The chromed out, $100 K, Bieber-mobile has been making appearances all over LA in the last few days …blinding drivers from its reflective paint job…but vehicle violation? No sir…just a gigantic, distracting pain in the ass.
Law enforcement sources tell us the real problem …the row of FUCHSIA lights hidden under Justin's front grill. That's right, in CA, the only lights you can legally have facing forward are white and amber...not The Biebs signature purple.
That's not all…we're also told Justin's window tint is a little too tinty…also qualifying as a major no-no.
If caught Justin would be slapped with a 'fix-it ticket' citation. more on this story

The Rich Kidd-produced single, features a guest verse from OB OBrien, and is from his forthcoming album, Season One. The 15-plus year rap vet is prepping the release of his new album later this month via FrostByte Media Inc.
Fans were first introduced to "Say I" when it was used as part of Nike's Always On campaign back in October of last year. The song served as a backdrop to a day in the life of Montreal Canadiens hockey player P.K. Subban. For the song's video, Saukrates decided to stick with the pucks, as its set in a hockey rink with an assortment of young, fired-up "grown-men" ready to "break legs and slit throats" of anyone who stands in their way (commanded of them in Coach OB OBrien's gripping speech). Producer Rich Kidd draped the track with inspirational keys and an infectious drum break that inspired director Figz! of Figvrati Films to embody the overall "You Can Do It" attitude in the single's video. From the first words of the hook, "I can do what I wanna," to the song's end, "Say I" is a Simon Says mantra for listeners to believe in themselves. more on this story

TMZ posted the video on Sunday -- showing Paul Gaza losing consciousness in the front row at Game's recent show in Santa Ana, CA. Game stopped the concert to make sure Paul got help.
During the show, Game had recommended Paul receive a steady dose of "p**sy" ... claiming his low levels of tang made often caused a similar reaction ... in his younger days.
But Paul says the P-word had nothing to do with his condition ... telling us he hadn't eaten (food) all day, was exhausted from standing in line for 6 hours to get inside the venue, hadn't had a drop of water to drink, and was burning up with his hoodie on.
All in all, the conditions created a perfect storm ... and Paul couldn't keep his head straight. See the video.
Tammy just filed the papers in the couple's infamously bitter separation claiming Melissa makes roughly $177,882.00 PER MONTH ... and got Tammy accustomed to an extravagant lifestyle while they were together ... so the $23k is incredibly unfair.
Tammy -- a former actress -- also claims she has "virtually no savings" and would need "extensive retraining" if she were to rejoin the workforce.
Tammy claims Melissa is also brainwashing the kids -- training them to be emotionally distant and rude to Tammy ... and now they won't even give her a hug.Â
Tammy also accuses Melissa of cursing around the children -- including one instance ... when she told Tammy to "get the f**k off my back" in front of the kids. According to Tammy, Melissa also refuses to let the kids get vaccinated.
As for the reason behind the mudslinging -- Tammy and Melissa are headed into a settlement conference in May to determine support and custody issues ... so it's important for Tammy to demonstrate she's the better mom.
On top of increased support, Tammy also wants Melissa to pay her $120,000 legal bill. Calls to Melissa were not returned. more on this story
Mo filed legal docs in the case last week -- claiming she's an "Oscar-winning actress, television host, and otherwise public figure" ... and the bitter lawsuit's crushing her good rep.
TMZ broke the story -- a nasty legal battle has been raging between Mo and her landlords since last year, after she and her husband Sidney Hicks walked out on their rental contract ... because the house allegedly smells like dog poop and urine. But then it got personal.
The landlords fired back with their own legal docs last month, including several emails in which Mo's hubby Sidney accuses them of being alcoholics and using illegal workers. The landlords accuse Sidney of smoking weed in the house.
Now, Mo says the lawsuit has become a massive embarrassment -- and her landlords are capitalizing on the national media attention by throwing fuel on the humiliating fire.
Mo insists the personal email exchanges filed by her landlords had NOTHING to do with the case -- and will only serve to "unnecessarily harass, embarrass, and cause public ridicule if the record is not sealed."
Mo'Nique says leaving the case open constitutes a violation of her privacy -- and the judge must have agreed ... because until further notice, the case has been sealed. more on this story
