Apparently, Kanye has been after Kim for a while -- he just released a new song, "Theraflu" ... in which he says he had feelings for the reality star while she was dating Kris Humphries. "And I admit I fell in love with Kim ... 'Round the same time she fell in love with him ... That's cool, babygirl, do your thing ... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team." Kanye is referring to Jay Z -- who owns the NJ Nets ... the team Humphries plays for. See the photo here.

Pat Houston was at LaGuardia Airport yesterday morning when our photog asked her if she believed foul play was involved, and she said no. You'll recall ... Pat told Oprah she did not know how Whitney ended up in the tub, suggesting her death was something other than an accident. It's unclear if Pat knew if Whitney's body was found face down in the tub and if that's why she had doubts at the time. The L.A. County Coroner concluded Whitney's death was an accident, and Pat now says she concurs. more on this story

A collection of 11 songs, All Fall Down is Colvin's eighth studio album and the first to be produced by her longtime friend and cohort Buddy Miller (Robert Plant, Solomon Burke). Recorded in Nashville, with a group of stellar musicians, All Fall Down features performances by Alison Krauss, Emmylou Harris, Jakob Dylan, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Bill Frisell, Viktor Krauss, Brian Blade, Stuart Duncan, and Julie Miller, among others. All Fall Down follows the Grammy Award winner's 2009 Nonesuch solo acoustic set, Shawn Colvin Live, and her acclaimed 2006 studio record, These Four Walls, about which the Washington Post said: "As with Colvin's earlier work, the songs are easy to love, with smooth surfaces to glide along if one merely wishes to skim the top. But the emotions fueling the lyrics are more complex and more mature than anything she's offered previously. The image of a middle-aged woman laid bare in These Four Walls isn't one for the industry. It's one for the ages." more on this story
Cissy Houston is telling close friends ... she cried hysterically when she first heard about the Coroner's findings -- that white powder (which we know tested positive for cocaine), a drug spoon and other trappings of drug use were found in the hotel room. Cissy says her biggest fear is that people will now remember her daughter as a druggie, and not a talented singer and family woman. Cissy singled out Whitney's performance of the National Anthem at the 1991 Super Bowl, saying, "This is the type of thing people should remember Whitney for." Cissy added, "No one's perfect. Only the Lord can judge." more on this story

Sources tell TMZ ... the fight went down February 18th outside some bar in Fort Worth, after a guy called Brooke Jeter the C-word. Brooke's husband jumped to defend her ... but she didn't need the help ... and beat the guy down with haymaker after haymaker. Cops swooped in ... ripped Brooke off her helpless victim and put Brooke in handcuffs. But she didn't go quietly ... so one of the officers shoved her on to his squad car to calm her down. We're told the fight will most likely be a plot line on the show, which premieres Saturday. more on this story

TMZ broke the story .. Britney sold her Beverly Hills estate for $4,253,000 ... which is pretty impressive, considering she was asking $2,995,000. But it gets even better for Brit. Because of the conservatorship, the sale must be approved by the probate court later this month, and during the hearing anyone can go before the judge and overbid the buyer. We just got our hands on court documents, which show that the minimum bid the judge will accept is $4,466,150. But here's the bad news. Britney paid $6.8 mil back in 2007. Still, all and all, she's doing better than most in this market. As we first reported, Britney will be moving into a rental with her 2 kids and her fiance Jason Trawick ... until they find something to buy. more on this story
As we previously reported ... Francis "Coyote" Shivers showed up last week at a Hollywood restaurant where Pauley and her current fiance were having dinner. Shivers claimed it was all just a coincidence. Apparently, police felt otherwise and arrested the actor today. He's currently being held on $100,000 bail. Shivers' attorney says, "There is no merit whatsoever in the latest allegations." He has a court date scheduled for April 23. more on this story
The altercation flared up outside Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood just after midnight Tuesday. We're told Tiffany Dunn was outraged that Mark had broken a deal they had -- she agreed to sell her scooter after injuring herself in an accident, and in return he agreed to quit smoking. But one of Tiffany's friends caught Mark inhaling, blabbed to her and fireworks erupted. Tiffany screams mid-argument, "You're such a d**k when you drink." For his part, Mark tells Tiff, "You can cry me a river for all I care, and you can swim in it." Mark tells Tiffany, "You punched me in face 3 times today." She responds, "I was dancing." Tiffany thinks Mark's fibbing about smoking is a gateway lie: "It makes me wonder what else you lie about. Yeah, exactly, exactly, exactly, what else have you lied to me about?" At one point ... Mark yanks Tiffany's key chain from her, removes his house key and then hands the chain back. She pushes him and he leaves. We're told Mark and Tiffany were "hammered," but all ended well. They got a cab together and going home. more on this story
