Sources close to Bobby tell us ... people connected to the Houston family have reached out to Bobby to warn him that he shouldn't attempt to attend the funeral because the family isn't fond of him. However ... we're told Bobby has not received any OFFICIAL word from the family about his invite status. Sources tell us ... Bobby WANTS to attend the funeral so he can support his daughter Bobbi Kristina, but he hasn't decided on a plan of action yet. Bottom line -- we're told Bobby is hoping the family will be able to set aside their differences so they all can focus on mourning the loss of their loved one. more on this story
Oprah will appear alongside Lady Gaga as she formally unveils BTWF at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Askwith Forum. The one-day event will be co-hosted by BTWF, Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet & Society, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, the John D. & Catherine T. The fan -- Sergei Mifle -- allegedly made repeated contact with Blake's mom, telling her he was "deeply concerned" about her daughter and claimed he needed to help her because she was troubled. Blake says in her declaration she's fearful about her personal safety and the safety of her mother. The judge issued the restraining order, which prohibits Mifle from coming anywhere near the actress or her mom. more on this story
Billboard reports the diva's "Whitney: The Greatest Hits" album re-enters the Billboard 200 chart at #6, after it sold 64,000 copies in the U.S. (according to Nielsen SoundScan) in the tracking week that ended on February 12 - reflecting only one full day of sales after her passing. "Greatest Hits" posted a 10,419% gain over its previous week's sales, when it sold just under 1,000 copies. more on this story

A rep for the Mayor's office tells TMZ, "The Houston family has no plans to set up a public viewing at the Prudential Center this Friday" -- despite several reports claiming there was going to be a massive public ceremony ... in addition to previously-scheduled private funeral arrangements. The rep claims the family specifically asked the city NOT to plan a memorial event -- adding, "In compliance with the family's wishes the city is not moving forward with any public ceremony." The funeral is still set to take place this Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church. more on this story

Claire just left the Pasadena Police Department, where officers interviewed her about the incident -- and we're told police granted a 3-day stay-away order against Marston to give Claire time to move her stuff out of his place. In the video, Claire says it's a 5-day restraining order -- but law enforcement sources tell us, it's just 3. Claire tells TMZ, she plans to move out asap -- but if she needs more time ... she'll have to go to court to extend the protective order. Claire says she called Hugh after the incident who expressed sympathy -- claiming he was very disappointed by the situation. TMZ broke the story ... Marston was arrested around 11:15 PM Sunday night for misdemeanor domestic violence after police responded to a 911 call from Sinclair's family -- and observed several injuries on the model's body. Marston -- who has been dating Sinclair on-and-off since August 2010 -- admitted the two had gotten into an argument, but didn't cop to hitting her. He has since been released on $20,000 bail. Tune in on Saturday, March 31, just a day before the ACM Awards broadcast on CBS, as Montgomery Gentry perform "Where I Come From," as well as their featured track, "Good Ol' Boys (Dukes of Hazzard Theme Song,)" from the newly released tribute album, Waylon: The Music Inside Volume II, on CBS This Morning, and again later that evening on FOX News Channel's Huckabee. more on this story
According to sources, the mover in question took photographs of Lindsay's stuff while he was piling it into storage -- and is now trying to sell the pics ... as well as information about the storage facility Lindsay is using ... and even where she eventually plans to move. Sources tell TMZ, Lindsay's camp is aware of the situation and is currently working to find out who's behind the leak attempt. Lindsay's people are especially freaked because the actress has made it a priority to keep a low profile the last few weeks -- following a trespasser scare on her Venice property New Year's Day. We're told Lindsay is also afraid people might try to track down her belongings in storage and try to steal things. So far, we're told police have not been involved. more on this story

Sources close to Tess tell us, she entered the Pasadena Recovery Center last Sunday -- after her felony drug possession arrest last month. We're told the arrest was the primary catalyst behind her seeking treatment again. Tess entered rehab for an opiate addiction one year ago -- but quit after 30 days. Sources tell us, her family had nearly given up on Tess after she pulled out of rehab last year -- but when the reality star hit rock bottom after her most recent arrest ... they helped usher her back into treatment. As for how Tess plans to pay the massive medical bills -- we're told several family friends are pitching in ... and she's expecting a $20,000 check from Sofia Coppola within the month, which should alleviate some financial pressure. The check is for Tess' role as a consultant on the Burglar Bunch film Sofia is currently developing. Andrea Neiers tells TMZ, "I hope Tess takes this opportunity to work on herself and become someone she will be proud of, and who can help other young people avoid making the same choices." more on this story

Howard will perform for the first time in the U.S. at South by Southwest and continue on the festival circuit with shows at The Sasquatch! Music Festival and Bonnaroo. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Rumer's house is under construction and currently unoccupied. So far all cops know is that in the last 24 hours, someone entered through an outside gate ... slicing through a lock with a blow torch type device. According to sources, the burglar entered the home and snatched up roughly $10,000 of the contractor's tools ... before taking off. It's unclear if any of Rumer's personal belongings were also taken. We're told the incident is currently under investigation -- so far, no arrests have been made. more on this story
Rick Yune -- who played Asian gang leader Johnny Tran in the 2001 flick -- is being sued by a husband and wife duo from London who claim they struck a deal with Yune to buy 10 Hermes Birkin handbags in October 2011. MANSLATION: The Hermes Birkin bags are the Holy Grail of hand bags ... famously prized by Samantha in "Sex and the City" ... and with a super-long waiting list, they're virtually IMPOSSIBLE to obtain. The London couple claim they wired Yune $198k for the first 8 bags ... and promised to pay him another $95k for 2 additional bags upon delivery. According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, the couple claims they NEVER got the bags ... and Yune never returned their cash. The Brits are suing for their money back ... plus damages. But Yune is calling BS ... a rep for the actor tells TMZ the actor insists he DID deliver the bags to a man who works for the couple ... and Yune believes that particular employee ran off with the goods. The rep adds, "Rick is not only a very successful actor and businessman, he is one of the most honest people out there. It's a shame someone is trying to tarnish his name and he has fallen victim to a scam." more on this story
