Whitney Houston Autopsy: Drug Spoon and Cocaine Were Found in Hotel Room
(TMZ) A "spoon with a white crystal-like substance on it" and a "white powdery substance" -- which we know was later tested and determined to be cocaine -- was found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston died ... this according to the singer's final autopsy report.

The report reads, "Located on the south portion of the counter was a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, along with other miscellaneous items."

"Located in the top drawer, in the north side of the counter were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base." Officials found more white powder on the base of the mirror.

The report also states, "[Whitney] possibly overdosed on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the counter medications and alcohol."

According to the report, Whitney's body was discovered FACE DOWN in the bath tub ... with a "bloody purge coming from her nose."

The report notes Whitney had a history of substance abuse ... which was evident by a "perforation of posterior nasal septum."

The singer's official cause of death is listed as accidental drowning -- but heart disease and "chronic" cocaine use were contributing factors.

As TMZ previously reported, Whitney had cocaine in her system at the time of her death -- which tests showed she used immediately prior to her death.

Officials say Houston also had traces of marijuana in her system ... as well as Xanax (anxiety medication), Flexeril (muscle relaxer) and Benadryl (allergy medication).

As we previously reported, Whitney was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel. more on this story

The Jacksons To Reunite for Tribute Tour To Michael
The Jacksons are reuniting for a summer tour to honor the memory of their late brother and Jackson Five vocalist Michael Jackson.

The North American tour is set to kick off on June 18, 2012 and marks the first time siblings Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito Jackson have toured together since their Victory Tour in 1984.

"This is a dream coming true," said Jackie Jackson of the tour. "I can't believe this is finally happening. There's nothing like having all the brothers on stage at the same time. This will be exciting for our fans around the world-- and I know at each concert, MJ's spirit will be in the house with us."

Honoring Michael's memory and bringing the fans all the timeless hits they know and love is also paramount for Jermaine Jackson, according to the announcement. "I am so happy and excited to perform again onstage with my brothers," he said. "I can't wait to sing all the songs that were so much a part of all of our lives. We are ready and committed to keep the family's legacy alive and perform once again with the highest level of excellence, creativity, and most of all, integrity." more on this story

Mary J. Blige Disowns Chicken Commercial
(TMZ) Mary J. Blige says she never signed off on the controversial fried chicken ad that she shot for Burger King -- at least not the version that was blasted on the Internet.

In a statement, Mary J. tells TMZ, "I agreed to be a part of a fun and creative campaign that was supposed to feature a dream sequence. Unfortunately, that's not what was happening in that clip."

The spot -- which Burger King has since yanked from its YouTube site -- features Mary singing about a new crispy chicken wrap. The ad drew tons of criticism on Twitter for playing off a stereotype about African-Americans and chicken.

Mary also says, "I understand my fans being upset by what they saw. But, if you're a Mary fan, you have to know I would never allow an unfinished spot like the one you saw to go out."

Burger King confirms the ad was released prematurely ... "before all of the licensing and final approvals were obtained." The fast food giant also says, "We would like to apologize to Mary J. and all of her fans for airing an ad that was not final."

Burger King says the final ... approved version will be released soon. more on this story

Celeb Dentist Keeps Star's Teeth
(TMZ) Dr. Bill Dorfman -- a world famous dentist who treats some of the biggest stars on Earth -- tells TMZ he keeps a "secret stash" of the teeth he's plucked from the mouths of his famous patients ... in the hopes of eventually selling them on eBay.

Dorfman -- who recently treated Lindsay Lohan and whose website features Jessica Simpson, Usher, Ozzy Osbourne, Anne Hathaway and Eva Longoria -- was outside Rock & Brews in El Segundo yesterday when he revealed his secret.

"I actually save famous people's teeth when I pull them ... but I can't tell you [their identities] 'cause it's like patient confidentiality."

He continues, "There have been a few really famous people and I thought one day maybe I could sell this on eBay."

Dorfman insists he always offers the teeth to his patients first ... but they often decline, "So I put it in the back and i just hold on to it."

We've spoken with several dentists who tell us it's not illegal to keep the teeth -- but most dentists either throw them away or give them to dental schools for research purposes.

One dentist told us, "What Dorfman is doing is just sick." more on this story
