Day in Pop Report for 04/11/2012
According to the report, cops were called to Scott's Florida home over a domestic disturbance in progress around 5pm. When they arrived, Scott's GF Lisa Howell informed police he had attacked her.
According to Lisa, Scott had been drinking for days and the two had gotten into some kind of argument. Lisa says she got into her car, and in a blind rage, Scott grabbed her by the throat and tried to pull her out of the driver's seat.
According to the report, police confronted Scott -- who appeared heavily intoxicated with an "unknown white secretion flowing from both sides of his mouth" -- but he denied ever getting violent.
Police observed several signs of physical injury on Lisa -- including red marks around her neck -- so they placed Scott under arrest for domestic battery.
Scott -- billed at 6'7" and 287 pounds -- required TWO sets of handcuffs.
But his problems didn't end there -- according to the report, Scott was so drunk ... the jail refused to book him ... so the arresting officer had to drag him to a nearby hospital to get medical clearance.
The physicians gave their thumbs up and Scott was brought back to the correctional facility, where he was finally booked on the domestic violence charge.
Lisa has refused to press charges. So far, it's unclear if the case will move forward.more on this story

Melissa, who is in an epic battle with Tammy, wants the judge to order both her and Tammy to go smoke free around their twins.
Melissa says Tammy has accused her of having no maternal instinct and therefore is against striking a 50/50 joint custody deal. Melissa says Tammy stridently said she did not give birth to the children to give them away.
Melissa calls Tammy "angry and vindictive." And how's this for proof this is as nasty as it gets. Melissa says Tammy once told her, "You have to support so many households because YOU BROKE SO MANY HOUSEHOLDS, silly. If you had decided to have one ounce of integrity/honesty as a person or partner, you would NOT be in this predicament. Think about it."
In an old email attached to Tammy's docs, Tammy wrote, "While you are on the road -- a completely inappropriate place for 3-year-olds -- not to mention you can't track them, have no child care, and they were bit by dogs in the house last time you had them." Tammy claims the girl got bit in the face by the dog.more on this story

Melissa later announced on her Twitter she had sustained whiplash and a mild concussion during the performance -- but Maks tells us a different story ... insisting the actress just "bumped her head."
We asked if "Dancing" producers tend to play up celebrity injuries on the show for ratings -- and Maks responded ... they don't fake it ... but they "amplify it a little bit."See video here.

TMZ already reported that Heidi claims there is a postnuptial agreement, which means there are no joint or community assets. But in Seal's papers, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets" and he makes no mention of the postnup.
As for how much is on the line ... the answer is, a lot. Heidi is worth an estimated $70 million. Seal is reportedly worth around $15 million.
Seal is also asking for joint physical custody of their 4 kids -- Heidi wants primary physical custody, with Seal getting visitation.
Fact is ... based on photos and videos, Heidi has almost always had the kids when Seal was away, and given that he's away a lot on tour, giving her primary physical custody is pretty much status quo.
Seal wants the judge to deny spousal support to Heidi. For her part, she wants to deny spousal support to Seal. The reality ... they both make a lot of money and won't be getting support.
And, as for the date of separation, Seal is non-committal. He says it has not been determined. Heidi claims the date of separation was January 19, 2012.more on this story

