Selena Gomez Goes To Emergency Room

Sources close to the singer tell us ... Selena has been suffering from a sore throat lately ... and yesterday morning she thought she might have strep, so she decided seek immediate medical attention.

We're told Selena had been suffering from symptoms Sunday ... and had to end a recording session early due to the pain.

Also, Selena's stepfather has been suffering from bronchitis, and she thinks she may have been exposed to something contagious.

But sources tell us ... so far, docs don't believe Selena has strep ... though the tests won't come back for a couple of days. more on this story

Judge To Revoke Linsday Lohan's Probation

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... when the Santa Monica City Attorney files the criminal case against Lindsay, it will go to L.A. County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. At the time Lindsay is arraigned, we're told Judge Godfrey will revoke Lindsay's probation and set the matter for a full hearing, on grounds she violated her probation in the jewelry case by violating the law.

The judge who handled the jewelry case, Stephanie Sautner, will not be involved in the probation violation case. Once Lindsay was sentenced, the probation case gets sent to whatever judge is hearing the next criminal case against LiLo.

Shots Fired During Mike Epps Birthday

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops were called to Tru nightclub just after midnight in response to a call about a shot fired inside the club, where Mike Epps was celebrating his birthday.

According to law enforcement sources, a fight had somehow broken out between Epps' camp and other clubgoers -- we don't know why -- and someone pulled out a gun and fired a warning shot.

It's unclear who fired the gun -- but we're told everyone in the club ran for the doors, including Epps, who then fled the scene. Nobody was shot and there are no suspects.

Cops are currently investigating, and would like to speak with Epps to figure out what happened. more on this story

will.i.am Premieres New Song With Britney Spears

Britney phoned in to be a part of the Seacrest session, and spoke highly of will's talents. "I think he just really gets music in the broadest spectrum," said Britney. "He knows what people want to listen to; he gets kids and what they want to listen to. Every time I've worked with him and we've done a song together, I go in and like, I can't sit down � I have to stand up, I wanna dance, I feel like I'm at the club. I genuinely have a good time; he brings that to the table and I think that's a lot of offer."

The boxing promotions company was recently granted promoters license by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Jackson was approved for a license in New York earlier this year.

Amy Winehouse's House to Be Auctioned

The three-bedroom Cambridge home where Winehouse lived will be auctioned on December 3 with a starting offer of nearly $3 million dollars, the BBC reports.

Back in May, the late singer's house, which became a shrine for fans after her death last July from alcohol poisoning, went up for sale with an asking price of 4.2 million dollars. more on this story

Ariel Winter's Father Objects To Guardianship Request

Glenn Workman says in his declaration, "I am physically, emotionally, and financially capable of caring for my daughter, without limitation. No evidence has been produced that suggests any detriment to Ariel associated with my father-daughter relationship with her."

Glenn, who does not want daughter Shanelle to be Ariel's guardian, says, "I am a frugal and modest person with a moderate income who doesn't need Ariel's income to survive."

Glenn says he has a great relationship with Ariel, adding "We enjoy going on long walks together ... and I love to listen to her talk to me ... I find her to be very interesting."

Glenn also says, "I believe Ariel has demonstrated a lot of maturity and is at an age now that she should have more control over her finances."

Glenn never addresses allegations that his wife Chrystal physically and emotionally abused Ariel, except to say their relationship is strained.

Glenn says his daughter may be trying to grow up too fast, as evidenced by allegedly having an 18-year-old boyfriend. more on this story

State of Georgia Wants To Garnish Nas' Concert Earnings

The Georgia Department of Revenue has filed new legal docs in their effort to collect $1,083,435 from the rapper for taxes it claims Nas owes for the years 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010.

According to court docs, the GDR obtained an order commanding Live Nation -- the promo company behind Nas' tour with Lauryn Hill -- to garnish his wages until the dept is satisfied.

The tour is currently underway, and Nas-- who's also on the hook for millions in unpaid taxes to the federal government -- is sure to make a boatload of money.

A rep for Nas tells us the matter has recently been settled -- but the GDR insists the case is still open and they're trying to collect. more on this story

Real Housewives Star Gets Restraining Order

Rossi just won a big judgment against Jay Photoglou, who went on a campaign to trash her in the media. Photoglou had said he was her ex-BF and insisted he had sex with Gretchen while she was still with her fiance.

She says he was telling a pack of lies. The jury awarded Gretchen $500,000 for assault, stalking and infliction of emotional distress.

For safe measure, Gretchen, who was represented by attorney Gregory G. Brown, went back to court to get a permanent restraining order against Photoglou, which she received yesterday. He's required to stay 100 feet away from her and he can't call any of her businesses ... and that includes RHOC.

Gretchen tells TMZ, "I'm pleased the judge recognized the danger Photoglou posed." more on this story

Ron Goldman's Father Insists OJ Simpson Was The Murderer

In case you didn't know, a famed serial killer named Glen Rogers -- who's currently on death row in Florida -- has allegedly confessed to murdering Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman ... claiming OJ paid him to break into Nicole's home and steal $20,000 in jewelry ... and kill her if necessary.

The "confession" is the subject of a new Discovery Channel documentary airing this week -- but Ron's dad Fred Goldman (a prominent figure in the 1995 OJ trial) insists it's just a bogus story to market the show.

Fred says, "OJ Simpson murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. The criminal trial showed overwhelming and monumental evidence that OJ Simpson was the killer. There was no contrary evidence other than guess, innuendo, and rumor."

Fred adds, "The fact of the acquittal at the hands of the jury will never wash away this murder from the hands of OJ Simpson, no matter how many Glen Rogers pop up on the media radar screen."

Fred and his lawyer, David Cook, add, "Nothing would change the fact that OJ Simpson murdered these people in cold blood." more on this story

Nightclub Responds To Glee Star's Twitter Tantrum

In case you missed it, Amber went off the rails on Twitter last night when WIP nightclub put the kibosh on her party plans -- writing, "Never in my life have I dealt with such disrespect. That club @WIPNewYork on Vandam street, they are CROOKS and LIARS!"

But a rep for WIP says the club wasn't being unreasonable when it refused admission to Riley and her massive entourage.

The rep tells TMZ, "Ms. Riley's team had contacted management before her arrival to work out her table arrangements which included the purchase of bottles as well as a bottle on the house. Upon arrival, her party of 30 people refused to purchase any bottles, so they did not enter."
