The latest headline-grabber is a nude photo Gaga has posted of herself. The pop superstar offered up the image on her social networking site, LittleMonsters.com, along with the caption: "Resting after BARNEY'S GAGA WORKSHOP OPENING IN NY." Since completing her series of dates in Australia earlier this month, Gaga has posted video of her new perfume, Fame, being created; her first print ad for the new product, which shows the singer naked; she's shared the first photo of herself with boyfriend Taylor Kinney." TMZ spoke with several people who were in the crowd Thursday night (and have been to several of Madonna's recent concerts). They say there were 10 or so "fans" in the audience who started the ruckus ... and those people were overheard yelling about Marine Le Pen. We're told several members of this group we're holding up signs they'd brought to show support for Le Pen. Madonna has been at odds with Le Pen ever since she started projecting the leader's face -- with a swastika over it -- during this tour. We're told local police spoke to members of Madonna's crew the day after the concert ... and said they believe the riot was preplanned by a group of locals looking to cause trouble. According to our sources, the majority of Madonna fans knew to expect a short show -- as all her club dates tend to be -- so that could not have been the cause of the riot. more on this story
When Katherine was appointed guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket, the Executors gave an allowance of $60,000 per month for the care of the children ... that's $720,000 a year. Less than a year later the judge increased the 60k to 70k, and that would make the yearly take $840,000. The judge is now in position to strip Katherine of guardianship altogether. If that happens, the executors will almost certainly petition the court to funnel the money in TJ's direction, since he would be caring for the children. Katherine never had control of the money for the kids, but she enjoys a lot of the perks the kids get, and that goes away if she loses guardianship. She would still, of course, retain the allowance he personally receives from the Estate. Short story ... Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie set out to turn Katherine against the estate so she could get more money during her lifetime -- money she could dole out to them -- but the plot may have actually [back-fired] Katherine. more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 39-year-old was pulled over around 12:30 AM on a routine traffic stop ... when officers suspected Krayzie was boozed up. We're told the rapper was asked to perform field sobriety tests ... and didn't do too well. In fact, we're told he blew over .10 on the breathalyzer ... well above the legal limit in California, .08. Cops arrested Krayzie on suspicion of DUI ... and he was booked at a nearby jail. We're told he was cooperative during the bust. Story developing

TMZ broke the story ... photog Paul Raef is facing 4 criminal charges from the July 6 chase ... after cops say he was dangerously weaving through traffic at breakneck speed. Now, we've learned ... it ain't the first time Raef has been accused of wreaking havoc on the road -- in fact, he was hit with a restraining order in 2010 after allegedly getting into a violent confrontation with another pap while trying to get a shot of Heidi Klum. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Raef blamed the other pap for blowing their shot to photograph Klum ... so he chased after him through traffic and blocked his car. When Raef approached the other car, the pap claims he rolled down his window to talk... but Raef simply punched him in the face instead ... cutting his mouth open. The other pap went to court and obtained a temporary restraining order against Raef ... but never followed up ... and the case was dismissed before Raef could tell his side of the story to a judge. Still, the restraining order could be damning evidence if prosecutors seek to introduce it in the Bieber chase case. Prosecutors could argue Raef has a pattern of engaging in reckless behavior on the road. Raef is due back in court on August 9. Calls to Raef have not been returned. more on this story

The clip for the second single off Justin's latest album, "Believe," features actor Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill) and the pop star having a serious boyfriend vs. father-of-the-girlfriend conversation. The new video was directed by Anthony Mandler, who has worked with artists like Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. Watch the tease here.

