The fan sneak peek is happening ahead of the official theatrical release on Thursday, July 5. Fans who follow @KatyPerry on Twitter were the first to hear from Katy herself about the special screening. "From Katy's first Tweet announcing the movie, her fans have been incredibly passionate and supportive and we want to make sure they are among the first to see the film they helped shape." Added Dick Costolo, Twitter CEO: "The use of Twitter throughout the making and release of 'KATY PERRY: PART OF ME' illustrates the power of Twitter to break down barriers between artists like Katy and their fans." The "Katy Perry: Part Of Me" Twitter Fan Premieres will play in 100 locations in 64 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Each location will offer two show times daily: 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tickets for the Twitter Fan Premieres are on sale here.
Michelle Rodman has obtained a temporary restraining order against Dennis over the May 28th incident -- but was back in court in Orange County, CA yesterday to make it permanent. Michelle took the stand, describing the events that took place -- claiming Dennis had shown up to Michelle's house wasted at 2:30AM, completely unannounced, and demanded to see his 11-year-old son. Michelle said Dennis attacked her when she refused, shoving her onto a bed, then took off -- only to return hours later, still intoxicated, asking to take their son to breakfast. Michelle obliged ... on the condition she came with. At breakfast, Michelle said Dennis got even more wasted -- ordering 4-6 shots of Jgermeister ... in front of the kid ... and downing them all. She claimed Dennis then repeatedly made comments about her boyfriend, saying, "You're f**king this white guy!" So far, it's unclear if the judge will grant Michelle's restraining order request -- the hearing will continue this morning. Should be interesting ... Dennis is expected to take the stand as well. FYI -- Dennis is due in another O.C. courtroom later today ... to fight his $51,000-a-month child support payments. Busy man. more on this story

The man behind the lawsuit is Robert Randolph -- who wrote a book in titled, "You'll Never Spa in This Town Again" ... detailing Travolta's alleged sexual exploits between John and other man, including Randolph. Sources connected with the network tell TMZ ... the offer was made approximately two weeks ago but Meredith wasn't interested in returning to the show she anchored for 6 years. TMZ broke the story back in April ... Ann Curry was on her way out, partly because NBC was unhappy with her performance, partly because the ratings started to suck, and partly because Matt Lauer didn't like working with her. As we reported, when Matt re-signed with "Today," he made it clear he wanted a new co-anchor, but NBC delayed making an immediate change because the network didn't want to make it look like a big foot on Matt's part. From what we're hearing, Ann could be 86'd within a matter of weeks. As for who will replace Ann, network sources say the frontrunner is Savannah Guthrie, who co-hosts the third hour of "Today." more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Vance was pulled over last month in Hollywood after flipping a bitch (making an illegal u-ey) -- and according to law enforcement, she showed signs of intoxication when cops approached her vehicle. Officers gave Vance a field sobriety test ... she bombed. Vance was charged with two counts of DUI and faces up to six months in jail if convicted. And since she's underage, she could lose her license for a year too. Last we spoke to Vance, she apologized for the incident, telling us, "I'm truly sorry as my conduct was wrong and not a reflection of who I really am." Safe to say ... she's probably trying to hammer out a plea deal with prosecutors. A pretrial hearing has been set for July 25th. more on this story
The future of a world-class recording studio that has hosted recording sessions by David Gray, Anthrax, Ginuwine, Aaliyah, Bad Religion, Missy Elliott, Joe Bonnamassa, producers including Timbaland and Tom Dowd, Pulitzer Prize winning composer Steven Stucky, classical pianist Malcolm Bilson, and many others is under threat due to the City of Ithaca's poor planning of a bridge rebuilding project directly outside the studio walls. Pyramid Sound, the studio operated for nearly four decades by producer/engineer Alex Perialas in downtown Ithaca, New York, has been unjustly condemned as of Tuesday, June 19, resulting in the devastating loss of a very successful business, and the potential destruction of its facility as the bridge construction gets underway. After two years of asking for details of the construction plans and how they would affect his property, and being put off by then-mayor Carolyn Peterson and superintendent of public works Bill Gray, Perialas finally got an answer about when the project would commence when workers posted signs outside his studio warning the public that the street would close in two weeks. And as of yesterday, both the studio the separate storage garage next door, which Perialas also owns, have been Posted by the city, after repeated promises from the building department commissioner that they would not be; and no one, including Perialas, is allowed in. more on this story

Khloe was out in New York today when we asked her about the TMZ story -- that Humphries told his ex-girlfriend that Kris Jenner directed Kim to make her infamous tape ... and even had Kim re-shoot it because the first take wasn't pretty enough. Khloe responded, "That is just disgusting and disturbing, and probably HIS fantasy!" It's a shocking statement coming from the woman who defended Humphries just days ago -- calling him "a good guy" unfairly caught up in a cruel extortion plot. more on this story
The house -- courtesy of famed architect Windsor Smith -- was listed for $10,450,000. We're told Gwyneth and Chris paid close to the asking price. The house has 6 bedrooms and 8 baths, which means their 2 kids will probably each get their own rooms. It was built in 2011, and apparently the real estate crash took its toll. The house was originally listed at $11,960,000 in September, 2011, but reduced recently. The house, which is planted on rolling grounds and lined with shady sycamores and even has a stable, is perfect for people with English accents. more on this story
