If you recall, Flo is being sued by his former assistant Mahogany Miller -- who claims he worked her to the bone for a measly $3.08 / hour and then fired her when she complained -- which Flo's told us was BS ... alleging she was just an unpaid intern. Problem is, Flo originally didn't respond to the suit in time and later told a judge it was because he was never served papers -- claiming they went to a woman named Stephany Nelson, whom he didn't know -- and the address listed for him was incorrect. Turns out, his excuses were big, fat LIES ... Flo later copped to the address originally listed and admitted that Nelson was actually an employee of his. In other words, his original statements were total fabrications. Caught red-handed, the judge said the rapper's deception was "premeditated" and ordered him to pay Mahogany $7k for her attorney fees. The rest of the case is still ongoing. more on this story

TMZ spoke to the other driver's husband moments after the crash, and he tells us, he and his wife -- who's pregnant right now -- were waiting at a red light in the turning lane, when the rapper's red Bentley swerved across a double yellow line and collided with their vehicle. The footage appears to back up the man's story. Because the other driver is pregnant, her husband says she was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital as a precaution following the crash. As we reported, the other driver said Soulja Boy was driving the Bentley -- but people close to the rapper are saying it was Soulja's bodyguard behind the wheel. The crash is still under investigation. more on this story

TMZ broke the story ... an agency called Heavy Rotation sued DMX in March claiming it struck an exclusive year-long deal with DMX in 2011 to book a string of comeback concerts -- but the rapper was a pain in the ass to deal with ... and torpedoed the entire tour. HR said it lost nearly $750,000 on the deal gone bad. But the booking agency appears to have had a change of heart -- because HR has voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit. It's unclear why -- calls to both sides weren't returned -- but either way, it's good news for X. more on this story
Elaine Nowells filed a suit in Georgia, claiming one of Dream's record label employees, Patrick Thrall, T-boned her car while running a red light at a four-way intersection back in June 2010. Nowells claims the accident was so brutal, the car was knocked on its side and slid down the street. Nowells claims she broke her back in the accident and suffered mental and physical pain due to "the shock, fright and terror she experienced." She claims she suffered permanent injuries and says her medical expenses are through the roof. In her suit, Nowells claims the accident was all Thrall's fault ... because she says Thrall was distracted by his GPS at the time. Nowells filed her suit against Thrall ... but added The Dream and his company as defendants as well. She alleges that since Thrall was on-duty at the time, they can all be held financially responsible. The Dream himself dropped TMZ an email to say, "Pat Thrall Is NOT an EMPLOYEE of Radiokilla Records, IDJ, or any of its affiliate companies. He is an independent contractor (engineer) who was on the way to his hotel when the accident occurred. We are sorry to hear about her injuries and we hope she gets better." He added, "We are almost certain that her attorneys put pressure on her to file a lawsuit. Unfortunately, that's the NEW American Dream. Can't win in life, sue someone who can." more on this story
Our sources tell us Ann signed a new contract almost a year ago to the day, when she took over as co-anchor of "Today." Under the deal, Ann gets a cool $10 mil, and it's a long-term contract. We're told she's guaranteed that amount for 3 years. Network sources tell us ... the likely scenario is that Ann will become a foreign correspondent for NBC News. Short story ... she'll be the first foreign correspondent who will rake in an amount equivalent to the gross national product of some of the countries she will cover. more on this story
The caller -- a male nurse who works for the production company behind Lindsay's new movie -- called the situation a "Code 3" ... which is emergency lingo for "life-threat response." Ambulance protocol for a Code 3 is lights and sirens. Translation: the nurse thought Lindsay was in serious trouble when he made the call. TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay informed someone from the "Liz & Dick" production team she wasn't feeling well Friday morning -- and producers dispatched a doctor to the hotel. Before arriving, the doctor called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to Lindsay's door, checked on her, and determined she was "unresponsive." That's when the 911 call was placed. Paramedics eventually arrived and decided nothing was wrong. They left without transporting Lindsay to the hospital. more on this story