Amanda Bynes drinks ... A LOT ... despite claims from her father that she doesn't imbibe ... and TMZ has video proof of the actress drunkenly stumbling out of a club just a few weeks before her DUI arrest.
Despite the fact she was busted for drunk driving last week, Amanda's father told People.com, "I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn't drink."
But TMZ knows Bynes has been frequenting the Hollywood club scene recently ... and on March 22, she appeared so wasted on her way out Greystone Manor in West Hollywood, she needed TWO FRIENDS to hold her upright so she could get to her car.
Thankfully ... she played it safe and didn't drive that night.
But on March 17, a seemingly inebriated Amanda didn't play it safe at all. We got video of the actress stumbling out of Greystone Manor ... then getting behind the wheel of her car and driving away, despite pleas from our photog to let a sober person drive.
Of course, Bynes was arrested on April 6 ... after police say she was so drunk, she crashed into a cop car at 3 AM.see the video here.
Juvenile recently filed court docs, demanding the test ... claiming he never established paternity when his son was born and didn't even sign the birth certificate at the time.
He also claimed the boy's mother has had sexual relations with other people ... so there's a chance he's not the real daddy.
But despite what he said in the court papers, Juv tells TMZ ... "My son acts and looks just like me. I am doing this for procedural reasons to get custody."
What complicated the matter even more ... Juvenile owes $160,000 in unpaid child support ... so if the test proves the kid ISN'T his ... he could be off the hook.
Still, Juvenile tells us he "highly doubts" the test will come back negative ... and says, "I love my son to death ... I hope the test proves that he is mine."more on this story
Maven's attorney, James Flynn, tells TMZ ... the 35-year-old has agreed to participate in the WWE's "Former Talent Rehab Program" ... after he was arrested last month for wrongfully obtaining more than 1000 pills of prescription painkillers.
"Yes, Maven is planning on working with the WWE and he was really impressed by their gesture to assist him" ... the lawyer tells us.
As we previously reported, the WWE says it will pay for 100% of any rehab or treatment program for former WWE wrestlers ... as long as the wrestler wants the help.
Maven's attorney adds, "It is Maven's sincere hope to use his experience to aid in the prevention of substance abuse and serve as an example to his fellow wrestlers and community at large."
"Maven would also like his supporters to know that he is humbled by the outpouring of support he has received over the past week and he sincerely apologizes to any of his family members, friends, and fans who have had to read the press surrounding recent events.'
Maven's lawyer says the wrestler is NOT admitting any criminal wrongdoing ... but says he "intends to cooperate with local law enforcement agencies to reach a timely resolution to the matter."
A rep for the WWE tells us, "We wish Maven nothing but the best."more on this story
Sources tell TMZ, Jennifer forked over $925 to the city of Long Beach to rent out Marine Beach on Saturday -- 3,400 feet of shoreline -- just for her, her kids, her BF Casper Smart and other family and friends.
To keep out the riffraff, we're told lifeguards marked off the water using buoys -- and kept the beach gates locked.
We're told J.Lo and co. brought their own jet skis for awesome fun times -- and even hired a wakeboard instructor.
Meanwhile, a bunch of sad locals stayed home and played with dirt.more on this story
Sources at the scene tell us ... the woman had been smoking a cigarette in a non-smoking area inside Concourse B around 8:45 AM ... with her clothes on ... when airport staffers asked her to put out her butt.
That's when the woman inexplicably took off all of her clothes ... and nonchalantly asked the airport staffer if she could reprint her boarding pass.
Airport security responded to the scene ... but according to FOX31, the woman was not arrested -- instead she was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.See the photo here.
Distributors for the Dallas Mavericks Ultimate Fan Shop tell TMZ, the moment Lamar's exit was announced they busted out clearance signs ... and slashed prices in an effort to unload every last remnant of #7(ironic) merchandise.
As you can see by our photo-enhancing skills -- the jerseys originally sold for $110 dollars a pop, but then dropped to $89.99. Now, the jerseys are going for a paltry $44.99. All other Odom merchandise was similarly marked down.
But it's not exactly helping sales -- we're told the store has only hocked TWO of the
As TMZ first reported, Maria has waffled on divorcing her hubby, partly because he still has a strong emotional hold on her and partly because divorce runs counter to her religion. But we're told as time passes and both Arnold and Maria have created separate lives, divorce is looking more certain.
We're told Arnold believes Maria's friends have done everything they can to poison the waters, imploring Maria to stay clear of him.
And our sources say Arnold and Maria are already "very close" in working out a financial settlement.
Whatever they decide, we're told both Arnold and Maria are in lockstep over one thing -- making the break up as painless as possible for their kids.more on this story
