Puddle of Mudd Singer Pleads Guilty To Cocaine Possession
(TMZ) Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin pled guilty to cocaine possession yesterday -- but TMZ has learned, he won't be going to jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Scantlin was charged with felony coke possession back in April following his January arrest in L.A. Scantlin was also charged with two misdemeanors -- being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

But Scantlin struck a deal with prosecutors that will keep him out of the pokey -- agreeing to plead guilty to the possession charge. The two misdemeanors were dropped.

In exchange for the guilty plea, Scantlin was sentenced to complete a drug counseling program.

He must show proof of enrollment by August -- and if he messes up, he could be sent to jail. more on this story

Meat Loaf Goes After Impersonator Like A Bat Out Of Hell
(TMZ) Meat Loaf is going after a well-known Meat Loaf impersonator like a bat out of hell -- claiming the tribute singer is a filthy cyber-squatter ... hijacking the website MeatLoaf.org ... and refusing to hand it over.

Meat Loaf -- real name Michael Aday -- filed the lawsuit against Dean Torkington in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Torkington registered MeatLoaf.org in "bad faith," and has since exploited the domain name to mislead and confuse Meat Loaf fans into thinking he's the real singer.

Torkington uses the website to promote his act -- called "To Hell and Back: A Tribute to Meat Loaf."

Meat Loaf claims Torkington -- who's based in the UK -- has no right to own or use the domain name, and is currently breaking the law by cybersquatting ... in violation of the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.

Meat Loaf wants Torkington to shut down his website and hand over the domain. He also wants $100,000 in damages. more on this story

Matt Damon and Michael Douglas Taking Over von Ahole Mansion
(TMZ) Prince von Ahole is about to get some incredibly famous house guests -- TMZ has learned he's renting out his Bel Air mansion for a movie starring Matt Damon and Michael Douglas.

Sources close to the Prince tell us ... Ahole and his wife Zsa Zsa Gabor struck a deal with the people behind Steven Soderbergh's upcoming project, "Behind the Candelabra" ... an HBO film about Liberace.

The film stars Douglas and Damon -- and we're told producers plan on shooting inside von Ahole's pad for at least 23 days.

Sources tell us Prince will rake in somewhere in the ballpark of $70k from the deal ... which is HUUUUGE because Ahole needs the money.

We broke the story ... Prince took a $1.5 million personal loan to pay off his mortgage in the face of foreclosure ... but he only has 11 months to repay the loan.

$70k ain't a bad start ... only $1.43 million to go! more on this story

Mug Shot Delay For Lost Star Matthew Fox
(TMZ) If Matthew Fox doesn't look drunk in his DUI mug shot ... it's because it was taken TWO MONTHS after he was arrested.

TMZ has learned ... Fox returned to the Deschutes County Adult Jail in Bend, Oregon on June 29th to finally take the mug shot from his May 4th arrest ... and TMZ has the pic.

So why did it take so long for cops to get the shot? Turns out, the camera at the jail was BROKEN on the night Fox was arrested ... so the judge made the former "Lost" star come back for a makeup photo.

As we previously reported, Fox struck a plea deal with prosecutors so he wouldn't have to serve any time in jail -- and in exchange he pled no contest to one count of DUI.

As part of the deal, Fox can't drink alcohol for one year and is required to complete a drug and alcohol treatment program.

If Fox complies with the court's orders, the entire case will go away. See the mug shot here.

Katie Holmes Won't Profit From Tom Cruise Divorce
(TMZ) Katie Holmes will be getting virtually nothing from Tom Cruise by way of $$$$ because their prenup cuts her out of his fortune ... and sources connected with Katie tell us it's just fine with her.

We've learned the prenup Katie signed is long, tight and stacked in Tom's favor. We're told reports that she'll walk away with $15-20 million are absurd. Our sources say Katie will walk away with what she brought into the marriage ... and hardly anything else.

Our Katie sources tell us, "She's not about the money. She's not that girl. She loves to work."

We're told there's one thing Katie is insistent on -- she wants child support from Tom, and that could turn into a big ticket item.

As for whether Katie will challenge the prenup ... it's pretty common when a divorcing couple is in conflict, and our Katie sources are not ruling that out. But they insist, "Money is not that important to her. She makes plenty on her own."

One final point ... a well-placed source connected with the couple tells us, the prenup that basically gives Katie bupkis is proof the marriage is not a sham -- she didn't tie the knot for the loot. more on this story

Paris Hilton Diss Track Released
(TMZ) More resistance in the anti-DJ Paris Hilton movement ... and this time, the attack comes with a beat.

TMZ has learned ... DJ Jane Bang -- a popular NY electronic music DJ -- has released a new Paris Hilton diss track ... in which she rips the heiress as a "fake DJ" who "can't mix for s***."

Hilton's been under fire ever since she appeared at a gig in San Paulo, Brazil and announced she and DJ Afrojack would be releasing an electronic music album together.

Jane Bang is now adding to the hate with a track titled, "Put Your Hands Up for the DJ" ... which contains the lyric aimed squarely at Hilton:

"B**ch you ain't no DJ ... You a fake DJ ... You didn't mix that track ... You f***in iTunes'd that!" more on this story

Singled Out: Chris Wallace's Remember When (Push Rewind)
Today Chris Wallace, the former frontman for The White Tie Affair, tells us about his debut solo single "Remember When (Push Rewind)". Here is the story:

Remember when actually started as a 'push rewind' idea. The first thing I came up with was the 'push push push rewind' part. It instantly brought back memories of my first serious relationship. I started thinking about how different my life would have been if I had stayed in the relationship that fell apart as my career took off a few years ago. That was the inspiration behind the lyric 'as my future got bright, we started loosing light.' The rest of the song pretty much wrote itself. I just looked back at all the amazing things we did together.

I also really wanted to give the song a hard hitting optimistic undertone, so i made the music upbeat and fun. After all, the chorus is also a celebration of how amazing it was to be young and carelessly in love.

Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself, check out the video and learn more about Chris right here!
