Justin Bieber's Baby? Woman Claims He's A Daddy

The woman in question reportedly filed a paternity suit against Justin, claiming she and JB had a special hug backstage at a recent concert at the Staples Center in L.A. ... and 9 months later, she popped out a baby, baby, baby, oh.

But we're told Justin believes the story was "completely made up."

Bieber just tweeted about the situation -- saying, "Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!" more

Kelly Clarkson Explains Stronger Songwriting

Lindsay Lohan May Go To Jail Today

We broke the story .... Lindsay will concede she violated probation by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center. As a result, there will NOT be a formal hearing with witnesses and all, but our sources say Shawn Holley will present a list of reasons why the judge should show Lindsay mercy. We're told Holley will focus on Lindsay's therapist, who believes LiLo has made progress. And, ironically, Holley will present evidence from the Downtown Women's Center as well.

As for Lindsay's sentence, we're told the judge has not communicated it to either Holley or the prosecutors. Whatever sentence Lindsay gets, the Sheriff's Dept. tells us Lindsay will serve only 20% ... and that's exactly what every non-felon in L.A. County Jail serves.

Sheriff's officials also tell us Lindsay will not be placed in the general population for security reasons. She'll get her own cell.

Although it's a virtual certainty the judge will sentence Lindsay to jail, it's possible she'll give LiLo time to get her affairs in order -- anywhere from 24 hours to a week, before she has to surrender and begin serving her sentence. more on this story

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ Ed Chernoff is adamant -- he does NOT want Murray to testify because he would be crucified on cross-examination.

Michael Flanagan feels the opposite -- that Murray MUST take the stand because without his testimony the jury will convict him.

We're told Murray will defer to his lawyers, but Murray and Chernoff are joined at the hip and it's almost certain the doc will follow his lead. Besides, Chernoff is the lead counsel and when push comes to shove -- he wins. more on this story

Photos were snapped at a WH in Greenville, South Carolina -- where the rapper stopped in for some late night eats .. after a Halloween party at a nearby strip club.

The rapper tells us, one of the workers -- who was mopping the floors at the time -- said he was a big fan ... and X was so touched, he grabbed the mop and finished the guy's job for him.

The Dog tells us, "I was in a good mood and felt that I would do that for him since it was 4am and [the employee] had been working all night."

TMZ has learned ... Chippendales in Vegas has already reached out to Humphries, hoping to fill their empty celebrity MC spot at the Rio -- previously occupied by ex-98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons.

A rep for the show tells us, " We figured since he was unemployed and, the soon-to-be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian, a gig at Chippendales might be the perfect job to help restore his faith in women."

Academy Awards Producer Gilbert Cates Dies

Cates was known as THE go-to producer for the Oscars -- putting together a record 14 shows over 18 years, between 1990 and 2008 ... more than any other Academy Awards producer in history.

Sources tell TMZ, Gilbert's body was discovered in a parking lot at UCLA. He was 77. more on this story

Serena Williams Panic Room False Alarm

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Serena's assistant called 911 around 6AM last Wednesday, reporting a possible burglar or prowler. It was so serious, we're told Serena retreated to her panic room for safe keeping in case things got dangerous.

But we're told, it was a false alarm -- the person on Serena's security camera was a random drug tester for an unspecified tennis association, stopping by Serena's pad unannounced for some pee.

Police rushed to the scene after the 911 call, but quickly figured out the mistake. It's unclear if Serena eventually submitted to a pee test. Attempts to reach her reps were unsuccessful. more on this story
