"I just want to keep going," Gaga tells The Insider. "I'm not as goal obsessed as I am process obsessed. I just want to keep writing music. I'm looking forward to putting out another album and going on tour."

Michael Jackson To Be Immortalized At Grauman's Chinese Theatre

The ceremony will be part of a giant celebration of the legacy of the King of Pop and the Los Angeles debut of Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour, the critically acclaimed Cirque du Soleil production and top grossing tour in the United States.

The Estate will be joined by Michael Jackson's three children, Prince, Paris and "Blanket" who will use their father's sequined glove and shoes to make impressions in the cement in the famous forecourt of the theatre as family, friends and fans celebrate the legacy of the King of Pop. The event is produced by the executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson, John McClain and John Branca. A special live presentation from the cast of THE IMMORTAL World Tour will be performed, and the event will be M.C.'d by Access Hollywood and Access Hollywood Live's anchor Billy Bush more on this story

Deadliest Catch Star Charged For Bathroom Assault

According to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ ... a female witness claims the Discovery Channel reality star got into a fight with her husband ... and it spilled over into the restroom.

When the woman went to check on the situation, she claims she observed that Freddy had her husband in a headlock.

The woman claims she tried to free her hubby, but Freddy grabbed her by the arm and "forcefully" pushed her across the restroom.

When cops arrived to the scene, police say they observed the woman had bruising and swelling on her arm.

According to the complaint, Freddy told police he didn't start the fight ... but was merely defending himself after the other man punched him in the face. Freddy says he "did not touch Katz."

A few days later, a judge ordered Freddy to stay away from the woman, her husband and the hotel. He's due back in court later this month.

TMZ attempted to reach Freddy for comment -- but he's currently working on the F/V Wizard crab boat in Alaska. A rep for Discovery had no comment. more on this story

"Party Rock Anthem" is on the Hot 100 chart for the 28th straight week, which ties them with Jewel's "Foolish Games" for chart endurance, reports Billboard.

Only two songs have been on the chart longer: LeAnn Rimes' "How Do I Live" (32 weeks, 1997-98) and Santana's "Smooth," featuring Rob Thomas (30, 1999-2000). more on this story

We're told Wiz is adamant he would never jack lyrics from another artist ... despite the allegations in a new $2.3 million lawsuit filed by a Pennsylvania rapper named Maxamillion.

Girls Gone Wild Creator In Fight After Car Crash

The "Girls Gone Wild" creator was driving his Bentley on Rodeo Drive when his car collided with a female driver. We're told the two began arguing over who was at fault. Francis tells TMZ ... the woman grabbed his cell phone as he attempted to snap photos, and cops say at that point the two engaged in mutual combat.

Cops say both suffered minor injuries. Francis says his finger was cut when the woman tried to grab the phone.

Police un-cuffed Francis and decided no one would be arrested. more on this story

The four special shows kick off Wednesday, February 8 in Chicago at The Mid, followed by New York at Pacha, San Francisco at Ruby Skye and Los Angeles at Avalon consecutively.

The couple was on vacation in Key West Florida when Brice proposed on January 2, 2012. A date has not yet been set.
