TMZ obtained video of the altercation between the Bieb's protector and the paparazzo -- not one of our guys -- and when the clip begins the bodyguard already has the pap in a headlock. After several moments of grappling, the photog breaks free to square off with the bodyguard -- BIG mistake ... 'cause that's when the bodyguard uncorks a straight right to the photog's face. As TMZ first reported, according to Bieber's camp the altercation began when the pap jumped in front of Bieb's SUV and refused to stop snapping pics. The pap was arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon ... a felony. The bodyguard's battle scars are pretty clear in the photos from the scene. Check it out here.
The first of 26 North American shows is scheduled for August 28th in Philadelphia and includes a September 6th show in NY's Yankee Stadium and an October l0th performance at LA's Staples Center. The shows will include arenas, stadiums and special outdoor sights including the Plains of Abraham in Quebec and a return visit to South America as well as Australia where she has not performed in 20 years. more on this story
25-year-old Leslie Carter was laid to rest at a small ceremony in Upstate New York this weekend after a suspected prescription drug overdose. Several family members were present at the funeral, including Aaron Carter, but Nick was not. Nick -- who was on the road performing at a concert at the time of the ceremony -- tells TMZ, "I wanted to be at my sister's funeral, but my family has always had a complicated dynamic." Nick would not get specific about the circumstances ... but sources close to the singer tell TMZ ... he feels family members went out of their way to make sure he was not included. Nick adds, "There are so many emotions for me surrounding the loss of my sister. I am trying to stay healthy, positive, and focused." more on this story

It's been 14 years since the then-teenage duo released their monumental collaboration, "The Boy is Mine," which held the #1 spot on the Hot 100 Chart for 13 weeks, won the Grammy for R&B Performance by A Duo or Group, and was declared the best-selling song of 1998. Sources tell us ... Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show. Now here's the irony. The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial -- something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical ... not that we're complaining. TMZ broke the story ... Kim filed for divorce on grounds of "irreconcilable differences." Kris has countered that he wants the marriage annulled based on fraud.` Kris has a couple of problems with the fraud claim. First of all, he's the one who proposed. Second, the publicity has made him famous and marketable and he'll make millions more than he would have otherwise. And another big point in Kim's favor... We've learned the prenup is extremely long and complicated ... accounting for what would happen years into the future. Why would she go through the time and trouble of having a long prenup if she planned on pulling the plug on the marriage within a few months? more on this story
A woman named Mahogany Miller just sued the rapper -- claiming she busted her ass as his administrative assistant ... and in exchange he paid her less than a high school babysitter. In her suit, Miller -- who claims she started the gig back in August -- alleges she eventually confronted her boss over the long hours and low wages ... and she was FIRED less than 24 hours after raising the issue. Miller is suing for unspecified damages. Calls to Flo have not been returned. more on this story
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops observed Randy sitting in a black car with no lights on just after midnight Monday. When they approached the vehicle, they couldn't help but notice Randy reeked of booze. The arresting officer says Randy tried to explain the fight with his girlfriend ... but "Mr. Travis' speech was slurred and I was beginning to have a hard time understanding what he was saying." Randy made an awkward stumbling exit from the vehicle -- as most drunk people do, and that's when the officer hooked him up and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. Cops say they poured out the rest of the booze -- and towed Randy's car from the scene. Travis was cited ... and released a short time later. more on this story

Last Thursday night Lana stopped by David Letterman's show to perform "Video Games." The song has become an internet hit: released last August, the video has more than 25 million views on YouTube to date. Check out the performance here.

