The woman on the attack is Treena Ruberg ... who claims Storch -- who's worked with superstars like Dr. Dre, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake and more -- agreed to produce 6 songs for Treena in exchange for $45,000 back in October 2011 ... $30k of which she paid up front. According to Treena's lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Storch acknowledged he had a previous drug problem ... but insisted he was now "cured of his past problem" and would be able to deliver the tracks by the end of November. But Treena says Storch straight up lied ... claiming he "continued to have a drug addiction and other personal problems which rendered him incapable of producing any recordings." Now, Treena says she wants her $30k back ... plus an additional $70k for all of the out-of-pocket expenses she incurred during the process ... including plane flights, studio time and having to hire another producer. Calls to Storch's rep have not been returned. more on this story

A rep for WWE tells us, "WWE demonstrated poor judgment in signing Randy Orton for the 3rd installment of the film." The rep adds, "Despite Randy's popularity, the fact that he was dishonorably discharged from the USMC made it inappropriate for him to be cast in this film." The move will surely satisfy Cpl. Mike Vinn ... one of Randy's former unit members who was FURIOUS the wrestler was ever up for the role in the first place ... since Orton received a bad conduct discharge in 1999 after going AWOL on two separate occasions and disobeying an order from a commanding officer. Orton was court-martialed and served 38 days in a military prison. Before Orton was scrapped from the project, Vinn told TMZ, "I am disgusted that his face and the word Marine are being used next to each other -- real or fake -- because of the fact that he quit us, the country, and the Marine Corps. [Randy] in the role of a Marine is a disgrace to those that have worn and are wearing that uniform." more on this story
TMZ got hold of a quitclaim deed that Russell filed in L.A. ... giving Katy all rights to the $6.5 million house -- lock, stock and barrel. Sources tell us ... it's all part of the property settlement agreement between Russell and Katy. A jury convicted Eroshevich of a felony in October 2010 -- but in 2011 a judge knocked it down to a misdemeanor ... and she was sentenced to one year probation. As we previously reported, Mason called the cops early Friday morning -- claiming he and his girlfriend Kaoru Suzuki-McMullen had gotten into a heated argument ... and she turned violent, scratching and bruising him. But yesterday in NYC, Jackie didn't look much worse for wear -- telling us he was okay after the 911 incident ... but he couldn't comment further. FYI -- the woman in the clip is NOT Jackie's GF. According to the docs, Riley and his wife Christine own a beachfront property in Malibu ... which he overhauled in 2009 with new landscaping, remodeling, terracing and a new irrigation system. Everything seemed hunky dory ... until Pat's next-door neighbors began to experience some major leakage at their property a short time after the Rileys completed their work. In the docs, the neighbors allege their special "French drainage" system was collateral damage in the Riley renovation project ... and as a result, their basement flooded. . Now, the neighbors want the Rileys to pay up for all of the trouble they caused ... and they want no less than $551,000. more on this story
As we previously reported, Chase recently left a scathing voice mail for Harmon after the producer led a "F**k Chevy" chant at the season wrap party. Now, sources who work on the show tell us ... "What Dan Harmon did was f**ked up ... Chevy is a pleasure to work with." We're told ... many people on set feel the "dispute" that took place between the two men during the taping of the season finale was blown out of proportion by Harmon ... because Chevy was "very respectful." Here's how we're being told it all went down -- Chevy had an issue with one of the scenes and asked for a rewrite. We're told Chevy was very calm and polite ... but told producers he would "respectfully decline" to participate in the scene unless a change was made. Producers shot down Chevy's request ... and he quietly left the set without incident. Our sources tell us they felt the issue had been handled privately because Chevy showed up at the wrap party ... and everyone was shocked when Harmon grabbed the mic and unloaded on the actor. One source tells us, "What Dan did was embarassing and left a sour taste in all of our mouths ... so low class." The source adds, "The staff was not pissed at Chevy ... we're pissed at Dan. We all hope Chevy comes back next season." more on this story
The woman behind the lawsuit is Lenette Beall ... who was arrested for DUI by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department on April 10, 2010. According to the suit, Beall claims an "American Jail" camera crew recorded footage while she was being booked and processed at a Clark County detention center. Beall claims the footage was then edited to portray her in a negative light ... "to embarrass and incriminate [her]." Here's the rub ... Beall claims she was "extremely intoxicated" at the time ... and does not recall signing a release or waiver which would've given producers or LVMPD permission to use her image. But even if she DID sign a waiver in her drunken state, Beall says the waiver is invalid because she was "not mentally competent" to enter into an agreement at the time. Beall says she was labeled as "Naughty Girl" on the show ... and says she's been the subject of "an avalanche of personal ridicule, scorn and unwanted recognition" ever since it aired. In her suit, Beall also says the Sheriff allowed producers to shoot because the production company, Langley Productions, donated $10,000 to his re-election campaign in 2009. Beall is suing TBS (which owns TruTV) ... as well as Langley, the LVMPD and Sheriff Douglas Gillespie. She's demanding more than $10,000 in damages. Calls to TruTV and the LVMPD have not been returned. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, Nadya is getting $2,000 a month from the State of California, which can only be used on food. We spoke to her at her home today, where the mother of 14 said she's hoping she only needs the assistance for a month of two at the most. Octo has been receiving death threats since the news of her welfare broke, but she feels people should be directing their anger towards those who are abusing the system and not at her. "Wherever You Are" to me is the most solid of pop rock songs. It was written in NYC and finished in Hollywood with the production of Matt Radosevich and myself and mastered by Eric Valentine at Barefoot Studios. I had this super solid, mid-tempo, pop leaning, ballad-ish rocker vibe for the single. The song is a simply stated, desperately longing call to be 'wherever you are'. To be where that person is, the one who has your heart. In those moments of heartache where eternity is the forecast state of your pain. The resolution is explicitly to be wherever that person is. That is the feeling. This is the song. We really embraced the pop potential this song had and with just the right production bridged that line between pop and rock in a very satisfying way. "Wherever You Are", with it's concept and musical motion feels like a strong way to introduce listeners to the record. I'm hoping that somewhere, at some time, someone is helped even just a little, knowing they are not alone in those longing moments. Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself as you watch the video right here!
