TMZ broke the story ... the woman told cops Cee Lo took her to a downtown L.A. restaurant in July, where she claims he slipped a drug in her drink. She says the next thing she knew she was laying naked in a bed with him in a room. Cops are investigating the allegation and we're told the case will be referred to the L.A. County DA. Sources connected with the case tell us ... the woman and Cee Lo met at the Super Bowl in Dallas in February, 2011. They hung out over the weekend. She went back to Houston, where she lives, and Cee Lo returned to L.A., but they stayed in touch and dated off and on for the next year-and-a-half. In addition to seeing each other (he flew her out to L.A. from time to time), they frequently texted and spoke on the phone. Sources tells TMZ ... the woman sometimes asked Cee Lo to buy her expensive things and even asked his friend how she could get him to buy her expensive things. Sources connected with Cee Lo tell us ... on the day in question, he had flown her out to L.A. They went to the restaurant and afterward both took Ecstasy and stayed up all night. One source says, "No one was unconscious." Our Cee Lo sources claim the woman fabricated the story because she's involved with someone back in Texas who got wind she was in L.A. with Cee Lo and she was just covering her butt. Sources connected with the woman say her relationship with Cee Lo is irrelevant, because Cee Lo is on tape allegedly apologizing and referencing MDMA (Ecstasy), saying he thought the drug would help them have an exciting time together. more on this story
Wayne is telling his friends that he's positive jurors were "pissed off" because he didn't show up and testify. Wayne says he could have turned jurors and convinced them that Quincy's documentary on him was defamatory. He's also convinced the jury would never have awarded Quincy more than $2 mil for lost profits as a result of Wayne trashing the film. But the big thing is ... Wayne says he was sick, couldn't fly to L.A. and was dealing with a "medical emergency situation." But he's leaving out one important fact. He wasn't so sick he couldn't take his tour bus from Louisiana to Miami to sit courtside for the Heat game. As for the $2 mil -- Wayne's brushing it off because he says that's small change to him. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... authorities beg to differ and will prosecute her for lying to cops. Lindsay claimed she was a passenger, but witnesses say she was behind the wheel. Lindsay is saying she's "terrified" of going back to jail, especially because Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear she would violate her probation if she breaks the law again. Lindsay says she will throw herself at the mercy of the court ... she believes "One car accident could ruin everything for me." Finally, she says she's done a good job following the law since her no contest plea in the jewelry heist case. more on this story

Carrie was at LAX yesterday when we asked if she'd accept a role in "Episode 7" -- currently in development at Disney -- and she said, "Yes. Sure. Wouldn't you?" It would make sense too -- because "Episode 7" would follow "Return of the Jedi" in the Stars Wars timeline, meaning Leia could conceivably be a lot older in the new movie. Carrie also said Disney low-balled George Lucas with its $4.05 billion deal -- saying he should've gotten about $500 million more. more on this story
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... it all went down inside the parking garage at the couple's apartment complex in Georgia on Monday night. We're told Bobbi had followed Nick Gordon's car back to their place from another location ... and moments after he parked his car, she tried to back in to the next spot over ... and screwed up ... smashing the front of Nick's brand new car in the process. Sources connected to the couple insist the crash was NOT alcohol related ... it was just a really expensive mistake. See the photo here.
TMZ spoke with Lily Nicksay -- who played Cory's little sister Morgan from 1993-1995, before being replaced by an older actress. The now 24-year-old tells TMZ ... According to legal docs ... Gina Bryson has been incessantly harassing 11-year-old Elijah Solomon with phone calls and text messages. Sources close to Octo tell us, she fired Gina over the summer -- and that's when Gina allegedly began her campaign of calls and texts. The docs accuse Gina of leaking false stories about Elijah to the media. A judge has prohibited Gina from going within 100 yards of Elijah, or contacting him in any way. We're told Octo is in the process of filing additional restraining order requests for two other children whom Gina's allegedly been harassing as well. more on this story
The bouncer -- Jerry Link -- tells TMZ, he maced Worthington when the actor went belligerent outside the bar ... and Worthington screamed, "I'm a DEA agent! You f**ked up now!" Worthington is playing a DEA agent in the movie he's currently filming in the ATL. Link tells us, Worthington rolled up to Vortex Bar and Grill in Atlanta, wearing a dirty hoodie and carrying a bunch of clothes ... and everyone thought he was a homeless person. Link says he refused to let Worthington inside because he was too drunk. TMZ broke the story ... Worthington was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly pushing Link in retaliation. The charges were dismissed this morning because Link was a no-show in court. Link is calling BS ... because no one asked him to be there. And this is funny ... Link (clearly not a movie person) tells us, he had no clue Worthington was famous until today -- "I've never seen 'Avatar' or 'Terminator." more on this story