A rep for the Las Vegas Police Department tells TMZ ... Pia was cited for leaving the scene of a traffic accident last Friday. Sources tell us ... Zadora was driving a white Cadillac Escalade Hybrid when she struck a red BMW. We're told Pia did not stop to exchange information, but rather she just drove off. According to our sources, the other driver followed her back to her gated community and called the police. Cops came and Pia was eventually cited for leaving the scene of an accident. Despite confirmation from the cops, a rep for Pia insists the actress was NOT cited for hit and run ...but rather failure to report an accident. The rep says Pia acknowledges there was a bump ... but claims she didn't feel the impact and that's why she left the scene ... insisting there was never an intention to break the law. FUN FACT -- According to Wiki, Pia had a hit duet with Jermaine Jackson titled "When the Rain Begins to Fall" in 1984 from the movie "Voyage of the Rock Aliens." more on this story
Sources tell TMZ, the teammates are "disappointed" Gisele decided to air her grievances after the Super Bowl Sunday night -- when she said, "My husband cannot f***ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times." According to sources, Tom's teammates feel betrayed by Gisele's behavior -- the Pats organization is a brotherhood and Gisele's pot shot violated the code -- which is basically ... win as a team, lose as a team. As one source put it, "It's like knocking someone when they are down." more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Amber struck a plea deal with prosecutors in her drug case last month -- a deal that would allow Amber to avoid a 5-year prison sentence by completing a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. An Indiana judge approved the deal today. If Amber successfully completes the Madison County Drug Court program, her drug case will be entirely dismissed -- but if she screws up, she'll be thrown in the slammer. As we first reported, Amber was arrested in December for drug possession and failing to provide a urine sample (a stipulation of her probation). Amber will remain in custody pending a full evaluation by the Drug Court team -- which we're told could take up to two weeks. Once accepted into the program, the judge will release her. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Jigga was sued in 2010 for flaking on a six-figure bill after racking up 55 hours of flying time on a private jet -- and only paying for 37. But good news for Hova, the private jet company has dismissed the case. It's unclear exactly why -- but you can bet a private settlement was reached. Calls to both Jay-Z's camp and the private jet company were not returned. more on this story
Phil, who can be seen laid out on the sidewalk in the video, says he was merely standing up for a friend of his. He tells TMZ his friend told one of Ray J's bodyguards to go "f**k himself" after the bodyguard tried to get him to back away from Ray J's car outside of a club in Hollywood early Friday morning. Phil says the bodyguard responded by punching his friend and when Phil tried to come to his friend's aid, he was blindsided by another of Ray J's bodyguards. He says he "just woke up on the ground." Phil tells us he suffered a mild concussion and went to the hospital on his own to get checked. Phil says he definitely plans to pursue charges. more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops were called to Monteith's Hollywood Hills home at 4:30 AM because neighbors were complaining about the noise level. We're told cops spoke to Monteith and his roommate, who were both extremely nice to the officers. In the end, we're told Corey agreed to shut off the music and end the party -- which was also attended by other cast members from "Glee" -- but not before cops gave Corey's roommate a ticket for the loud music. No word on if any of the music in question were mash-ups of popular 90s songs. more on this story

"YES." 24-year-old Jane got a golden ticket to Hollywood this season after busting out a version of "Something to Talk About." In case you didn't know, Jona -- who runs a successful real estate company in New York -- hit the JACKPOT yesterday, betting $1,000 on the Giants to score the first points in the big game with a safety. The odds were 50 to 1. Jona tells us, he plans to donate $5,000 to Tom's charity of choice, and $5,000 to the charities of choice for the Giants defensive linemen who made the safety play. Jona also wants to take Tom out for an all-expenses-paid falafel dinner. As for the rest, Jona says he plans to divide up the balance after taxes ... and donate it to a bunch of charities benefiting the less fortunate. Jona says he only makes one bet a year -- on the Super Bowl -- and this year, it finally paid off. more on this story
Jennifer Zuiker just filed new legal docs in her divorce from Anthony Zuiker ... in which she claims Anthony hasn't given her a dime in child and spousal support since she called off the marriage last April. According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jennifer is demanding $1,000,000 to pay her lawyers and accountants while they work out a long term financial arrangement. Plus she wants a judge to sign off on an order that would force Anthony to shell out $54,282 in monthly support. After all, Jennifer claims she spends $158,827 in monthly expenses including: -- personal living expenses ............$91,882 In an effort to convince the judge that Anthony can afford it ... Jennifer spells out his yearly income -- an estimated $1.6 MILLION ... and that's JUST from the "CSI" franchise. Jennifer notes in the docs, "It has not been determined what, if anything, [Anthony] is doing to earn those funds." Jennifer claims Anthony is also banking a bunch of cash from a new show he's developing for ABC called "Chameleon" ... plus, she believes he's also getting paid for various speaking engagements.
