Gaga was injured in an onstage incident when one of her dancers accidentally hit her on the head with a pole during a performance of "Judas" as part of her Born This Way Ball tour. Now a few days later, Gaga has tweeted that she's still feeling a "bit woozy" following the incident. The singer posted a photo from her hotel room in Brisbane which shows the star with what looks like a black eye, writing "Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling." "Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages," added Gaga. "I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia." See the photo here.
According to the documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Jill McNeal cites "irreconcilable differences" -- and she's asking the court for sole physical custody of their two children, ages 10 and 8. Peter was accused of molesting a 3-year-old girl at a Thanksgiving dinner back in 2009. A judge declared a mistrial last month after a jury was deadlocked 11-1 against McNeal. In the docs, Jill says she's cool with Peter having visitation rights, and joint legal custody of the kids. However, she is asking the court to deny him the right to any spousal support. McNeal's molestation case might be retried ... he's due back in court in August. more on this story

David and Courteney first announced their separation back in October 2010 ... with both sides saying they were "best friends" who were committed to raising their daughter together. At the time of the initial separation, the couple released a joint statement saying, "The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage." more on this story
The record will be a collection of classic material from the doo-wop era. "Aaron Neville is one of the most expressive and soulful artists of all time...it's such a thrill to hear him sing," Was says. "His vocals have a way of reaching into your heart and stirring something really deep inside. It's a huge honor to welcome him to Blue Note Records and to be involved, along with the legendary Keith Richards, in the production of this album." All of the tracks were hand-picked by Neville himself as they are songs that have remained close to his heart since he was a child. "When I was a kid, doo-wop was like medicine to me," Neville explains. "I didn't care what else was goin' on in the world as long as I could sing along with Pookie Hudson and The Spaniels, The Flamingos, The Clovers, Sonny Til and The Orioles, Clyde McPhatterI was like a kid in a candy store." more on this story

Tacopina tells us, "I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent," adding, "I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same. She never asked him for a penny." But there's more ... Tacopina says Kris is a boldfaced liar by claiming Myla was a booty call. Tacopina says, "I have hundreds of text messages and phone records which show he constantly contacted her on a steady basis. He'd call her 50 times in a day." Tacopina says Kris told Myla when pictures of them first surfaced that they had to hide the fact that they were in a relationship. Tacopina says Kris didn't want to screw up his legal war with Kim Kardashian, adding, "It's hard to argue you're heartbroken when you had a steady girlfriend since January." Tacopina says Humphries' lawyers not only trashed Myla in the media but tried getting her fired from her hotel job. Tacopina says his client has been slandered and, "There will be a retraction and an apology by Humphries and his lawyer, or else." more on this story

Kontravoid is the recent solo project of Cam Findlay - drummer for bands such as Crystal Castles and Trust. After departing as writer/producer for Toronto band Parallels, Findlay has settled into a music venture he can call his own, assuming the identity of this masked alter-ego for what appears to be a permanent ride. On his debut self-titled album, Kontravoid turns to analogue synths to create a dark, brooding pop masterpiece. His brilliant vocals emit a dystopic low-grown, often running through warped effects accompanied by exceptionally stirring arpeggiated synths and washes of sound. Modern touchstones could parallel the likes of John Maus or Trust, but Kontravoid's vision is a much more twisted one, embracing goth influences and yielding a monstrous result that is harder to define. Despite its sonic vampiricism, Kontravoid's music leaves plenty to dance and lose your mind to, but the imagination here goes way beyond these activities exclusively. more on this story
