The pics were snapped over the weekend in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis -- while crew were testing stage lighting for the upcoming performance ... and you can clearly see the word "Vogue" lit up on the floor panels. Nicki Minaj is rumored to be a part of the show as well. It's unclear what she'll be performing, but let's hope she knows how to let her body move to the music. more on this story
On Monday's episode of Baldwin's "Here's The Thing" podcast on WNYC, the "30 Rock" actor delves in deep with SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels, and in the process, reveals that Bieber will host the show in the upcoming months. Setting the scene at Michaels' office, Baldwin reads off some of the names that appear on a board of confirmed SNL hosts this season. Among them is the Justin, who previously served as the musical guest in April 2010 (and popped by for a Church Lady skit and a digital short last February) but has never hosted the show. more on this story
MTV reports PCD creator Robin Antin and a newly instated Doll, Lauren Bennett, stopped by MTV to chat about the Go Daddy commercial that will launch the latest phase of all things PCD. So, what should fans expect? In the ad, Antin said, "The girls are on the Go Daddy cloud. They're angels in heaven, and they're very angelic. It's breathtakingly beautiful. It's a fun, real-campy kind of sexy. It's all of that, but again, what we're doing for this next life of the Pussycat Dolls, the girls are all young. It's a fresh, young energy. Mr. Unit was arrested in Seaside Heights back in July for possession of a controlled substance ... later determined to be Ketamine, often used as a horse tranq. After the hearing, Unit's lawyer told us, "There were some issues regarding my client's constitutional rights." The lawyer added, "We entered the not guilty plea NOT because that's the normal thing to do ... we actually entered the not guilty plea because we believe that based on those issues, John is not guilty." Unit's attorney added, "We expect a very favorable outcome." more on this story
The new video will be for the Journey song "Resonate" and was filmed in San Francisco and Los Angeles over the last few months. According to our sources, Schon approached the band with the idea for the video and they were all for it. We're told the couple refers to the video as "Michaele and Neal's love story." Sources close to the Graziano family tell TMZ ... Renee had a panic attack, collapsed, and had trouble breathing when she got news that her dad, Anthony "TG" Graziano, had been arrested in an early morning raid. A "Mob Wives" rep confirms Renee was admitted to the emergency room and is still getting treatment right now. Further upsetting for Renee -- the fact her ex-husband played a role in her father's arrest. Hector Pagan, who's appeared on the VH-1 show, has reportedly turned rat for the DEA. more on this story

Jessie Schulman filed legal docs asking for a restraining order, claiming she broke up with A.J. and moved on to a new relationship. Jessie says on January 11 at 2 AM, she was at home with her boyfriend when A.J. suddenly appeared outside her window. She says she yelled at him to leave, but instead he broke through the window screen and entered the house. According to the legal docs, A.J. started yelling at Jessie and tried to lock the two of them in the bathroom so he could have a captive audience to speak his mind. Jessie says she talked him into leaving the house, but before he made his exit he made a pit stop at the fridge and grabbed a bottle of liquor. more on this story

We've learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services submitted more than a dozen recommendations to the judge, including mediation ... in which a 3rd party would sit with Halle and Gabriel and try to figure out how they can peacefully raise their child. We're told Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn't. And our sources say ... Halle agreed to continue her individual counseling, which will help her deal with what has become an impossible situation. As for Gabriel, he's agreed to counseling for his anger issues. And, as we first reported, both parties agreed today to send 3-year-old Nahla to counseling. We're told the judge did not make any decision on the fate of the nanny, whom Gabriel wants fired. And the judge hasn't ruled on Halle's request to keep Gabriel from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course. Sources say Gabriel has objected to most of the recommendations and the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing -- similar to a trial -- so he can firmly call the shots. more on this story

According to court papers obtained by TMZ ... Iverson was sued back in 2010 for allegedly stiffing Aydin & Company Jewelers on a $375,000 bill. The records show ... A.I. never responded to the lawsuit ... so a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store ... allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees. But A.I. still didn't pay ... so earlier this month .. the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account. So far, it's unclear if the store has received its money. Calls to Iverson's rep have not been returned. more on this story
Tyson will be inducted during the ceremony at American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL on March 31. As has become tradition, WrestleMania XXVIII takes place the following day. Iron Mike tells TMZ, "I am honored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. I was the youngest heavyweight champion of all time, but the most fun I ever had in the ring was with WWE." Tyson's history with the WWE goes back to 1998 when, after a confrontation with Stone Cold Steve Austin on Monday Night Raw, Tyson served as special enforcer for the main event at WrestleMania XIV between Austin and Shawn Michaels . Tyson made his return to the WWE last year, when he hosted Monday Night Raw. Other non-wrestlers in the WWE Hall of Fame include Drew Carey, Pete Rose and William "The Refrigerator" Perry. more on this story

One of Mindy's workouts is called the "Permanent Press" -- which entails doing 15-20 pushups, carrying a laundry basket filled with 2-liter bottles upstairs, then doing another 15-20 pushups. The Sun published a story today reporting ... in the months before Demi was hospitalized ... she was using Red Bull in place of food. Our sources say ... two weeks before Demi was hospitalized, she went to a Hollywood party and consumed a massive amount of Red Bull ... but never touched alcohol. more on this story
There are reports Vick put his rep on a powerdialing mission for NY Fashion Week invites next month -- but the NFL star's actual rep Chris Shigas tells TMZ ... he's being framed. According to Shigas, neither he nor Vick has put in requests for invites to the giant citywide fashion events -- often attended by pro athletes like Amar'e Stoudemire. Shigas adds, Vick doesn't even WANT to go to Fashion Week -- and if he finds out who's been making the phony phone calls ... they're in for trouble. As for rumors Vick is tying the knot this summer -- Shigas tells us, that's all still up in the air. more on this story
