Henry Hopper -- who starred in Gus Van Zant's "Restless" in 2011 -- is being sued by the mother of an unidentified 16-year-old girl ... who claims the girl met Hopper through a mutual friend in Feb. 2011. According to the legal papers, the girl -- identified in the lawsuit as Jan Doe -- claims the two began to communicate on Facebook ... and in the months that followed, Hopper invited her to his home in Venice, CA on multiple occasions with the promise of drugs and alcohol. In the suit, Doe claims Hopper would wait until she was intoxicated ... and "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her" ... including sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy. It's unclear if Doe ever reported the allegations to police. In the suit, Doe's lawyer claims the actor "preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth an vulnerability." Doe's mother claims the girl suffered significant injuries to her emotional health, strength and activity ... and was required to employ multiple mental health care professionals for treatment. She's suing for unspecified damages. more on this story
"It was something to do while the storm blew by, to be honest," he tells Rolling Stone, calling the show "not my cup of tea." Regarding his two-season stint, for which he was reportedly paid $10 million a season, he now says, "I loved it and hated it. It was a great job, I sat next to J. Lo and I made a ton of money. It was a moment in life and it became larger than life." Of criticisms that he and Jennifer Lopez, who is also exiting the show, weren't hard enough on most of the contestants, he explains, "The show's about kids and what you do to nurture their talent. They wanted me to take the piss out of the kids and I don't have that in me. That's not what I'm about. That's more about that other guy. Not me" more on this story
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff, 15-year-old Monica Howse was last seen 7 days ago after being dropped off for work at the Taco Bell in Big Bear Lake. According to the Sheriff, Monica did not return home after her shift and was reported missing. Police believe Monica is in the company of a 23-year-old Hispanic male named Alberto Silva Sanchez. Sanchez is reported to be driving a 1997 black Ford F150 with Kansas plates. His relationship with Monica is unclear. Anyone with information about Monica's whereabouts is asked to contact the Detective's Bureau of the Big Bear Sheriff's Station at (909) 866-0100. Mr. Bone tells TMZ, "We hope and pray for the safe return of our daughter. We ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to please contact the authorities." more on this story
The person behind the claim is Linda Whitney -- the Board's Executive Director of Consumer Affairs -- who claims Arnie has refused to undergo mandatory mental and physical examinations, in direct violation of the Board's orders. Arnie -- one of MJ's closest friends and the doc who prescribed massive quantities of meds for the singer -- was ordered to undergo the examinations following an investigation into an anonymous complaint against the doctor back in 2010, alleging substandard care of two patients. The patients have not been identified, so it's unclear if one of them was Michael Jackson. Klein was ordered to submit to mental and physical examinations by June 8 -- but as we previously reported, the doctor refused, demanding to know who's behind the anonymous complaint. Now, Whitney is asking the Board to pull the plug on his practice. TMZ spoke with Klein's rep, Joel Douglas, who tells us ... "We're willing to cooperate, we just want to know the reasons behind the investigation. We're optimistic the court will be fair in the matter." more on this story
TMZ has learned ... Game broke a bone in his thumb and his wrist during a playoff game in the famous Drew League in Los Angeles. According to our sources, Game fell after a slam dunk ... and while he was on the ground, somebody accidentally stomped on his right hand ... crushing the bones. It's possible the bone-breaker was a celebrity -- Game's team features a bunch of NBA stars including DeMar DeRozan, Paul George, John Wall and Metta World Peace. Sources close to The Game tell us the rapper is expecting to be sidelined for a month. more on this story
According to law enforcement sources, Barnes was busted by police in Manhattan Beach, CA for a misdemeanor traffic warrant, and we're told he also resisted the arresting officer. Barnes is currently being booked by Manhattan Beach PD for the traffic violation, and for resisting an executive officer ... a felony. According to our sources ... Matt was walking in Manhattan Beach around 8:30PM when he was first approached by Manhattan Beach PD -- and when officers ran a check on him they discovered a massive $26,000 unpaid traffic warrant for driving on a suspended license. We're told Barnes made threats against one of the officers -- which is why he got slapped with the felony for resisting. He's being held on $51,000 bail -- 26 of which is the unpaid warrant. more on this story

