As we previously reported, Chris and Rihanna were spotted out at the same West Hollywood nightclub Sunday night. They left separately, but there was lots of speculation that the two had gotten back together. But that's not true -- according to Chris' rep, the singer was with his actual girlfriend last night ... an aspiring model named Karrueche Tran ... not with Rihanna. The rep adds, Chris and RiRi are just friends. more on this story
Producer Tricky Stewart shed some light on the project when he spoke to MTV News last fall; he teased that several tracks that didn't make the final cut for "Teenage Dream" were being reworked for this project. "Katy and I went into [the studio] just to address some issues with records that we had done in the past that didn't end up going on Teenage Dream," he said in October. "So we are in the process of just listening and freshening up things and getting ready for something special she has going on." more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops rushed to Webbie's show at Primetime nightclub in Dothan around 3am Sunday -- responding to a call of shots fired. When they arrived, they discovered a man lying face down on the pavement outside the club with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died later at the hospital. Webbie -- real name Webster Gradney -- was taken in for questioning following the incident, and there were Internet reports he was being investigated for murder. Webbie insists that's not true. Webbie's manager tells us, the rapper was questioned simply because the shooting occurred at his concert -- and police thought he might have some info about what went down. But according to law enforcement sources, Webbie didn't know jack ...so they let him go -- no arrest, no charges filed. more on this story

Officers responded to a domestic dispute call at Tori's Hard Rock Hotel room early Friday morning. According to the police report, Tori -- real name Michelle Chapman -- told cops she had been drinking before she got back to the room where her fiance, Lyndell Anderson, and their 5-month old son were waiting. The report states Tori and Lyndell started arguing because, as Tori told police ... Lyndell didn't have "enough breast milk" to feed the baby. The two-time AVN Performer of the Year then claims Lyndell called her an "unfit mother" ... and that's when things got physical. In the report, police say Tori admitting punching Lyndell in the back of the head, but also claimed he shoved her into a wall. According to the report, police reviewed the hotel security tape of the hallway outside the couple's room and saw Lyndell push Tori "with such violent force that she flies across the hall." Police say she had bruises on her arms. Lyndell and Tori were both arrested and booked for domestic battery. Sources tell us Tori's friends first suspected trouble when she missed a hosting gig at RPM Nightclub Friday night. Tori -- along with her fiance and BABY -- were primarily in Vegas for the AVNs where she was a nominee ... but did not win. more on this story
Our sources say Heidi has already selected one of the lawyers based on her interviews, and as we first reported, she has already decided she will file for divorce. We're told the interviews with the lawyers were conducted at a secret location because Heidi was concerned about a leak. We're told all of the lawyers she met with have repped a number of celebrity clients -- the attorney's are among the most prominent in town. And there's a twist. Seal can't hire any of the lawyers Heidi rejected because she shared confidential information with them, so representing Seal would create a conflict of interest. The good news for Seal -- there are still other good divorce lawyers to be had. As we reported, when Heidi files, she will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. Seal's temper, we're told, was a significant factor in her decision. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, we've learned the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation. TMZ has learned more about what nanny Alliance Kamdem has told the cops. Law enforcement sources tell us ... Kamdem claims Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad ... Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her. Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police... when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it. Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her. Gabriel's rep tells TMZ, "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate." As for Halle's court appearance later this AM ... we'll be there. more on this story
