20th in Los Angeles, August 27th in San Francisco, September 3rd in New York, and September 10th in Boston. This is the 8th time Guerilla Union has put on the acclaimed summer hip-hop festival, and the first time Souls of Mischief will be performing as a part of the traveling festival.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officials will not go forward with the felony escape charge against Warren because she hadn't actually been booked into the system when she made a break for it ... therefore she technically didn't commit felony escape. As TMZ first reported, Warren was arrested Monday night after she allegedly hit a few parked cars with her Prius, left the scene, got arrested for DUI, kicked a police officer, and then bolted from the police station. more on this story

Conaway's older sister, Carla Shreve, tells TMZ ... Travolta sent both flowers and food to the family this weekend. She says the family plans to have Conaway cremated, once the coroner's inquest is complete. The ashes will be kept with the family. Shreve says they are working on plans for a memorial, but nothing has been finalized. Conaway passed away last week at the age of 60. more on this story
Snooki was driving when she struck the cop car, but sources connected with the production tell TMZ, "Zero alcohol was involved." We're told no one was injured. A witness tell TMZ, Snooki smacked her into the back of the patrol car, wedging her ride between the car and a highway protection wall. The witness says JWoww was with her at the time of the crash -- and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window ... because the door was blocked by the wall. more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Smith, who has played the last five seasons with the Denver Nuggets, was not taken to jail for the offense. We're told Smith signed a notice to appear -- he'll get his court date later. South Beach beware -- Smith was released on his own recognizance. TMZ has learned Rachel Lay was ordered to appear at L.A. County Superior Court on March 23 to deal with a March 9 arrest. According to court docs ... Lay had been driving with a blood alcohol lever of .22 ... almost 3 TIMES the legal limit in California. But Lay blew off her appearance -- so the judge issued a warrant for her arrest. We contacted Rachel -- who told us she's got an appointment with the court on May 31 to sort the whole thing out. more on this story
Celebrating its 40th birthday this year, CMA Music Festival takes place Thursday-Sunday, June 9-12 in downtown Nashville. The Nightly Concerts at LP Field are the highlights of CMA Music Festival. Thursday, June 9: Jason Aldean (with a special guest performance from Kelly Clarkson), Easton Corbin, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band (with special guest performances from Alan Jackson, Amos Lee, Sonia Leigh and Randy Travis).
The report describes the accident by saying, "Anderson was operating a PWC with a female passenger westbound along McArthur Cswy towards the Palm Ave bridge. Anderson struck the bridge and was transported to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition." The other passenger, a 23-year-old female, was listed as being "uninjured." Kingston is still in critical condition, but has been stabilized. more on this story
