The Guardian reports that the pop veterans are planning on releasing an album of all new material on June 5th, according band member Bruce Johnston. "It's all brand new. There's a lot of what you'd hope to hear from Brian [Wilson] on there. It's not a quilt or a pot luck dinner, it's not like, 'OK, everybody show up with your songs.' It's not one of those kind of albums," Johnston told Billboard.com. "There's a lot of Brian in there, and Mike [Love]. It's just nice to know there is a Mike Love and a Brian Wilson still around to write together." more on this story

Rodman owes $179,000 in back child support. An even bigger problem for the worm is that he owes the dough in Florida, which jails deadbeat dads. After police hook Rodman up, he can bail out for $4,949.95 -- or he can stay in jail and buy a flat screen. By the way, Rodman is also a wanted man because he failed to show up for his last child support hearing. Rodman's longtime lawyers, Bradford Cohen and Vanessa Prieto, tell TMZ ... they'll walk Dennis into court to "clear it all up." The lawyers say Dennis was never properly served with legal papers, so he had no idea there was a hearing. As for not paying his child support ... we'll see what the lawyers say about that. One final thing. There's another pesky child support matter hanging over Dennis' head. He owes more than $800,000 in back child support to his ex-wife, Michelle Rodman. Dennis says he can't afford to pay the tab. more on this story

Lane and his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, got into a verbal argument that turned physical Saturday night and the surveillance video, obtained by TMZ, shows Lane with what looks like an outstretched, closed fist make contact with Ashley's face. But Lane told detectives .... what really happened was that Ashley had grabbed his cell phone and the video actually shows him reaching to grab his phone back -- NOT striking her. Lane says he ended up getting Ashley's cell phone, and that's when she threw his phone against the wall and smashed it. He says when he walked out, he childishly threw her cell phone in retaliation. When you look at the surveillance video closely, Lane's scenario is plausible. Our sources also say Lane told detectives there are text messages from Ashley that are incriminating and that's why they were fighting over the cell phone -- she didn't want him disclosing any of the info she sent to him. more on this story

Manolakos has a background in musical theater, with Broadway credits, including the lead role in Mamma Mia - but her debut album, Echo, is a lyrical blend of folk, pop and soul.
