Raz -- who had been performing in Shanghai before the accident -- tells TMZ, he tripped hard inside his room ... and when he tried to break his fall, he crashed through a sliding glass door. Raz says the broken glass caught his wrist and ripped it to pieces, tearing through ligaments, nerves, tendons ... right down to the bone. (We've seen a graphic close-up of the injury, and decided to spare you the visuals. You're welcome.) Raz says he immediately began gushing blood and quickly passed out. Someone else in the room then alerted the hotel, and an ambulance was called. Raz was rushed to Huashan Hospital Fudan University, where doctors operated to repair his mutilated wrist -- a grueling procedure that took roughly 5 hours. Raz was released from the hospital Monday. He has since canceled his remaining tour dates -- for now. more on this story

We're told there are restrictions on what Tom and Katie can discuss with Suri on the subject of religion, including Scientology, however, those restrictions are eased the older Suri gets. In short, we're told the agreement is extremely detailed and outlines a course of conduct for years to come. more on this story
We broke the story ... the L.A. County Coroner has changed Wood's cause of death from "Accident" to "Undetermined." Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason for the change is that there was bruising on Wood's body that is not NECESSARILY consistent with an accident ... but it doesn't prove foul play. Here's the real reason for the change. After Wood's died in 1981, then L.A. County Coroner Thomas Noguchi jumped to a conclusion -- something he was prone to do -- that Wood's death was an accident. Noguchi did not follow protocol by accounting for ALL possibilities for the bruises -- possibilities which could include foul play, but could just as easily come down to Wood's hitting the side of the boat or the dinghy as she fell in the water. We're told protocol all along should have been to call Wood's death "undetermined." Our sources say the investigation is still officially "active" but in fact it's been at a dead end and detectives have unearthed no new evidence to lead them to a conclusion there was foul play. We're told there is "certainly no evidence" leading detectives to a suspect. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, the 11-year-old was struck in the head by a jet ski while riding in an inner tube on Lake Lanier. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and remains there in critical condition. Robin Hill, a rep for the Department of Natural Resources (Wildlife Resources Division), tells TMZ the department's Critical Incident Response Team will recreate the accident on the lake to help determine what happened. Using special computer programs, they will attempt to figure out how fast the boats were going at the time of the accident. Hill says that rangers have been in touch with the driver of the jet ski and remain in contact with him. Once the department completes their investigation, they will turn their recommendation over to the district attorney who would then decide whether or not to file charges. more on this story
Sandbox Entertainment sent over these details: The song entitled "Good Afternoon" was co-written by Little Big Town, Brett Warren and Brad Warren and produced by Jay Joyce (Little Big Town/Eric Church/Wallflowers) this past Monday in Nashville, TN.
According to court docs, Margulies hired D/F Management in 2009 and they helped her get her big role on "The Good Wife" and her gig as a face of cosmetics giant L'Oreal. Despite their good work, D/F claims Margulies gave them the boot in April 2011. D/F doesn't have a problem with being dumped ... what they're [angry] about is the fact that Margulies has stopped paying them their agreed upon 10%. In the lawsuit, filed by attorney by Mathew Rosengart, D/F claims they are out $420,000 in commissions so far and wants that money ... plus a judge's order saying they keep getting their 10% for as long as Margulies keeps the deals. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Holyfield owed more than $14 million on the 54,000 square foot mega-mansion ... which was recently sold at a foreclosure auction for $7.5 million. After the sale, the bank that purchased the home allowed Evander to continue to live there temporarily ... but judging by the moving trucks lined up at his front door ... it seems he's finally worn out his welcome. We're told the trucks spent several hours at the mansion -- though it's unclear where the movers are taking E.H.'s stuff. Holyfield obviously has some major financial problems -- besides the foreclosure, he owes a ton of cash in unpaid federal taxes ... plus, he's up to his mangled ears in back child support payments. more on this story