Dr. Nassif filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court this morning -- claiming he wants joint legal and physical custody of the ex-couple's children. He also wants each party to pay their own attorneys' fees. According to Paul's docs, there IS a pre-nup. The ex-couple's date of separation is listed as TBD. As TMZ first reported ... Adrienne and Paul discussed making the move for separation before he filed. Paul tells us ... "The welfare of our children is my primary focus as Adrienne and I work through this difficult time." He continues, "I want the best for her and our children and I hope that everyone can respect our privacy away from the cameras." more on this story
A rep for the WWE tells us the fire began due to a "minor incident involving the show's pyrotechnics" ... and as a precaution, the "limited number of people in the building during the incident were successfully evacuated." The rep tells us no one was injured in the blaze ... and there was no major damage to the arena. We're told the fire marshal inspected the damage and gave the all-clear for WWE to proceed with the event. more on this story
Sources connected with production tell TMZ, the French bulldog who plays Stella -- Jay Pritchett's pooch -- recently got the boot ... and has been replaced by a lookalike for next season. According to sources, the dog who formerly played Stella -- real name Brigitte -- had been hired by an Hollywood animal agency called Good Dog Animals, which then subleased Brigitte to the "Modern Family" production shortly before Season 2. We're told everything went great for 2 seasons, but GDA recently decided it no longer wanted to work with Brigitte -- so it unceremoniously dumped the dog in favor of its own lookalike Frenchie ... Beatrice. "Modern Family" then hired Beatrice instead. We're told there was no written contract in place to ensure Brigitte's continued employment -- so Brigitte's owner doesn't have much legal recourse. Now, like scores of red-blooded Americans ... Brigitte is unemployed and hoping to find another job. Calls to GDA and "Modern Family" were not returned. more on this story
If you didn't know ... "Cajun Justice" follows Sheriff Vernon Bourgeois and his team of deputies while they fight crime in the swamps of Louisiana ... that is until a new Sheriff took over (after filming wrapped) and decided to CLEAN HOUSE. The Terrabone Sheriff Dept. tells TMZ, the new head honcho -- a guy named Jerry Larpenter -- FIRED 24 people on his first day... including 5 of the 7 cast members featured on the show. An additional 6th cast member quit to support his fellow comrades. We're told ... not only did the new Sheriff can most the cast, but as of July 1, he banned producers from following ANYONE in his department. Fortunately for producers, they had already shot enough footage to finish out Season 1 ... but there will be no NEW episodes featuring members of Larpenter's team. The Terrabone Sheriff's Dept. confirmed, "We are no longer participating" in the A&E show." It's unclear if A&E will scrap the show completely or attempt find a new department to work with. Sources close to Tami tell TMZ ... the reality TV star was hacked sometime on Friday night. We're told a friend tipped her off that that someone had taken over her Twitter account -- which carried 600k plus followers -- and declared himself in charge. According to our sources, the hacker also broke into her email account and changed her personal security questions, as well. We're told Tami has used her email account for 14 YEARS and she's scared to lose a lot of her personal information. Our sources say Tami reached out to both AOL and Twitter, but didn't receive a response back. We're told she also reported the cyber-crime to the local New Jersey Police, who are currently investigating the case. more on this story
Artie just tweeted "Direct Tv has suspended me from the N&A show for the next 2 nights. They won't tell me fully why. Can't continue w them. Sorry guys. Luv u." Odd that Artie claims to not know why he was benched. Sources connected to the "Nick and Artie Show" tell TMZ the suspension came down because Artie urinated on the studio floor -- while on the air Friday. As if that wasn't enough, he asked "Twinsanity" ... the show's 2 female PAs to clean it up. We're told when Artie was informed of the 2 day suspension -- he threatened to leave the show for good. Artie also tweeted ... "Direct Tv are good ppl. I apologize to them for doing an offensive show." Our sources made it clear ... Artie hasn't been fired -- and honchos at Direct TV think he just needs a couple of days to reevaluate. more on this story
In case you forgot ... despite the mother of 14's recent [adult] endeavors, she still couldn't make the mortgage payments on her La Habra house and it was foreclosed on last month. Sources close to Octo tell TMZ she's been given two weeks to move out, but the problem is she doesn't have enough cash to buy a house of her own ... especially one that can fit her giant brood. Octo's solution ... set up a page on a website called GoFundMe.com, where her fans can send her money through the internet! All she's asking for is a cool $150k to get started. In the meantime, we're told Octo is trying to book as many jobs as possible, just in case her fans don't come through. The bright side: at least she's not taking our tax dollars.
