Payne touched down at the airport on Saturday and it was then that he found screaming and anxious fans there to greet him. Things become a bit unruly and Payne left the ordeal bruised. "Due to an administrative error, the autopsy report was released prematurely," the LAPD said in a statement. "Robbery-Homicide Division detectives had intended to notify Mr. Wallace's family prior to releasing the report." "Our detectives personally spoke with the Wallace family [Friday] night, and apologized for not notifying them prior to the release" Captain Billy Hayes, head of the division investigating the shooting, told the Los Angeles Times. "Obviously this has been a challenging case for us to solve. We hope that witnesses or other people with information will come forward and give us the clues we need to solve this case." The Times reports that the LAPD released the report "as an investigative tool, in the hopes that releasing the report would stimulate additional interest or bring forth witnesses or clues in the case." With his 17th Annual House Full of Toys concert, taking place in L.A. on December 15, Stevie Wonder recruits some of his favorite new artists for a night filled with music and giving. Each member of the audience is asked to bring a gift that will be donated to families who are struggling. Stevie told sister station 94.7 The Wave that the idea for his annual holiday concert started when he was just a little boy. "House Full of Toys�really came from when I was ten years old," he explained. "You know, then we didn't have anything, and I said 'If someday I became famous�I would do this show and call it House Full of Toys. It would be a house full of toys for all the kids all over the world who didn't have any toys for Christmas.'" Even more including a link to the full interview with a special performance.

Greig attached a pic to the post -- of herself and another chick, smiling and hanging out at a bar. We reached out to Mel's rep for comment ... who said (again), "No one could have ever predicted the tragic sequence of events that followed the prank call." According to our sources, Lindsay has been scraping together the money to pay her $8,000 rent. We're told Lindsay signed the lease on the home back in February ... when her career was on the upswing and the money seemed to be rolling in. But according to our sources, when Lindsay's finances took a turn for the worse (like when the IRS seized her bank accounts) she began doing whatever she could to make rent each month, often hitting up friends for money. Lindsay tried to get out of the lease and move out early, but we're told the owners of the home told LiLo the penalty for breaking the lease was MASSIVE. So Lindsay is making it work until the lease is over in February and LiLo is telling friends she'll then look for a place in New York. more on this story
