Sources close to T.O. tell TMZ the Allen Wranglers notified their star player, in writing, he had 48 hours to get out of the house they provided him -- and to hand over the keys to the 2012 Jeep Cherokee they gave him to tool around the Texas town.
But the biggest diss of all -- the $50 check the Wranglers wrote T.O. to repurchase his hefty share of the team's ownership! The financial screwing is most likely tied to the team's belief that T.O. breached his contract by missing a charity event and sitting out 2 away games.
But we're told T.O. is saying his contract allowed him to skip away games. As for the missed event ... we're told T.O. claims the team publicist told him the wrong date.
The whole matter could be settled in court -- as TMZ reported, T.O. is consulting with his lawyers since he feels he was wrongfully terminated and slandered in the team's media release regarding his firing.more on this story
Real estate sources tell TMZ ... an L.A. businessman has written an offer for around $17 million for the Holmby Hills estate. Here's the problem -- it's listed for $23.9 million, so the buyer and seller are in the process of negotiating to see if they can find a middle ground.
Our sources say the businessman who made the offer "couldn't care less" that Michael Jackson lived and died there. He just likes the house.
The owner has had problems selling the house in the past, partly because it has been overrun by tourists eager to sneak a peek.
Mauricio Umansky has the listing on the house. He's married to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards. Mauricio is having a good week. One of his listings just closed today and it broke a record for prices on Sunset Blvd. -- $35 million.more on this story

The docs allege Shana has been doing this for 4 years.

Halle is getting ready to fight it out with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry in family court. She is asking the judge to allow her to move to Paris, where she claims the paparazzi respect the privacy of celebrities and their families much more than in the U.S.
Sources tell TMZ ... her lawyer will call independent photog Andrew Deetz to the stand -- he's the photog who trespassed on Nahla's school property, causing Halle to explode in anger. We're told Halle's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, will use Deetz as a human exhibit -- getting him to expose his no-holds-barred tactics of shooting the children of celebs.
BTW, Deetz got into a big scuffle with Britney Spears' bodyguards in Las Vegas back in 2007. He claimed one of her hired muscle punched him during the skirmish.
In addition to Deetz, we're told Kolodny will call expert witnesses who live in France, to explain how French culture differs from the U.S., and how photogs generally keep their distance from celebs and their families. The lawyers will also testify that privacy laws protect celebs in France way more than in the U.S. Of course, Gabriel will counter with Princess Diana.
As for 4-year-old Nahla, we're told she will NOT testify about the proposed move.
Sources tell us there is NO chance of settlement -- this case WILL go to trial.
The trial is scheduled for June.more on this story
