Lawyers Says Brooke Mueller Passed Drug Test
(TMZ) Brooke Mueller did NOT go back into rehab because of a drug relapse -- she went back as part of a pre-scheduled maintenance program approved by a judge -- Brooke's lawyer tells TMZ.

Yale Galanter says when his client pled guilty to cocaine possession last month, she told the judge she had made arrangements to go back to rehab 4 times over the next year. The reason -- Brooke did great in rehab in the past, and then quickly lapsed back into the world of cocaine upon her return to L.A.

Galanter says after consulting experts, a decision was made that she needed to spend a couple of weeks in rehab every few months, which would make it easier for her to continue life in a city like Los Angeles which is filled with temptations.

Galanter tells us Brooke takes several drug tests every week as part of her probation, and she has tested clean every time. Arnie Mordkin -- the Pitkin County D.A. who prosecuted her -- seems to back Galanter, telling us he has no evidence Brooke has fallen off the wagon.

As for reports Brooke recently got wasted at Charlie Sheen's house, Galanter says it's B.S. -- if she did she would have never passed her drug tests. more on this story

Fans Descend on Marilyn Monroe's Grave For 86th Birthday

Singled Out: Xavier Rudd's Follow The Sun
Today Xavier Rudd tells us about his new song "Follow The Sun" from the brand new album "Spirit Bird," which is landing in stores this week. Here is the story:

"We live in a fast paced world and the disease of western culture has ripped through and changed every traditional culture on this earth. The fragile thread that links the spirit of the human being to it's native place on this earth is still considered/celebrated and worshipped and it can be as simple as taking the time on a daily basis to watch the migration of birds or the position of the sun, moon, stars, seasons etc. Follow the Sun comes from this space and is a simple offering to remember in our busy days that many moons have risen and fallen long before we came and to humbly remember our place. Greater respect for and preservation of our mother earth will naturally derive from this practice."

Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
