We know Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing "irreconcilable differences." She is asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Suri. We also know Katie is asking for a "suitable amount" of child support. Katie also asks for a division of property in her divorce docs, although we know there was a significant prenup that is based on California law. Katie makes no mention of the prenup in her filing. We're told Tom "did not see this coming." We're told there is some "nastiness" here, evidenced by Katie's move to get sole legal custody. Katie's divorce petition was filed anonymously, without names. more on this story
But it wasn't just any house -- it used to belong to Lisa Vanderpump and was featured significantly in the first two seasons of the show. We're told the damage to Lisa's old mansion is already "significant" -- and firefighters are currently on the scene, desperately trying to extinguish the blaze. No word yet on how the fire started. FYI -- Lisa recently sold the house so she no longer lives there. It's unclear if the new owners have moved in yet. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested outside Usher's Georgia home Sunday after disobeying a criminal trespass warning -- ordering her to stay off his property. Cops issued the warning the previous day, when Darshelle showed up to Usher's house the first time ... and someone on the property had to call police. Now, TMZ has obtained the incident report from Johns Creek PD that describes the events in detail -- claiming when cops arrived Sunday in response to a suspicious person call, they found Darshelle on the front porch using her iPad. According to the report, Usher had spotted her on his surveillance camera and called the police himself. Once they identified her, cops placed Darshelle under arrest for violating the criminal trespass warning -- but according to the report, she was in such a bizarre mental state ... the jailers refused to take her. According to the docs, Darshelle kept insisting she was Usher's wife and he makes all her decisions -- which is crazy talk ... because Usher's NOT married. As a result, cops claim Darshelle was taken to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was admitted for a mental evaluation. She was released shortly after ... with a copy of the charges against her. Darshelle's due in court next month.

Former prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi's wife tells TMZ, her husband underwent surgery back in April for stage 2 cancer. According to his wife, the surgery appeared to be successful at first, but Vincent experienced complications shortly after, and was admitted to the ICU. Vincent's wife wouldn't specify the nature of the complications. Vincent's wife adds, "He has been in very bad shape for some time. He regained consciousness this week, finally starting to be on the road to recovery. He's going to be in rehab for a long time." Vincent left the ICU last week but is still hospitalized. Thanks to Vincent's badassness back in the day -- Charles Manson was convicted of seven murders in 1971 and sentenced to death. Manson's death sentence was reduced to life in prison a year later when California abolished the death penalty. 77-year-old Manson's latest request for release was denied in April -- and since he's not up for parole again for another 15 years, chances are he'll die behind bars. more on this story
TMZ has learned ... Wes' 4-year marriage to Jessica is one step closer to being terminated ... with the rocker agreeing to fork over $2,500 per month in alimony. Jessica originally wanted the court to toss out their pre-nup so she could reap half of Scantlin's fortune ... but she ultimately withdrew her request after the two sides came to an agreement about how they will divide the assets. Obviously Wes was happy with the outcome -- as evidenced by the smiley faces. Jessica's lawyer, Brian Kramer, tells TMZ, "It's most definitely the first time in all my years of doing this work that I've have had an opposing party sign with a smiley face on a divorce decree imposing maximum spousal support. He adds, "It's certainly a refreshing change to see an artist who is cheerful about honoring such an obligation instead of treating it like it were the end of the world." more on this story

As we reported, Roberts was diagnosed in April with myelodysplastic syndrome -- a serious blood and bone marrow disease -- and has already begun chemotherapy treatment ... before her big bone marrow transplant in a few months. As for who made the temp list -- we're told producers will approach Diane Sawyer, Charlie Gibson, Barbara Walters, Chris Cuomo, Connie Chung, Joan Lunden and others. We're told each substitute will sit in Robin's chair for a full week, and each Friday the next star sub will be announced. Given the nature of the operation, it could take Roberts 4 months to recover -- so the list will be long. But here's the good news. Robin, we're told, is in good physical shape and the condition was detected very early, so the prognosis is "very good" and she could be back much sooner than the 4 month estimate. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Mase was sued last year by Aydin & Company -- a jewelry store in Atlanta -- who claimed the rapper bailed on a bill waaaaay back in 2005 (right about the time he was last popular). Mase had claimed he never signed for the bling and therefore owed them zilch. A Georgia court agreed with rapper and granted judgment in his favor this month -- which means he's totally in the clear. more on this story

You remember Teddy ... that iconic talking stuffed animal from the '80s who preached love, friendship and other things of the heartwarming sort. He was adorable. So when Teddy's creator Ken Forsse saw the commercials for "Ted" -- a teddy bear who drinks, smokes, fights and tries to bang floozies -- he felt it was an affront to the entire stuffed animal community. Ken tells TMZ ... he believes a teddy bear is a wholesome kids product which shouldn't be portrayed in a negative light. "I wish they hadn't done [the film]" ... Ken adds. The feeling is probably mutual -- 'cause in the movie, Ted lays a beatdown on Mark Wahlberg after the actor says he would've rather had a Teddy Ruxpin doll. more on this story

In 2004, the "Milkshake" singer went on tour with Britney Spears. In 2010, she headlined her first US tour with singer Robyn. more on this story
Liam has previously criticized his brother, Noel, for playing Oasis songs during his "solo" shows with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. But Noel Gallagher, to be fair, did originally write 99% of Oasis songs. Beady Eye, the band that comprise the most recent members of Oasis apart from Noel, played the Noel-written "Rock 'N' Roll Star" and "Morning Glory." They also unveiled a brand new Liam-penned track called "The World's Not Set in Stone." Beady Eye did not play their last two singles "Millionaire" and "The Beat Goes On." more on this story