Our sources tell us Myla Sinanaj, who now says she is 3-months pregnant with Kris' kid, has decided not to go forward with a lawsuit she planned on filing against Kris with the help of her high-powered lawyer, Joe Tacopina. We're told Tacopina has already drafted the suit, claiming Kris defamed Myla by alleging she tried to extort him. We're told Myla has decided NOT to sue Kris. Myla is telling friends she thinks there's a "good chance" she and Kris will get back together. Either that, or he's using her ... dangling a carrot so she'll shut up for good. BTW, when we first broke the story last month that Kris was Myla's boyfriend, he changed all of his numbers so she couldn't contact him ... that is UNTIL she hired attorney Tacopina. Then he got back in touch real quickly. Now they're in touch all the time. more on this story
Sam Ronson was out in L.A. Thursday, when she unloaded on Paris launching a DJ career, telling TMZ, "That sh*t with [Paris]. It's like, c'mon man. She's tried everything now. Just put some quality behind the sh*t that you do. Put some effort into it." Ronson's advice, if Paris really wants to do it right, she should "be an actual DJ." Ronson adds, "If you're just like, oh I want to figure out how I can make more money this week, it insults the people that work really hard at it." Ronson says, "It's like me calling myself a doctor from reading WebMD twice." And Ronson's not the only real DJ pissed at Paris Hilton -- who's teaming up with AfroJack on a new album -- DJ Jane Bang already released an anti-Paris diss track. And when Deadmau5 caught wind of Paris' DJ debut, he tweeted, "It's over." Ouch. more on this story
Peterson -- sporting a goofy smile -- was arrested after allegedly shoving an off-duty police officer in a Houston nightclub early Thursday morning. The general manager of the nightclub tells TMZ ... Peterson was HAMMERED that night ... which is completely out of character for the Minnesota Vikings running back, who has a reputation for being a very low-key guy. We're told Peterson apologized to police after the incident. He later tweeted, "Thank you for waiting for the facts. Truth will surface." See the mug shot here.
TMZ broke the story ... Jillian's home was burglarized Monday night/early Tuesday morning while the "Biggest Loser" trainer was sleeping. When she awoke, Jillian noticed several items in her house had gone missing ... including her Bentley. Jillian filed a police report and hours later, cops spotted someone driving the stolen car. The driver took off and, being the dumbass he was, immediately crashed into a light pole. A second car was also banged up in the crash. You can see in the pics -- the damage was pretty nasty all around. As we reported, the driver was arrested on the scene for driving a stolen car -- and has since been charged with a laundry list of crimes ... including first-degree burglary with a person present, grand theft, grand theft auto, unlawful driving of a vehicle, evading an officer, and hit-and-run. He also was charged with two counts of resisting an officer. The guy pled "not guilty" all around. He's due back in court in a couple weeks. See the photos here.
Flav dodged a bullet earlier this week ... when the Las Vegas PD shut down the incredibly awesome, incredibly illegal homemade fireworks display in front of the rapper's home ... and let Flav off with a warning. Despite the close call, Flav tells TMZ ... he vows to throw ANOTHER explosive rager in 2013 ... explaining, "There's a way you do it with respect ... If I don't follow their rules I can go to jail ... so I'll be more careful next year." Fun Fact -- Flav says he dropped a couple grand on the fireworks display this year ... but says it was worth it to see the entire neighborhood come together. In fact, he says everyone pitched in the next day to clean up the mess. Yeah Boyyyeee! more on this story
We broke the story, Zine -- who was an LAPD motor cop for 18 years -- believes Bieber was traveling faster than 100 mph. Bieber's people dispute Zine's estimate, noting that the singer was cited for ONLY going 80. But when Bieber was finally stopped by CHP officers, he was several miles from the point Zine spotted him, and Zine told us Friday night his 100 mph estimate was "conservative." And get this ... we're told someone from Bieber's security team was a passenger in his car and allowed Justin to put the pedal to the metal. Mind you, Justin was weaving in and out of traffic, baring squeezing in between moving vehicles. As we reported, Bieber was being chased by paparazzi, but Zine maintains the 18-year-old jeopardized his life and the lives of others and he should have slowed down and pulled off the freeway. more on this story
