The Federal Bureau of Prisons sent T.I.'s lawyer a letter yesterday, explaining the rapper was "not entitled to legal counsel" during the process by which officials review the decision to lock him up again. T.I.'s lawyer originally sent the Bureau a letter last week, asking to be present at the hearings -- but the Bureau flat out rejected him. According to the Bureau's response, two hearings have already occurred without T.I.'s lawyer present -- one last week and one the week before -- but it's unclear what transpired. more on this story
A rep for Afeni Shakur tells TMZ, she's spending the anniversary of Tupac's death with family and friends in Northern California -- mourning her son's passing. TMZ has obtained court documents in which co-Executors John Branca and John McClain are asking the court's permission to fund the trust. According to the docs, the Estate generated more than $310 million in gross revenues as of December 31, 2010 -- that's the latest accounting. In addition to funding the trust, the Executors are asking the court's permission to sell the longtime family home on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, CA. According to the docs, Katherine wants to sell the house and, although no price is mentioned, the property was valued at $4,150,000 when Michael died. The docs say Katherine wants the Estate to purchase another home and she's eying several properties, but we're told the home she really wants is the Calabasas house in which she and the kids are currently living. more on this story

According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Fred Busby claims he was dispatched by his limo company to pick up celebrity manicurist Katie Cazorla and drive her to the airport last year. Busby claims Cazorla was accompanied by a reality TV crew from 495 Productions -- which also produces "Jersey Shore" -- but Busby insists he NEVER consented to be on the show. During the drive to LAX, Busby -- who says he's a diabetic -- claims he "felt his blood sugar levels dropping and he started sweating and feeling disoriented." According to the suit, Fred claims the last thing he remembered was a passenger screaming, "Is this guy drunk?" Fred claims when he came to ... the 495 cameraman repeatedly asked him for permission to use the footage from Fred's medical emergency, but Fred "emphatically and unambiguously said, 'No.'" But Fred claims "Nail Files" aired the footage anyway -- violating his right to privacy and making him out to look like someone who drove while drunk. Fred wants a judge to force the show to stop running the episode -- plus he wants unspecified damages and part of the show profits. Calls to 495 Productions have not been returned. more on this story
Sources directly connected to Ryan tell us ... the actor was all set to do DWTS but dropped out because Nancy has said bad things about his son Redmond, who has had chronic drug problems, and also suggested he was a bad parent. But Grace tells TMZ, "We have never covered Mr. O'Neal nor his family on our show," adding, "I hate that he dropped out of DWTS; I would have loved to compete with him and wish him the very best." Grace says she considers O'Neal to be one of the great actors of our time and she finds his relationship with Farrrah Fawcett "an inspiration to me." Gary Giordano remains in jail on the Caribbean island ... held as the principal suspect behind the mystery of Robyn Gardner. Giordano has claimed Gardner got swept out to sea when the two went snorkeling on August 2 -- she hasn't been seen since. We're told Baez is currently in Aruba -- and has already met with Giordano. Baez will NOT be the lead attorney in the case -- but will consult with Giordano's trial team regarding the forensic evidence in the case. more on this story
