It all went down on January 6th ... when hundreds of teenagers packed into the World Beat Center in San Diego after buying tickets to a Tyga show. A rep for the WBC tells us Tyga bailed on the show without warning ... and when the crowd realized he wasn't coming, they went BERSERK -- completely trashing the place. We're told private security tried to break up the madness, but it was too insane ... so they called the San Diego PD for backup. The SDPD tells us 12 officers were dispatched to the scene -- who eventually cleared everyone out and restored order. But the damage was already done -- busted floors, walls, destroyed property -- and now, the manager at World Beat Center is furious ... telling TMZ, Tyga has forever been banned from the place for life. We placed multiple calls to Tyga's people for comment -- so far, radio silence. more on this story

It's insane -- according to the report, obtained by TMZ, cops were called to an apartment parking lot around 9:45 PM on Saturday night ... after Michael Lohan's ex-GF was observed beating the crap out of a man and his wife. Cops say ... when they arrived to the scene, Major was being restrained on the ground by several people who saw her attack Rosario Tapia and Juan Jimenez. The officer who wrote the police report explained, 'I attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities at Tapia, calling her a 'fat f**k' and a 'b*tch'." Jimenez told police ... he has NO IDEA why he and his wife were attacked ... but explained he and Tapia pulled into the parking lot and noticed someone had parked in their assigned space. So they were waiting for another spot to open ... when Major came bolting towards the car out of nowhere. Jimenez claims Major opened the door and went crazy -- calling him and his wife "several racial names" before Major attacked his wife in the hands, breast and face. When cops tried to arrest Major, police say she resisted arrest and tried to kick the officers. Major was eventually arrested for battery and transported to a nearby jail -- where she was an EVEN BIGGER pain in the ass, according to the report. Cops say she yelled at police -- and tried to make a break for it. At one point, cops say, she slapped the arresting officer and called him a "fat f**k." She was later charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a police officer. Major has since been released from custody ... but it sounds like this situation is far from over. more on this story

I can't think of a better way to kick off a tour!" more on this story

Featuring former Bon Jovi member Kurt Johnston and RPM member Barry Dunaway, along with a host of other top Northeast Florida musicians, David has created a unique sound. If you molded Cat Stevens and John Prine you would come up with David Watt Besley. Freelance writer Richard Wall says, "I really got the Cat Stevens influence, particularly in David's singing style. But the songs have a newness to them; they are well written, telling his stories from the heart, along with some sterling accents on a solidly enjoyable musical foundation, which suits the material." Inside sources say that ex-Bon Jovi Kurt Johnston contributes some memorable piano and guitar parts to 'Believe These Eyes'. "He is a good friend and we have done many projects together through the years and have played a lot of music together," says David. Virginia-born singer/songwriter David Watt Besley currently resides in Saint Augustine, Florida. In the mid-seventies David was part of the band Saucer, who were one of the first US bands looked at by Virgin Records. In the late seventies David played bass and wrote music with the NorthStar Band, one of Washington, DC's most influential music groups. In the early 1980s David toured with Bob Margolin (Muddy Waters). In 1986 he joined his brother Ed Pickett and formed The Seiners, based out of Jekyll Island, Georgia and toured the southeast. In the early '90s David joined the group Those Guys (several times voted Saint Augustine's #1 band). The band also included Artimus Pyle (Lynyrd Skynrd) and Banner Thomas (Molly Hatchet). In 2009 he reformed Northstar with his brother Ed and signed a publishing deal with Shadow Mountain Music. In 2010 David put together The Big Lonesome, a group featuring some of David's favorite local players and writers. During this time he also started a solo career simply called "DAVE". Even though David loves to get together with Northstar and The Big Lonesome, he has found that his solo career is the most enjoyable Dave and his music. Which leads to the release of his critically acclaimed debut CD 'Believe These Eyes'; a CD that has been receiving praise from press and fans alike worldwide. more on this story

Melody and her husband Edward filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Mid-Century Insurance Company put them through the ringer after a 2010 rainstorm wreaked havoc on their Beverly Hills Home ... and ultimately left them out to dry. As a result of the storm, the suit alleges, the Scotts' loyal servant -- a Mr. Nick Krotov -- "was forced to place many pots, pans, and towels in the living room to catch the falling water." According to the suit, the Scotts filed an emergency insurance claim to repair the damage -- but MC blew their repeated requests to approve it ... and Mother Nature wreaked even more havoc on their home. Melody claims MC finally came out to inspect the property more than a week after the initial storm -- and rejected their claim, insisting the water damage was not covered.
