TMZ broke the story ... Clash and Sheldon Stephens entered into a settlement in which Clash agreed to pay Stephens $125,000, but in return the agreement provides the following: "Stephens agrees that immediately upon execution of this Agreement, his counsel, Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., shall release the [following] statement ... 'He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.'" We've learned Stephens has met with lawyers in Los Angeles and told them he was pressured into recanting his allegation and insists he's telling the truth when he says he had sex with Clash when he was 16. Stephens -- who is now 23 -- is telling lawyers he will gladly forfeit the $125,000 to restore his name. Stephens is saying he was literally crying during the final negotiations and repeatedly said he didn't want to sign. Clash's lawyer told us Friday he would have no comment on the settlement story. more on this story
Bobby was charged with DUI after the arrest last month, when police pulled him over for driving erratically, and smelled alcohol in his ride. He was also charged with two other crimes -- driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device (a breathalyzer device that prevents your car from starting if you've had something to drink). The last 2 charges are the result of his prior DUI conviction in 2012. Bobby was also convicted of DUI in 1996. If convicted on the new charges, he faces two years in jail. Bobby was on probation stemming from his previous DUI arrest. The judge revoked his probation as a result of the most recent arrest, but released the singer Friday on his own recognizance. Bobby's license was also suspended, and he was ordered to attend AA sessions. A pre-trial date has been set for next month. more on this story

Keith, though, isn't worried about all that business, and during an interview with KFRG in Riverside, Calif. this week, he explaind that it's just the nature of people learning how to work together in a brand new situation. "There's a learning curve in any job, right?" Keith says while en route to Idol auditions in nearby Long Beach. And he sounds as calm, cool, and good-natured about it all as ever. "We're just getting our grooves. We're like four people on the dance floor stepping on each other's toes until we get the hang of it." more on this story

We're told filming began last week for the 5th season ... but Shaunie O'Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman and Suzie Ketcham do NOT have locked contracts. According to our sources, the "Wives" are in the process of renegotiating their contracts and they all want major pay raises, claiming the show does quite well for the network. Our sources say VH1 is refusing to pony up more cash. We're told before filming started, execs made it clear that salary increases would not happen and if any cast member had a problem with that ... they could be replaced. Despite the deadlock, we're told production schedules were sent out and the girls began filming in hopes a deal would be worked out shortly. So far, a deal has not been reached and neither side is budging ... so we're told the "Wives" are planning to walk out next week if VH1 can't agree to the terms. more on this story

Lindsay is telling friends, she's 100% done with the "circus" that is her father Michael Lohan -- and does NOT want to meet her half-sister Ashley. TMZ broke the story ... Michael took a DNA test on national TV to determine whether he fathered Ashley back in 1995 with a former mistress -- and the results came back positive. We're told Lindsay has been aware of the paternity dispute for a while -- since it's been going back and forth for years -- but did not know her father had taken a DNA test until we broke the story. Lindsay says she's doing much better now without her father's drama -- and she wants to keep it that way. We're told Lindsay has no ill feelings toward Ashley -- but finds the entire situation "disgusting" ... especially because Michael had the affair while he was still married to (and having kids with) Dina. more on this story

Cudi said he got a place in Chicago just to be close to his daughter and her mother -- and provided his daughter with generous support -- but his baby mom said that was BS, insisting Cudi was provided "sporadic and inconsistent amounts" of support ... and was an absentee dad. In court docs, she also claimed Cudi has violent tendencies and a "long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse." The two parties finally agreed to disagree on August 3rd -- and Cudi let his child's mother take full custody. In return, she agreed to let him have visitation. Cudi will also pay child support. more on this story
