Cee Lo Involved In Fight With Two Women

According to law enforcement ... the women told cops they met Cee Lo at a nightclub and were invited back to party in the singer's hotel room. One of the women began to argue with Cee Lo and according to the police report Cee Lo asked them both to leave. Cee Lo and a witness told cops both women were highly intoxicated.

According to the report, Cee Lo began escorting one of the women out of the room by placing his hands on her shoulders. One of the women then called him a "fat motherf**ker," to which he responded, "You need to leave, b*tch."

According to the police report, the parties took the argument outside -- Cee Lo says the woman began to pummel him with punches and slaps to his face and they began fighting. According to witnesses the other woman jumped Cee Lo from behind and started striking him in the head.

Police were called and determined it was mutual combat and they could not determine who started it so no one was arrested. more on this story

Authorities Doubts Allegations By Mother of Modern Family's Ariel Winter

TMZ broke the story ... a judge determined allegations that Chrystal Workman was physically and emotionally abusing Ariel were so serious, he awarded temporary custody to Ariel's older sister -- and ordered Chrystal to stay 100 yards away from her young daughter.

Law enforcement sources tell us they're not buying Chrystal's claim Ariel was involved in a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old boy, largely because the mom never went to cops until AFTER she lost custody on October 3 -- even though she claims the affair's been going on since the beginning of summer.

Court sources tell us the first time Chrystal mentioned ANYTHING about an illicit relationship was during the guardianship hearing last month ... when she began ranting in court and called the guardianship lawyer a "moron."

We're told she testified about a specific incident on Sept. 24, saying ... "I caught my daughter with her boyfriend in bed -- she's 14. He's 18 and I threw him out and I broke them up."

Due, in no small part, to the timing of Chrystal's testimony ... one law enforcement source tells us they don't believe there was ever a sexual relationship between Ariel and the boy. more on this story

Kesha Release Die Young Video

Co-written by Ke$ha, Nate Ruess from fun., Dr. Luke, Benny Blanco and Cirkut, "Die Young" sits at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 after 6 weeks on the chart.

Kesha is currently making a series of promotional appearances ahead of the release of "Warrior," and it's expected that she'll perform "Die Young" on the American Music Awards on November 18 � the program will air on ABC from L.A.'s Nokia Theatre at 8 PM ET/PT. Watch the video here.

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif Reach Divorce Settlement

As you know ... the 2 were locked in a battle royale ... restraining orders, vicious accusations and a lot of bad blood.

But in a joint statement that will soon be released and obtained by TMZ, Paul and Adrienne say, "We're happy to announce we have reached agreement on a settlement," adding they are both pleased.

They go on, "There has been so much untrue negative innuendo and destructive rumors beyond our control ..."

In the statement, which we got from their rep, Jim Yeager, Adrienne and Paul say, "We want the best for each other and we're confident we can help each other make a continuing positive impact with our children."

They go on, "Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible."

Assistant Denies Telling Police Lindsay Lohan Was Driving

Gavin the assistant is telling friends, cops questioned him at the hospital where Lindsay was being treated post-accident -- but he neither confirmed nor denied whether Lindsay was driving the car.

Gavin's saying cops confronted him, saying they already knew Lindsay was driving because of the seat belt marks on her left shoulder -- indicating she was in the driver's seat -- and Gavin simply replied with a noncommittal "Okay."

Sources close to Gavin tell us, Gavin believes cops ran with his answer as an affirmative response ... and used it to convince the Santa Monica City Attorney to file a misdemeanor charge against Lindsay.

We're told Gavin's furious at cops for twisting his words, and now he doesn't want to cooperate with the investigation. more on this story

Rousey has been fighting in Strikeforce since last year and emerged as a superstar ... beating the living crap out of just about everybody she's faced. In fact, she's undefeated.

Jamie Foxx Partygoer Sues The Actor

A woman named Catherine Jones filed the lawsuit against Jamie in L.A. County Superior Court -- claiming she attended a party at his house last year ... and fell head over heels on the sidewalk, seriously injuring herself.

Catherine says the sidewalk was negligently maintained by Foxx ... and that's the reason she was injured.

She's now suing for hospital expenses and other damages -- a sum totaling at least $10,000. more on this story
