Gaga was walking through the lobby of her hotel in Bucharest with her security team when a fan entered through a revolving door to get an autograph. As the fan approached Gaga, he held out some paper and a pen but was taken down by both bodyguards, who slammed the fan into a wall. As Gaga made her way to the door, one guard stayed with her while the other kept a knee on the fan's head in order to hold him down � even though he wasn't struggling or resisting. The fan left the lobby immediately after the incident. Watch the video here.
Flo's "Whistle" hits No. 1 this week, marking his third #1 of his career, following his 2008 club anthem "Low" (Featuring T-Pain) and 2009′s "Right Round." Jepsen's smash hit, "Call Me Maybe," held down top spot for the past 9 weeks, the longest chart-topper of 2012. Check out the video here.
Sources connected with Kim tell TMZ ... after Wednesday's court hearing, Kim said, "Kris is the first person I ever had to break-up with and that f**ked with my emotions." She added, when their marriage started to fall apart "He told our producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn't edited right." Kim, who is telling friends she is "emotionally exhausted" from dealing with Kris, says if he really thinks he can convince a judge she defrauded him, wait 'til he sees the outtakes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- which show Kris as a "manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk." According to sources, LAPD officers recently made contact with Bynes following the accident and spoke with her. After completing their investigation, we're told cops believe there is adequate evidence she committed a hit-and-run. They will be kicking the case to the L.A. City Attorney for prosecution within the next week. It will then be up to the City Attorney whether to file a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge against the actress. TMZ broke the story ... an L.A. woman filed a police report against Bynes on August 4th, claiming the actress rammed into her -- then refused to exchange insurance information and drove away. more on this story

The tour kicks off at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Barbara, CA on October 11, includes the third annual City Arts Festival in Seattle, WA on October 18, and wraps up at Los Angeles' historic Wiltern on November 16.
DJ/producers Pierce Fulton and Popeska will support Wolfgang Gartner throughout the tour. "This will be my second five-week, nonstop bus tour of North America," says Wolfgang. "A lot has changed in my performance and the overall landscape of dance music in America since the last tour in March of 2011�in a very good way. The production/visual effects team and crew I'll have with me will be breaking new ground as well as bringing my music to new markets that have never had a chance to experience it live before. Summers -- who also hosts "Unwrapped" on the Food Network -- says he can't remember much about the accident ... only that he was a passenger in the back seat of a taxi cab ... when the car hydroplaned and lost control. 60-year-old Summers says ... he was told he flew out of his seat and into the clear partition inside the taxi cab face first ... breaking several bones in the process. Marc was rushed to a nearby hospital ... and says doctors performed emergency plastic surgery to put his face back together. The TV icon tells us he's out of the hospital and resting at his home in Philly. "I'm all good ... just in a lot of pain." Summers says ever since the accident his famous Food Network chef friends like Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and Michael Symon have come through STRONG ... offering to make him special "get well" meals. Problem is Marc is still having some trouble operating his mouth ... and can't chew very well. So he's been limited to easily consumed soft food items like pastas and purees. Side note - Summers says he has not looked at himself in the mirror yet ... but he's been told that the damage isn't too bad. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Jameson was arrested after a single-car accident back in May in Orange County -- and was subsequently charged with DUI ... drugs and alcohol. Jenna was also charged with driving without a valid license -- but that count was dropped today in exchange for her guilty plea. According to law enforcement, Jenna blew a .13 and had two prescription drugs in her system at the time of her arrest -- zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone). Jenna was sentenced Thursday to 3 years informal probation -- and was ordered to participate in a 3-month alcohol education program, as well as the MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) program in O.C. more on this story
Whitney Houston's daughter was leaving LAX with her "brother" Nick Gordon when we asked if her father is "rising above" his alcohol issues now that he's checked himself into rehab. "'Rise above' is not the word you should use" ... Bobbi told us ... "Not at all." TMZ previously reported, Brown checked himself into a treatment center earlier this week ... after struggling with booze for years and getting a DUI back in March. As we previously reported, the Estate filed documents asking the court to allow the Executors to pay Katherine for "expenses relating to .... a residence in Las Vegas." We're told the residence is Janet Jackson's home. Fact is ... there's no need to cover any mortgage expenses, because we're told Janet doesn't have a mortgage -- she owns the home outright, but never spends time there. In fact, we're told she bought the home so Katherine could use it. And, she has provided various other forms of support for Katherine over the years. So what we reported initially -- that the Estate would pay part of the mortgage -- isn't the case. Sources connected to Katherine now tell us, Katherine wants the money because she incurs various expenses when she spends time at Janet's property. Our sources say the expenses include, food, cable, utilities, Internet, travel and even toilet paper. It's unclear why Katherine feels she's entitled to more money for things like food and toilet paper, because what she consumes and uses in Vegas she doesn't in L.A. more on this story

Halle's lawyers just filed a declaration from Salma ... in which the actress says she knows first hand that France is a much safer place for a celebrity because of tougher paparazzi laws. In the declaration, Salma -- who's married to a French billionaire -- tells the court ... she spends a ton of time in France with her young daughter Valentina ... and doesn't have to deal with the kind of paparazzi crushes she gets when she's in the United States. Pattinson taped his 'Daily Show' interview with Jon Stewart ... and sources in the studio tell us RPat seemed anxious about answering the inevitable Kristen Stewart-Rupert Sanders affair question. But Rob refused to rip his ex-gf. When Jon Stewart asked, "How are you doing?" ... Pattinson would only say, "I intend not to say anything." Jon didn't press further, saying ... "I wish you the best, these things happen when you're young." Maksim was absolutely shocked when he heard about the "completely false" story in Hope's book, "Solo: A Memoir of Hope" In the book the Team USA soccer star claims Maksim pulled a Rick James while trying to put her head in the correct position for a dancing move. According to the trademark docs, Ryan wants to use the word on sunglasses, workout DVDs, gift cards, mugs, drinking glasses, trading cards, calendars, posters, swimsuits, swim caps, sports hats, and water bottles. In fact, Lochte's already getting the party started on his website -- selling "Jeah"-themed tees, hats, and sunglasses. According to a 2009 interview, Ryan got the phrase from rapper Young Jeezy, who uses a similar word "Chea!" in his songs.