36-year-old Nadya Suleman arrived at LAX on Sunday and her new boyfriend Frankie G picked her up outside. Frankie -- a 23-year-old amateur bodybuilder -- even gave her a peck on the lips when she arrived. Sources tell us the couple's been dating about two months and it's getting serious -- but the best part ... when we asked Octo how they met ... the burgeoning porn star replied, "Through church." She wasn't kidding either. It's all pretty crazy -- because back in March, Octomom told Closer magazine, "I've been celibate for 13 years and plan to remain so until the octuplets are 18." She insisted, "Men love me, but I will be celibate for the next 15 years." more on this story
Mary Joyner -- a 21-year-old aspiring singer -- recently competed on "America's Got Talent" ... and impressed some of the honchos who run the Team USA Olympic Track and Field Team. In fact, a rep for the org. tells TMZ ... they were so blown away by her performance, they extended her an offer to sing the national anthem at the U.S Track and Field trials in Eugene, Oregon later this month. The rep says, "It's great to see that Mary is achieving her goals and dreams just as her mother did." In case you didn't know ... Mary's mother -- who passed away in 1998 -- won 3 Olympic gold medals in the 1988 Seoul games and was considered the fastest woman on the planet ... she holds the world record for both the 100 m and 200 m sprints. Mary might strike gold herself ... she got 3 yes votes on "AGT," and will advance to the next round. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, Williams was sued by the Toyota Motor Credit Corporation after they claimed she stopped making payments on the sweet ride. Sources tell TMZ, the Bentley was repossessed earlier this month with no-return order on the car ... which means Williams ain't gettin it back. We're told the car is already scheduled for auction. Sources connected to Williams and her estranged husband Eric tell TMZ ... the repo isn't Jennifer's fault. We're told Eric was the one who stopped making payments and when Jennifer found out ... she asked him to come pick up the ride himself. Seems the repo man showed up first. The lawsuit is still ongoing as is Williams' divorce case. more on this story
We're told Chris groused to Myla about how Kris Jenner suspiciously referred to Kanye as "a close family friend" -- someone Kim knew for a long time. Kris H told Myla, "If he was such a close family friend, why wasn't he invited to the wedding?" We're told Kris confided in Myla he "felt played" by the whole thing and was genuinely devastated when news of Kim's new relationship broke. Our sources say Kris was with Myla the day Kanye's song about dating Kim (and dissing Kris) was released -- and Kris was "visibly upset." more on this story
According to documents filed in Georgia, the former Timbaland protege -- whose biggest song, "Ugly," came out in 2001 -- owes $29,266.88 in back taxes from the year 2006. It was originally only about $15k ... but interest and fees have nearly doubled his debt. The State of Georgia is now garnishing Bubba's wages through BMI, a music company that dishes out royalties to artists. From March through May of this year, the state has already grabbed $3,622.45 ... which represents all the money Bubba was owed by BMI. Sounds like Georgia is in it for the long haul. Calls to Bubba's rep have not been returned. more on this story
Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club on Thursday, claiming the club should have known "there was bad blood between Drake and Brown" and only fueled matters by selling them and their posse alcohol. But sources close to the club tell TMZ that Drake and Chris Brown are not prone to such violence, with one source saying, "Chris Brown and Drake are not Biggie and Tupac." We're told the club feels the fight was out of their control and they did everything they could to stop it as quickly as possible. Our sources say the club finds Tony's allegation they were understaffed to be ridiculous ... saying they had around 15 security guards working that night and the owners personally choose who goes in the club and who doesn't. So far, no charges have been filed related to the brawl, but the case is still under investigation by the NYPD. more on this story
As we previously reported, Peter McNeal was accused of molesting a 3-year-old girl at a Thanksgiving dinner back in 2009. A judge declared a mistrial last month after a jury was deadlocked 11-1 against McNeal. It's possible McNeal will be retried on the molestation charges. Now, his estranged wife Jill has filed new court docs in their ongoing divorce ... hoping she and Peter can share joint physical and legal custody of their two children, ages 10 and 8. Lisa had originally asked for sole physical custody, but apparently, she's had a change of heart. Lisa's lawyer tells TMZ ... Lisa has "no problems or concerns" about Peter and doesn't believe he is guilty of the molestation charges. "She is perfectly fine having joint custody with him." more on this story