The song is the lead track from the band's sixth studio album, "Push And Shove," which is due September 25. The group delivered the live debut of the song last weekend at Nickelodeon's Teen Choice Awards, and on Thursday, No Doubt brought it out to play on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Watch it here.
The concert was held at the historic Olympia Theatre, which was founded in 1888 and has been the site of legendary shows by performers such as Marlene Dietrich, Edith Piaf and Charles Aznavour. As part of her MDNA world tour, Madonna played a 45-minute set for about 2,000 fans. "Playing the Olympia was a magical moment for me and it was real treat to do this special show for my fans and be so close to them," she said. "Unfortunately at the end of the show - after I left the stage - a few thugs who were not my fans rushed the stage and started throwing plastic bottles pretending to be angry fans. The press reports have focused on this and not the joyous aspect of the evening. But nothing can take away or ruin this very special evening for me and my fans. When I looked out in the audience, everyone I saw had a smile on their face. I look forward to having this wonderful experience again." Watch the show here.
We're told 18-year-old Hilton was arrested after testing positive for marijuana ... a violation of his probation stemming from a previous marijuana arrest. Hilton will remain in custody until he gets before a judge ... So far, no comment from the Hilton camp. more on this story
If you recall, Swank filed a suit against Robert's Home Audio and Video in May, alleging they illegally used an image of her from the film "Million Dollar Baby" on their company website, without consent. Robert Yates -- the lawyer for the home and audio co -- tells TMZ ... he believes the actress scrapped the suit because her case was weak to begin with and it just wasn't worth the effort, adding "It's a lot of bother for very little potential benefit." A rep for Hilary had no comment. more on this story
As we reported, Kyle Glover -- the son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond (pictured in the sunglasses) was declared brain dead following the accident earlier this month, and eventually passed away from the injuries he sustained. According to sources, Glover was riding in an inner tube on Georgia's Lake Lanier July 6th when he was struck in the head by a passing jet ski. He was unresponsive when taken out of the water. Kyle's funeral was held in Atlanta. He was laid to rest in a nearby cemetery. more on this story
The legendary Vitello's has undergone a complete facelift in recent months -- and a rep tells TMZ, the owners now only want "positive energy" to be part of the new restaurant. As a result, Vitello's is selling off anything that might give off bad vibes -- including the booth where Blake and his wife ate the fateful night she was shot and killed outside the restaurant back in 2001 The auction will take place on eBay August 1st -- but don't expect to get the booth for cheap ... we're told bidding will start at $1,000. It's a great piece of Hollywood history -- Blake and his deceased wife Bonny Lee Bakley ate in the same booth several times before the infamous murder. In fact, the table played a KEY ROLE in Blake's alibi -- he told police he couldn't have shot his wife because he was inside the restaurant at the time retrieving a gun he left on the table. Blake was famously tried and acquitted of the murder in 2005. He was subsequently found guilty of wrongful death in a civil suit, but maintains his innocence to this day. more on this story
Sources close to Octo tell TMZ, Octo has decided to end their love affair, after almost a whole three months of dating. Sources tell us ... the mother of 14 ended the relationship a few weeks ago because she has way too much on her plate right now and just can't make time for a serious relationship. In case you forgot -- Octo is currently juggling various XXX gigs, launching a singing career, getting kicked out of her house, and of course ... caring for the livelihood of many, many, small children. We're told Octo realized early on that 23-year-old Frankie G was just too young to handle her fast paced lifestyle ... so she had to cut him loose. Sources tell us they still remain friends. ... with benefits. Maybe. Probably not. more on this story
The MTV star recently filed legal docs in Lake County, Illinois -- where she lives, after fleeing the state of FL to escape from her ex, Joshua Smith. In the docs, the 18-year-old says she's the primary caregiver of the couple's twin boys -- feeding them, bathing them and grooming them -- so it's in their best interest to stay with her permanently. That's not all, Jennifer claims there's definitely NO WAY she can share custody with Joshua -- as is the current arrangement -- due to their history of domestic violence. TMZ broke the story, Joshua was arrested in 2011 after Jennifer claimed he attacked her. Jennifer was also arrested, for a later incident, when Joshua accused her of battery ... a claim she says is bogus. A judge has yet to rule. Calls to Joshua have not been returned. more on this story
Sources close to Brooke tell TMZ ... she and her new man -- country singer Jason Lowenstein -- met last year at a party WHILE Brooke was in the process of reconciling with everyone's favorite warlock. We're told ... if Brooke hadn't been with Charlie at the time, she would not have been at that party and never would have met Jason. Our sources says the two exchanged numbers that night (don't worry, everything was kept PG) but Brooke had a sneaking suspicion the whole C.S. relationship wasn't going to work out (um, duh). Following that first introduction, we're told Brooke and Jason kept in touch over the next year, but a couple of months ago they decided to take their friendship to the next level and officially started dating. more on this story
