Day in Pop Report for 04/09/2012
DeLisle and his wife Mary have obtained dueling restraining orders against each other ... both accusing the other of extreme violence.
Mary obtained her restraining order back in December ... after an incident in which she claims Paul, "Called me a 'c*nt' and told me to get out of his house ... he threatened to kick my teeth in."
She claims Paul has been terrorizing her for months ... "[He] has slapped me in the head and back, thrown objects at me, locked me in a closet, locked me out of the house, broken down doors to get to me, pinned me on the ground and sat on my chest, dragged me out of bed by my ankles."
In the court docs, filed in Santa Cruz County Superior Court, Mary also claims Paul spit in her face and poured drinks on her head.
Paul got his restraining order just a few weeks ago ... after telling the judge Mary "grabbed my hair and struck me with several blows, she kicked me and tried to break my fingers."
In his petition, also filed in Santa Cruz, Paul claims Mary "repeatedly goes for my fingers, in an attempt to render me unable to play music, which is what I do for a living."
Paul says Mary has also threatened him with a knife ... and now he's in fear for his life.
The same day a judge signed off on Paul's restraining order ... Paul filed for divorce from Mary.
The worst part of the whole situation -- the couple has a 2-year-old daughter. Paul is asking for sole legal and physical custody.
We reached out to both sides for comment -- we're still waiting to hear back. more on this story
The city racked up $187,000 in police overtime during the pop icon's funeral service, representing 5 percent of the $4 million budget for the year.
In Westfield, where Houston was laid to rest, $9,000 in police overtime was spent, a necessary cost to make sure no one got hurt, officials said. More including the video report.
According to the report, obtained by TMZ, the photog spotted Wayne and his entourage skateboarding outside some church -- right beside a "no skateboarding" sign -- so he decided to take a few pics.
The photog claims Wayne and his boys packed it in after it started to rain -- so he followed the group to their car, snapping pics along the way.
According to the report, Weezy didn't much like the attention (as you can see in the video) -- so he ordered his goons to take the man's camera ... at which point roughly eight men surrounded him, and intimidated him into deleting several of his photos.
The photog claims it didn't end there -- insisting one of Wayne's dudes spat on him, while another pushed him to the ground. The photog says the group also beat his bicycle with a skateboard.
The photog eventually broke free -- and made a beeline straight for the Miami Beach Police Station, where he filed the report.
Calls to Wayne's people were not returned. Check out the video
It all went down on March 18th -- The Game was in the middle of his performance at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA ... when a concertgoer passed out in the crowd.
Game immediately jumped into action -- slamming the brakes on the show to make sure the kid was okay.
The footage is pretty intense -- the kid comes to for a quick moment ... asking for water ... then falls limp AGAIN, passing out cold for the second time.
Several other concertgoers rushed to the guy's aid -- but before long, he had regained consciousness again ... this time for good ... and the show went on. Check out the clip
As TMZ first reported, a woman filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department, claiming Lindsay started a fight with her inside a nightclub last week.

Our sources say Lindsay is particularly frustrated by this accusation ... because even when she stays home and avoids trouble, it seems to find her anyway. more on this story

According to our sources, the two have been friends since 2004 -- and have flirted on-and-off -- but the timing was never right to pursue a relationship ... until now.
We're told both sides always felt a spark, but they NEVER acted inappropriately while Kanye was with Amber Rose ... or while Kim was with Kris Humphries.
In fact, we're told Kim was recently kicking around the idea of reconciling with Reggie Bush ... but after hanging out with him in Miami a few weeks ago, decided the two weren't compatible anymore.
Kim finally reconnected with Kanye in Paris when she attended his fashion show ... and shortly after that, both sides decided to "give dating a shot."
And so far, we're told Kim has been super-impressed with the rapper ... who pulled one hell of a surprise when they hit up FAO Schwarz in NYC a few days ago.
Sources say Kanye made some calls and had an entire floor of the toy store roped off so they could get a private lesson from a guy who taught them how to play "Chopsticks" on the over-sized piano featured in the movie "Big."
Kim's currently back in L.A. ... but we're told she plans to get back to NYC as soon as possible to see him. more on this story

As TMZ first reported, an arrest warrant was issued for the rapper in February when he fell behind on child support to the tune of $160,000. Juvenile told TMZ himself that he's a good father and that his son stays with him most of the time.
But now Juvenile has fired back in a big way ... filing court docs in Louisiana saying he never established paternity when his son was born and didn't even sign the birth certificate at the time.
Juvenile claims he only recently learned the boy's mother was having sexual relations with "at least one other man" at the time and that he was "fraudulently induced" into various child support agreements.
He is requesting a paternity test and if it turns out he's not the father ... he wants all judgments against him released AND he wants back every dime he laid out for the boy for the last 13 years. Ouch.
The two sides are set to be in court next month. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Ruben filed for divorce in November from his wife Surata Zuri McCants, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized in January.
It got hairy at first -- Zuri tried to get the judge in their divorce case to nullify the prenup, claiming Ruben blindsided her with the documents just days before the wedding, unfairly pressuring her into signing them.
But the judge wasn't buying it -- upholding the prenup, and awarding Zuri close to ZILCH in the divorce.
According to the final judgment, Ruben was not ordered to pay ANY spousal support or alimony ... and he gets to keep their home plus all his belongings -- jewelry, pensions, royalties, clothing, and all his cash. It was even ordered Zuri return the engagement ring.
Meanwhile, Zuri gets next to nothing -- her wedding dress, her photo albums, a 2006 BMW (which Ruben will pay off), a 10k property settlement, 2k for attorneys fees ... oh yeah, and her maiden name. more on this story
