Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Nightclub Fight

Our sources say Lohan was at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of argument with a female patron and it became physical. We're told cops came and arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting her.

At the time of this post Lindsay is still at the police station.

And this isn't Lindsay's only legal problem. TMZ broke the story ... she is about to be charged with lying to cops in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving.

And, if Lindsay is formally charged with the latest crime, it could trigger yet another probation violation. Story developing

Whitney Houston's Daughter In A Frightening Car Crash

The accident just went down in Alpharetta, Georgia -- law enforcement tells us a passer-by noticed Bobbi's car all smashed up in an embankment and called 911.

When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, Bobbi Kristina was standing next to her vehicle and appeared to be uninjured.

Cops conducted an official accident investigation -- and believe Bobbi Kristina simply lost control of her car while making a left turn out of her apartment complex ... and drove over a curb and down an embankment, striking several small trees along the way.

Eventually, the car came to a stop on a local park trail.

After the investigation, cops issued BK a traffic citation for "failure to maintain lane."

Cops say ... it doesn't appear drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. See photos here.

Kelly Clarkson Reacts To Fake UK Press Quotes

Kelly, who is featured on the cover of the paper's Sunday Celebs edition, claims she never once said she was anorexic nor did she say, "No one should be as famous as me," which appears in big bold letters on the front page.

"I said in the interview, when asked about fame, that I have no desire to be as famous as Britney or Madonna," Kelly clarified on Twitter. "I said that kind of fame was too much for any person and that I have experienced a portion of what they deal with and that I didn't handle that well and I'm happy where I'm at in my career." more on this story

Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, mentioned Kris and his lawyers are now raising issues over the prenup he signed, which we know gives him squat.

Wasser also expressed frustration that Kris is dragging his feet -- he hasn't even deposed Kim yet. Wasser calls the whole thing a "fishing expedition."

Selena was spotted leaving an L.A. area hospital earlier this month while on again off again boyfriend Justin Bieber waited in the car.

AJ asked her, "You were just in the hospital, for a sore throat, how are you feeling." Although reports were that she was just getting checked out, Selena reveling, "I feel fine, I feel good, I hated it, it was bronchitis, but I'm good."

Selena, stunning in Dolce&Gabbana, is a UNICEF Ambassador and donated 12 tickets to the show she is doing to benefit UNICEF to the evening's auction.

Little Big Town Cancel Tour Dates After Loss In Immediate Family

The band revealed these details on their Facebook page: "Sadly, the Little Big Town family has suffered a loss in their immediate family and will have to cancel their upcoming concerts in Riverside, CA (11/28) and Los Angeles, CA (11/29). Riverside, CA will be rescheduled at a later date and the Los Angeles show at The Wiltern will now take place on February 8, 2013.

Taylor Swift To Host American Top 40

In addition to counting down the Top 40 songs, the 11-time American Music Award winning singer/songwriter will answer questions directly from fans and talk about her fourth studio album RED, which was released less than a month ago and is already approaching three million albums sold worldwide.

Kanye West Contributing To Lil Wayne Album But Not Musically

Kanye will be overseeing Wayne's album packaging through his design company DONDA. Wayne recently explained 'Ye's involvement this way:

"He didn't do any music on this album but 'Ye is actually packaging my album," Wayne told MTV News. "You probably gotta ask him because it was his idea. I was just like 'okay, do whatever,' because I don't do nothing but rapping. The clip premiered on Wednesday night's episode of The X Factor, where Britney continues in her role as a judge on the reality series.

Gabriel Aubry Denies Secret Marriage To Halle Berry

Gabriel's lawyers filed a petition for a restraining order against Olivier Martinez. In the docs, there are multiple references to Halle as Gabriel's "ex-wife."

Sources involved in Gabriel's case tell TMZ ... it was simply an error -- Gabriel and Halle were never married.

One other loose end on the fight front. TMZ reported earlier yesterday it is highly unlikely Gabriel will be prosecuted for battery. Aside from law enforcement's view that it was "mutual combat" between Gabriel and Olivier, another thing in Gabriel's favor is that the moment police arrived, Gabriel repeatedly asked cops to check the video. The upshot -- he had nothing to hide and wanted them to see how the fight started.

Amy Winehouse Musical Scrapped

The Royal Theatre in Denmark announced that they are canceling a play about Amy Winehouse's life because her father, Mitch, has blocked the use of her music, and photographs, The New York Times reports.

The musical, which was set to debut in January, was based off of interviews, acceptance speeches, concerts, newspapers articles, letters and songs from the late singer's two records, 2003's Frank and 2006's Back To Black. more on this story

Courtney Bingham Discusses Nikki Sixx Engagement

"Extra" helped Courtney celebrate their engagement by hosting a live chat with her on ExtraTV.com. In her first sit down interview since the news broke, she talked with actress and TV host Nicole Dabaeu about the secret proposal.

Courtney said the evening that Nikki proposed was "amazing" and that she really wasn't expecting anything when she and Nikki went on vacation.

On the night of the proposal, she said the rocker had chosen the restaurant, but on the way out of the hotel, Nikki said, "Let's get a drink at the hotel restaurant." Suddenly, they passed the bar, and a waitress escorted Courtney and Nikki to the beach. There was a path, lit by little candles, which took them to a table under a silk canopy. Courtney thought the vacation could not get any better with this romantic dinner.

After the couple finished eating, Courtney said it was a bit odd that the waitress said she would just be "over there" and never asked if they wanted coffee or anything. Then Nikki suggested they'd take pictures. Courtney pulled out her phone and when she turned around, Nikki was on one knee.

Courtney started crying, exclaiming, "YES, YES, YES!" even though she hadn't even seen the ring yet. Nikki presented the six-carat diamond to his fiancee and Courtney's first words were "Oh sh*t!" Courtney called it the proposal of her dreams.

One fan asked Courtney if she and Nikki were thinking of having children and Courtney said, "We are planning on at least, one. I am hoping it will be twins but not any time soon." Check out the full interview here.

Jason Patric In A Bizarre Custody War

TMZ has learned the facts surfaced in a court hearing earlier this month -- Patric was with on-again-off-again girlfriend Danielle Schreiber for more than a decade. They broke up in early 2009, and he allegedly told her that he didn't have any money to give her but he would give her the next best thing -- his sperm, so she could have a baby.

We're told Jason made it clear ... he would only provide his sperm if she didn't breathe a word to anyone and never asked him for child support. She agreed.

Baby Gus was born in December, 2009. In 2011, Jason and Danielle got back together but it didn't last long. They broke up in May, 2012.

Apparently, while they were together, Jason, who never paid Danielle child support, took a liking to Gus, because he filed legal docs in family court asking a judge to award him 50/50 custody.

But there's a little known law which says if an unmarried man artificially inseminates an unmarried woman with the help of a physician, he's NOT legally the dad and has no custody rights.

The judge has given Danielle temporary sole legal and physical custody of the boy. Jason has visitation rights. We're told Danielle is fine VOLUNTARILY giving Jason the right to spend time with the boy, but objects to a judge ordering visitation -- she doesn't believe Jason has or should have any LEGAL rights to custody or visitation. more on this story

Charlie Sheen Faults Men Creator In Angus T. Jones Controversy

As we reported, Charlie has already called Angus' infamous YouTube confessional a "Hale-Bopp-like meltdown" -- referencing the Heaven's Gate cult suicide -- but that's just the beginning.
